Immediately as i have cancelled my booking of tatasky dish and did not receive my money till now. I informed 4/5 times to tata sky. But said we will refund to dealer only. But now pooja jadhav salesman from unisyn enterprises didn't receive calls. And didn't find unisyn enterprises's contact no. Plz help

    Beware guys this company is fraud. Two person came to my house yesterday and offers me tata sky hd channel pack and hd 3 d setup box for just 1970 and told me that they are choosing people from in our area randomly to give them this 1970 full cashback too. I made a payment against for this offer in there ezetap device through my credit card and after sometime i just realised that i didnt recieve any tata sky welcome text. So i checked the complaint forum and on internet everyone is saying its fraud and cheating on people.
    Person detail or fraud person detail who came to my house is.

    I request everyone to be alert as they are entering people house by telling they are mba trainee from some xyz college and all. They all are fraud and i want ezetap to terminate business with this fraud company and please refund my amount too.

      My name is viswa on 09.02.2019 sunday mr vamsi (Fake name) introduced himself as he is from tatasky and explained about the plans in a convencing manner which i have belived (Wrong step by me) and after asking many questions finally i have paid rs 2615 through paytm to delear unisyn vizag.
      In which set up box and 415 rs cash back and a holiday package free for 4 nights and 3 days in tatagroup hotels. And infomed that monthly rental of rs 300 will be charged for dth in that english movies telugu and hindi all hd channels will be avaialble. Then he has given payment slip and went to other flat in the same appartment. There also he explained all the details and 200 rs will charge for all telugu hd channels. They have also belived him and taken 2 connections by paying amount through cheque. These all things happened on morining 10 to 12 pm. At afternoon when i browsing net checked tatasky plans. The plans what he said is completely different from the plans availble in net. Then i came to know that i am cheated in other words i became fool. So immediately conatcted that person and asked him he said he will send the plan details as the offer is from the delear i waited. But he didnt after calling more than 100 times he answered the call. And asked him boldly and threatened him i will give complaint to police. Finally i got him and taken cheques back of others but the amount which i have paid not given as the amount transfered to unisyn account. He conatcted his supervisor and his supervisior mr suresh promised that amount will be refunded bu tatasky after cancellation request. Again i am fooled. After 2 days i received call from tatasky engineer and i requested to cancel and pay back the amount. Mean while i contacted this unisyn executive and also his supervisior more than 50 times. But no response even after messages. I conatcted tatsaky and requested for refund they said they will only tansfer the amount to unisyn account as they have paid. And the tatsky execuitve taken request and informed that the amount will credit to unisyn enterprises. Till now i have not received any amount in my paytm account and also the executives will not lift a he call but always in online in whatsapp. Even they will arrange one caller to belive that cash back will come in few days. When we conatct that mobile number some other pwrson will lift and say it is icoci credit card section. Especially these thing happening from viskapatnam. They are coming to other cities and cheating. I dont know why the tatasky still giving deler ship to unisyn even after so many complaints. I request all not to be cheated like this be aware

When I tried to marketing guys there ar not responding.resolve the issue as earliest

          One of your training manager by name v reddaiah came to our house and gave us tata sky dth connection for two televisions he informed that the pack will be for 2 televisions for 6 months but after one month tata sky has deactivated the secondary connection saying that the connection is valid for one connection only and we have to recharge with rs 250 i request you to look into matter and get the secondary connection activated as promised by your representative

            One of executive from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 25th nov, 2018 by name rohini. She has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now after two months also connection is not fixed at my home. After repeated calls from my end to rohini and team, i came to know she left the office long back. As she attached other person on the job, he is not responding to my queries in right direction.

            I request unisyn enterprises to refund my money.

              On 30/12/2018 two guys came and met to me and they forced me to buy a new tata sky connection that time i have decided to buy a new connection and this regard i have paid rs. 1590/- through my debit card the amount credited to unisyn enterprises, for that i have received online acknowledgement but yesterday i requested to tata sky company to install the new connection to my home.. Hence the technician has came and fixed everything and he tried to activate my new connection due to not recharge of the connection he not able to activate the my subscription. After that i tried so many times to get contact that guy he not answering on my call... His details mentioned below name-tejas

                This is balaji, bought tatasky connection from unisyn enterprises. Mr. Seshasai your representative sold the connection and took rs.3140 through paytm. I was said within 24hrs the installation will be completed. But more than 48hrs completed neither the installation done nor the executive lifting my calls.
                I request unisyn to refund my amount at the earliest. I am not interested to continue with tatasky. Pls refund the said to my paytm back.

She took amount equal to the new installation.

                  There is no response from Representative who is designated as Trainee in UNISYN.

                        Hi team,

                        Two employes of your company, came to our home, offering tata sky new connection. They said they gonna provide the settop box with ethernet port (Internet connection) enabled settop box, but at the time of installation they provided hd settop box without ethernet port.

                        This is unfair, i am trying to reach those guys contact number, they are not receiving my call.

                          I had booked a tatasky tv connection on 3.11.18 paying rs 2510 thru unisyn enterprises. At bangalore their rep sri tejas came to my house and i paid it with atm card thru ezetap pos. And they have issued a recipt to me. Subsequently i cancelled my order. On 6.12.18 tata sky has refunded my money to their agent. I was told by tata sky that i have to contact the agent for refund. I contacted ms kushi o[censored]nisyn enterprises many times to no avail.

                          Please expedite the refund.

                              As per the door selling process, mr. Lakshmi narayana ([protected]) sales person quoted the actual price of hd box is around rs. 3800/- and they are giving discount of rs.1600/- to user who are all using other than tata sky.

                              Now when i checked online, the actual price of hd is rs. 2200 only. Then what the bloody discount that narayana gave me..

                              Please dont trust unisyn enterprises. It completely fraud company.

                              I need the explanation now regarding the bloody discount.

                                I was misguided by unisyn team on 4th nov. I have paid 2740 towards unisyn enterprises through paytm as suggested by pranay kumar for tatasky dish tv connection, i came to know that the plan mentioned by them was not correct, hence told the tata sky team to cancel my request. They have cancelled my request and said unisyn will refund the money in 2/3 working days. But refund is not processed till now. So raising a complaint here, please help.

                                    I am Hema sai charan from Hyderabad. On the day of 20th October 2018, one of your representative came to my home and explained all the information about the special packages on the same day and they have taken the payment from us through Paytm. The amount was Rs.2735/- and they have given the details as follows:
                                    1. Complete channels of Telugu+Hindi+English+Sports+Kids HD channels for complete two months free.
                                    2. After completion of two months, the charges would be Rs. 240/- per month for all the channels as mentioned above.

                                    But after contacting the customer car in front of the technician who came to my place and completes the installation part. The customer care people saying that all the channels package cost would be 750 Rs/- per month.

                                    So, she fooled us with false information and took our money. While I'm trying to contacting her on the given number, she is not responding properly. We don't need this tatasky HD connection anymore and we need our money back immediately.

                                    My money got the reversal in the form of a check after 4 months of struggle.
                                    One person named vishnu vardhan came claiming that he is a tata sky representative, have told me about an offer of paying 2200/- for life time validity tata sky card, he showed a QR on his ID n told to transfer money, i did, he told me that in 3 days the installation guy is going to come, but no one came, i attached his photo

                                      Having paid a sum of rs.2740/- towards dish, south special pack with hd and free telecast for 2 months in favour of m/s. Unisyn enterprises, india vide their receipt no.278584 dated 21.10.2018 through my cheque bearing no.085879 dated 21.10.2018, of bank of india, basheerbagh branch, hyderabad to their krishna reddy, whose contact number is [protected]. The cheque has been realised by my bankers on 22.10.2018. I have dialled the krishna reddy, whose number is continuously switched off, i have contacted the hyderabad number given in the receipt, for which there is not even getting line. As of now, 10 days have been completed, neither there is intallation has happened, nor anybody contacted us. There is no proper contact number also.

                                      As there is no response either from the dealer or from the technical personnel who have to install the dish, i request m/s. Tatasky to instruct m/s. Unisyn to refund my money immediately without any delay since the services have not been initiated as of 31.10.2018

                                        I have tata sky connection at home, customer id – [protected]. On 26th may 2018, one of your executive visited our home and explained us about the 1350/- inr offer for taking hd. I took that offer and did the payment, through check, after that i was asked to make a recharge of 200 for getting the services started. It has been more than three months that neither i have received the hd setup box nor the services are been started. Moreover the my tatasky balance is decreasing day by day. Trying to reach rakesh (Unisyn enterprises-tata sky) number [protected], he won't respond at all. Now i am fed up with the tata sky people. I need my refund back. Please do it asap.

                                        Please look into the matter and resolve it asap, else i have to go to some higher authority to get the issue resolved.

                                        Its been almost a week the executive name Reddy took the payment of 1550 and dint even bother to answer my calls. He informed that in 2 days he will install the HD box however every thing went in vain. Request you to please look into this matter. I made the payment through PayTM.

                                          Two person one of them sh shubham and another was mr saini met me in office jaipur n they hv taken a cheque of rs. 1550/- in favour o[censored]nisyn enterprises a concern connected to tata sky for replacing normal set up box to hd box with three year connection of rs. 550/- (For three tv) with hd facility. The amount has been encashed in account of said firm ms unisyn but the the hd box n connection yet to be installed. No number of firm found existe.

                                            We are already having 3 +9 (Total 12) tata sky connections with id no [protected], [protected] and [protected] your representative mr. Hari parasad mobile no [protected], [protected] has approached me and told that you cannot renew the above ids and you will have to take new connections by paying rs, 7385 per id and told that this amount include new set top box, antina, cable, free installation and 5 five months subscription of all channels with hd accordingly we have paid the amount. The new id s alloted are [protected], [protected] and [protected]and installed new set top boxes, but to our surprise we came to know after installation that only basic plan was activated and that too it is valid upto 12 th october 2018. This person has misguided and deceived us to complete his target of selling new connections instead of renewing old connection. Hence kindly take stern action against him and refund the amount and renew our old ids

The executive said tht you will receive a confirmation call and the connection will be installed, but now there is no response even from the toll free number given and also the executive.                                                 I am a customer of tata sky for more than a decade with sd connection. Last week, a representative o[censored]nisyn enterprises came home and offered a "free upgradation" to hd connection from tata sky. He promised that i would get a free set top box, a new free dish and no activation charges for hd connection.

                                                He told me that i would have to pay rs 7051/- towards my channel recharge for one year and that i would get all the channels that i currently subscribe in hd. He also told me that i would get a call from tatasky and i should inform them that i was seeking a "new" connection. He did not tell me that i could just upgrade my existing connection. I was cheated by giving wrong information.

                                                When the new hd set top box was installed, i came to know that of the total amount i had paid, only 4200 were towards the annual charges for a channel package that did not have many of the earlier channels i subscribed. The rest were towards hd activation charges and new set top box.

                                                My decision to go for hd was based on wrong information given to me by unisyn representatives. Now tatasky refuses to refund my set top box charges. Also, i will be required to pay additionally for the channels i earlier could see but now i cannot.

                                                I feel cheated. Nobody wants to rectify the situation. Even when there are so many complaints against unisyn, they continue to be authorised dealers of tatasky and continue to cheat customers.

                                                  Hi i paid the amt-2200/- on 2/7/2016 chq no:-39142 icici bank. For new connection i lost my receipt and still my connection is pending.
                                                  Please provide me duplicate recipt and provide my connection.
                                                  If it is not possibly to provide bill and my new connection please refund my fund.
                                                  Again and again i am calling no body is responding. I paid in 2016 and this is 2018. So plsss
                                                  As soon as possibly rectify my problem.

                                                    I have booked tata sky new connection yesterday thru ur representative mr. Krishna reddy by making payment of rs.2770/- by paytm instantly... Tata sky + hd with dhamaka offer 3 months free and then 199/- pm (Full month and not 28 days cycle) with permanent activation... And the payment was done in favour o[censored]nisyn enterprises (Appco groupindia) so pleae clarify y concern as there are lot of complaints regarding unisyn enterprises on this site... Hence i am really worried.. Receipt no:235672. My contact no:[protected]. And had promised to get installed withn 2-3 days...

                                                      Indont ahve any complaints. 1 week back 1 guy approched me and explained me abt tata sky he asked for the cheque in name o[censored]nisyn enterprises . I searched on google i saw these complaints and i showed him also and he convinced me and took cheque today i got my tata sky installed. That shows that some people write complaints without checking that there cheque is bounced or not cleared.i[censored] search about any company complaints u'll gonna find.
                                                      One of the representative from Unisyn by name Raj Kumar Phone # [protected] has promised me a tata sky connection. And I made a payment through paytm of Rs.4120 on 01/13/2018. Tata sky installation is not done till date. Please do the tata sky installation or refund my money back.
                                                      We cancelled our tatasky connection even without installation.Unisyn enterprises has refunded the amount of ₹3850 to my paytm due to tatasky cancellation. But by mistake ₹2000 of the amount was paid back to unisyn enterprises. please resolve our issue by sending back the amount paid to my paytm.

                                                      Hello sir/madam

                                                      i have issue of second month recharge from your end.
                                                      From your executive i had received form for 2 months free package with hd south channels pack.
                                                      No one is responding on my call.
                                                      I had took a connection on august 5th 2018 and till 31st august 2018 was deactivated my tata sky connection.
                                                      Kindly help me on this

                                                        Having paid a sum of rs.4990/- towards dish, stb and one year telecast subscription on[protected]in favour of m/s. Unisyn enterprises of appco group india vide their receipt no.192671 dated[protected] through my cheque bearing no.942465 dated[protected] of andra bank to their representative mr. Raviteja the service is not initiated till date. I have contacted m/s. Unisyn enterprises who have informed that the services will be initiated and the dish will be installed in a day or two. Till date nothing has been initiated.

                                                          A person named rahul taig came to my hotel and introduced himself as marketing executive of appco mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing of tata sky add-on package for their special customers. He briefed me about the yearly package and told me that my existing tata sky id will be changed with the new one and i would be able to see the unsubscribed pack as well. Also that the amount kept pending in my old account shall be adjusted into the new one.

                                                          On frequently trying to call on the contact provided by him on the receipt, he isn't getting available and after researching on internet and from my fellow colleagues, i got to know that these are a fraudulent team bluffing people and earning black money.

                                                          I would strongly recommend to find them out and take a legal action against them so that they wouldn't try and repeat this again.

                                                            Hi,
                                                            A representative by the name of rashmi ([protected]) from appco (Unisyn) had visited our premises on 10th april 2016. I applied for a new hd connection (Application number 144718) and gave him a cheque for rs 2160/-, which got realized.
                                                            Though the form mentions that the installation will be done within 7 working days, its been 15 working days.
                                                            I tried reaching the tata sky customer service but they don't seem to have any information regarding my application and asked me to connect with unisyn enterprises. I even try to called the unisyn office helpline no but not able to get thru.

                                                            I am totally helpless here. Please help get my hard earned money back.
