I praveen khoowal, purchased a connection of tata sky from its dealer unisyn enterprises dated 23/01/2020 customer id [protected]. The company's representative ms. Pooja jha mobile no.[protected] came to me on behalf of your company and i purchased a connection for the amount of rs.3, 850 via hdfc bank cheque no. 000001. Till now there is no installation process initiated and when i tried calling your company representative they didn't respond to any of the calls.
So i request you to please make a full refund for my order.

Two guys came at my shop in new marke, bhopal on 11-feb-2020 claiming that they are coming from unisyn enterprise, mumbai claiming that they have a special offer available for only 1 day which includes all hd channels, including sports, for rs.299/- and rs.250 monthly for 2 connection all hd hindi channels free and paid channels with all the channels including free and paid. For 2 connections he took rs.3750/- which i paid using google pay. They also claimed of giving me 4 night, 5 days holiday offer anywhere in india and free amazon fire stick which is included in the offer.

Till date no progress has been made and the person is not picking up the call.

According to above mentioned message received by me from the company i have already given cheque of rs.2200 in the name of "unisyn enterprises" for installing tata sky dish tv to company's agent named bhavana. The recharge id number provided to me is [protected] by tata sky company. The technician of company came but denied to install at my said place. Since 21 days have passed by but neither have i got installation done nor i got my payment back. So i want my payment back as soon as possible because from so far unisyn enterprises is not refunding my money.

This is something very serious regarding a fraud done by unisyn enterprises with me.

This is how it happened

On 11 feb 2020, a lady came into my office pretending to be a tata sky agent and she some how convinced me to change my dth from airtel to tata sky by showing me some new offers that they have brought for 5 lucky customers.

I took the 2 hd set top box plan for rs 3850

Mode of payment was paytm (Attached the screenshot)

After having the payment done in favour o[censored]nisyn enterprises she filled up a form of what all she committed to me (Attached the same) and said that a verification call for address confirmation will be done tomorrow after that she left.

Now on the next day when i tried calling her ([protected]), the number is switched off/invalid.

There is no call from tata sky as well till now and now after rolling through so many complaints on the internet against unisyn enterprises i got to know that i have been targeted just like others.

Unisyn enterprises is a fraud company.

I contacted tata sky they are helpless towards the issue they dont care what ever happens to their brand value by such frauds.

I even tried explaining the whole issue to the tata sky help team through call but they dont show any interest and instead of helping they said "you need to contact the dealer you talked with (I. E unisyn enterprises)"

Unisyn enterprises and tata sky together seems to be fooling/looting people all over india since a high time.

Now all i am left with a sudden grief and i am going to expose this fraud to the end of the world.

Unisyn Enterprises Executive named Sai Prasad has visited my office representing TATA SKY and offered me with lots of benefits with TATASKY and given assurance of his genuinity and collected an amount of Rs 2235/- on[protected] and promised of installation within 7 working days but, since three days i am trying to call and reach him, he is not answering the calls and no response till date ...kindly resolve it at the earliest

Dear sir,

I purchased tata sky new connection through unisyn enterprises by paying 2200/- on dated[protected] from sales executive mr. Balu from hyderabad.

They give me wrong information about the free subscription period and description about the hd set top box that the connection will running continue in bed and rainy weather. I got some bad reviews from my friends and immediately i told mr. Balu to cancel my connection, instead dealer has recharged to tata sky again and again after cancellation of my order. Now when i called tata sky customer care they may refund around 1100/-. I am not sure why the dealer has recharged aftere i asked for connection cancellation. As i have not used any tata sky services i want my complete amount to be refunded.

So please take quick action on this fraud with me towards your company sales executive and increase my subscription period and sort my connection problem as soon as possible.

On 26th jan 2020 a lady named lalitha yadla introduced herself as tatasky representative and asked to transfer amount through google pay of rs 2165/- for tatasky connection. Connection was not yet provided and she is not responding to my calls.. After many calls she received my call but seems to be fraud.. Very careless in responding to my queries.. She told me that company's branch office was at tirupati. She was trying to hide facts.. Very careless in responding to my queries. Refund my money immediately.

Next day the technical team have came for installation and they are installing Normal HD box i asked them that i have paid for 4K box y u r installing Normal HD they told that in our data its showing only HD box, at that time i am calling to executive member but he is not lifting my cal, how can i clarify this.
But till now there is no reponse, i am calling to u r executive since from that day, but he is not lifting my cal.

On 5th january 2020 they came in the pretext o[censored]pgrading the existing tatasky connection to new zaphyr and also provide amazon firestick hd with it. But now tatasky say they will send engineer for new installation of set top box neither and i am unable to reach the engineer who sold it,

One of executive from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 20/12/2019 by name Irshad(Mobile: [protected]]). He has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. I recieved dish and installations but till now I am waiting for Account Activation and did not recieve proper response from TATA CUSTOMER CARE, I have send Email compliant to customer care Till now i did not receive any solution from tatasky. The executive is not attending my calls and not giving me the current status. I am confused here.
Please help me on this

Regarding i'm trying to call the sales person his mobile number not attending my call. Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.

This is vijay, on 20.11.2019 i have purchased a tata sky new connection through unisyn enterprises with an amount of rs. 2165. Till now i didn't receive any confirmation call from the tata sky department and till date the installation process is not done by the tata sky. The sales girl say's that in addition to the new connection a holiday voucher is also gifted for this offer. Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.

On 1st oct, 2019 miss madhuri on behalf o[censored]nisyn enterprises came to my place explain the tata sky new connection and she explains to me sir we are directly from tata sky company as per the promotion purpose we are giving amazon fire stick for free of cost for taking the connection of tata sky for rs.2165/-. And i like the offer and i accepted and i paid the amount thru my credit card. And she tolds to on 3rd october company will call to you for enquiry purpose. Tata sky company has called to me on 4th october and i asked the offer details which was told by miss madhuri to me and the tata sky company has told amazon fire stick was not for free of cost u need to pay the amount of rs.250/- per month until u pay total 4000/-. So i cancel the installation and i called to her asked why you given false offers to me i dont need connection so please cancel the connection and refund the amount to me. She told to me amount will be directly transfer to your payment mode with in 21 working days. Till now my amount not refunded to my account. And she not lifting the phone and her number is [protected].
So please solve my problem and refund the amount rs.2165/- and i am attaching my payment receipt.

An executive from unisys enterprises came to my home, He provided an offer of new tata sky dish connection, I paid him 2164 rupee. After seeing all these fraud cases from unisyn enterprises. I got that I was cheated.
May I know how should I get my money back. Should I raise a complaint to police.

Please help me how should I proceed to get my money back.

I have booked tatasky full hd box with one month free telugu channel subscription from mr. Jhon victor ([protected]), vide application no. 352013, in the name of m kishore, issued rs.2164/- through cheque no. 60137 in the name o[censored]nisyn enterprises. The same amount got credited on 18.09.19 from my bank account. However, in spite of several calls to mr. Jhon, he is not responding and informing me the status.
Please help me out, i would like to get my money refunded...

Promised that i will get telugu basic hd for 200 rupees and extra 2 connections would be costing 155 rupees. I paid 6400 through paytm (1st transaction of rs.4150 and second transaction of 2250.)

But when technician came, he told me that it would be costing me around 400 for master connection, after which i called hariprasad and her team member lalitha ([protected])
Multiple times almost 15 times and they never lifted the phone to clarify my doubts. They don't have courtesy to call back. I have recorded call of them saying that it would cost only 200 for parent tv for telugu basic hd.

I also sent technician without any installation.

Need help.

A representative named madhuri from unisyn enterprises made me swipe an amount of 2100/- on 18/09/2019, saying that they are authorized dealers of tata sky.
But no connection is given till date.
On further enquiry i got to know that this is a fake company cheating customers. Please help me in getting my money back and how to proceed further to get my money back

I have book my tata sky connection om 03 aug 2019 and on same day i cancelled my order. But till date i have not refund mu amonut. Dealer has recharged to tata sky again and again after cancellation of my order. I called to customer care for help and not recharged in my account but they not solve our problem said that they nothing done for this matter. I suggest that no body can book your dth through online or dealer because after payment made there is no chance to get money again. There is only fraud to get money from people

On 12/9/2019 a representative by name joshika (Trainer) from unisyn enterprises alongwith one trainee came to our apartment and asked to take tata sky hd box (As we are having standard tata sky box) and got payment of rs.1850 through paytm. She assured that installation will be made within 7 working days. But so far there's no response from iui her and from unisyn enterprises and tata sky. I have sent messages to joshika and email to tata sky but no response and no use. It seems that the unisyn enterprises is a fraud and proper action has to be taken against them to curb further fraud and refund my amount immediately.

A representative by the name of priyanka from unisye enterprises had visited our premises on 12th september 2019. I applied for a new hd connection (Application number 363092) and gave him a rs 2259/-, on same date online transfer
Though the form mentions that the installation will be done within 5 working days, but no one has called me for installation except for a verification call.
I tried reaching the tata sky customer service but they don't seem to have any information regarding my application and asked me to connect with unisyn enterprises. I even called the unisyn office helpline numbers[protected] mentioned on the form but not able to get thru.

I am totally helpless here. Please help get my hard earned money back.

I am sunny kumar from jalandhar, a few days ago (29th of aug'2019) an agent came on behalf of tata sky company (Nitin saini - emp code - ba-jatd[protected] selling new connections of tata sky, but i told him that i already have a tata sky connection but there are create some network problems in it for last few days, so he said ke sir your box is going to be updated so please get it updated and i told him do it,
But i did not know that he is booking a new connection and hefilled out a form and booked another connection in my name by paying a sum of rs 2250 through my paytm and he asked ke sir tomorrow the tata sky box installer will come to your home and change your box,

Even till today installation is not done and more over your agent doesn't respond properly or he did not pick up the phone calls for 4-5 days and now he has blocked my number

I learnt that our details haven't been updated officially, through your help line numbers.

Now, i claim refund of payment i made immediately and regret for choosing your brand with such an unprofessional customer service. Also there are so many complaints of fraud by the mentioned company (Tata sky helpline no) but no response from any side, request to eradicate these fraudulent enterprises (Unisyn enterprises) and the agents associated with it

Attached the payment receipt copy and job sheet for the tata sky set-top box.

Representative of (Laxminarayana M No.[protected]) Unisyn Enterprises collected cash of Rs.2200 via paytam for TATA SKY dish connection on 7.09.2019 promising connection within 4 days. But till today Dish is not installed. No response to phone calls. TATA SKY help line representative told me to contact the dealer. So many complaints lodged on this dealer. Not able to understand why TATA's have continued this dealership.

I have paid ₹6150 for two connections and i have been told that the recharge will be free for 6 months but i have not recieved the same. I have contacted the dealer mr hitender singh but he just ignored it. The plan was named broadcast pack and after that ₹299 per month. But now there is no way to reach them. Hence i want to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

One of your executives from unisyn enterprises company came to my work place on 27th aug, 2019 by name shiva prasad and ramesh . He has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I’ve paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now after one week also connection is not fixed at my home. After repeated calls from my end to him and team, he is not responding to my queries in right direction.

A representative by the name of manoj has visited our premises on 30th august 2019 and he said he has some new offers on tata sky installation and we are ok to install tata sky. He made us to pay payment of 2500 in paytm which is names as unisyn and took address proof and some form. He said he will come in 2 days for connection. When i call him he is not even lifting call and he blocked my number.

I am totally helpless here. Please help get my hard earned money back.
