DFC railway work is going on which has cut connectivity from Gr Noida.

Residents have to use Village road which is completely damaged and prone to accidents due to movement of heavy construction vehicle and machinery.

There are many residential society facing same issue namely Oasis Venetia Heights, La Galaxia, Design Arch, Shivalik homes with more than 2000 families in Surajpur site C residential block.

This situation is prevailing from last 2 yrs with no clear future.

अंसल ईस्ट एन्ड, ट्रोनिका सिटी (रेजिडेंशियल) जो upsidc के अंतर्गत आता है। पहले उसके सम्पूर्ण विकाश की ज़िम्मेदारी अंसल प्रॉपर्टीज देखता था जैसा कि उसका upsidc से अनुबंध था। लेकिन अभी पिछले 3-4 सालों से अंसल प्रॉपर्टीज का आफिस बंद हो गया है और upsidc के द्वारा भी कोई कार्य नही कराया गया। तो मुझे बताया जाए:-
1. Severage ओवर फ्लो होकर रोड पर या खाली प्लाट में बह रहे है उसकी जिम्मेदारी किसकी है।
2. लाइट के पोल जंग लगकर गिरने शुरू हो गए है उसकी जिम्मेदारी किसकी ही।
3. रोड के दोनों साइड बड़ी बड़ी झाड़ियां उग आयी है एवम पार्क की हालत अत्यंत दयनीय है इसकी ज़िमेदारी किसकी है।
4. पूरी अंसल कॉलोनी का रोड टूटा हुआ है उसको कौन बनवायेगा।
5. अंसल ईस्ट एन्ड ट्रोनिका सिटी के भविष्य में विकाश की क्या क्या परियोजनाए है उनसे भी अवगत कराया जाए।

Its regarding waste management system in upsidc indo gulf jagadishpur. My family has been living in this area for the last 15 years and the waste management problem os getting worse and worse. The person hired to collect waste is working a different iob and also taking salary from upsidc management. Agricultural soil is getting destroyed due to plastic and waste product. Sewage lines are getting flooded, no action is been taken. No way to communicate to any officer's. People are living like nothing is happening but i seen a far greater problem not right now but 5 years in future. Please take any action.

I want to state that i applied via nivesh mitra for plot no. F-26 at I.A.. Growth Center Shahjahanpur has been rejected for the following reason :-
S.NO Reasons 1
Land assignments are not in accordance with prescribed guidelines according to the projected project.
2 The project report uploaded by the applicant is incomplete
3 The unit has been shown to produce the product in two months as per the norms
4 Experience certificate and PAN card have not been uploaded by the applicant and uploaded maps have not been shown to the undisclosed area so keeping the above errors in view the committee has decided to cancel the said application which is recommended by the committee.
After rejection of my application till now i did not get my refund.
i paid you Rs. 93000.00 via credit card till now i paid interest of bank for this amount .
after completing four months i am really in horrible condition
i request you kindly refund my money as soon as possible
i attached a rejection copy of my application also

My name is narendra tiwari and i have a plot b-12/12, site-b, surajpur, due to slow work and misbehave on work create the penalty to consumer,
Given many times request latter but no any reply and response from upsidc, all the time bound timely reflect but their are no any bound to work that in time bound,
No any en query counter their and no any coordination their all the lazy staff their,
The department staff intentionally late and want to non legal charges for every works related...
Our company and machine is ready to run but their paper work uncompleted due to department,
Already i am working a rent place...

I bought a plot ( PLOT NO. : D - 1/17, I.A, SIKANDRABAD, BULANDSHAHR ) for setting up an Industry in Sikandrabad in August 2017.Till now I haven't get my drawing be passed from the UPSIDC, KASNA, U.P . I have provided all the documents with structural and construction drawing in May 2018 but still they are not providing me the Drawing certificate from the Junior Engineer till now. They always have some issues either Junior Engineer is not there or either Drawing passing Person say that it's not their responsibility. It's been two months since I delivered all the documents with Drawings and Pen Drive, but they make an objection and didn't notified me so I had to come here for check. Now after the objection, I againg delivered the corrected drawing in UPSIDC, KASNA, U.P . But still they are delaying in providing the No Objection Certificate for the Drawing of PLOT NO. : D -1/17, INDUSTRIAL AREA, SIKANDRABAD, BULANDSHAHR. Please take and immediate action against them as they are delaying in providing the NOC.

We have purchase a plot b-12/12, site-b, surajpur before 2years by transfer and registry complete before four month, after that we are continue visit and 8times visit with application for position and start the process to making and run the company but not receive the position till now,
We have already run our company in a-2/2-21, site-b on rent,
So kindly help and provide the papers from department to continue our process

Dear sir, i have been rubbing out my sleepers from last 3 months of your office - mahalaxmi mall.. Ghaziabad...
But no one is ready to tell me when the houses will be ready for transference of power from them to me... I have asked many officers regarding this but still there is no response from them... I thought that it would be benefilcial but at last i failed... It was to open on 31st december 2017 but its almost 4 months late now...!!! Please help..

My plot number is g2 and one of my friends plot number is g8..
We are situated in upsidc cdf industrial area.. Cherrat.. Aligarh
There are no street lights in our area and drinkers are taking benefit for alcohol drinking etc.. It's highly unsafe without lights and i made a complaint also regarding the same on 6 august but no action done till now.. If any damage will be happen who will be responsible???
Second things if you enter in our cd[censored]psidc area.. From starting point till our plot there are 1 fit deep lots of digs in road.. What to promote industrialisation without infrastructure?? Or i did i made a mistake by putting factory in upsidc area?
Kindly revert with appropriate answer? I tried to write on upsidc portal also but that's giving server error as you can see in attached files.

i have my factory in SPORTS GOODS COMPLEX, MEERUT which was developed by UPSIDC exclusively for the manufacturing of sports goods & equipment in MEERUT
we have been running a factory here from past 15 years or so and our business organisation has been in this business from past 40 years & more
since we are looking forward for the expansion of our infrastructure we have been trying to get the permission to mortgage this factory from the UPSIDC-MEERUT office, it has been nearly 4 months that i have personally visited and written letters to them and even the loan sanctioning bank State Bank Of India but nothing seems to be working as i dont get replied to my letters from there office neither after personally visiting and requesting the same seems to be working as the intentions seem just to trouble the businessman
i really dont understand the reasons for delays and not even replying to written letters being sent to them by me so i personally visited the UPSIDC office and even that seemed of no help as they have not provided any time frame or any other document stating that the legal/document formalities either
kindly do the needful to help with this regard as we are into exports of sporting goods and this delay to source funds is only making us loose our future growth & export orders further affecting our business growth targets

मैने सूरजपुर साईट V मे j 130, 131 खरीदाथा। जिसके हस्तांतरण हेतू 20 मई 2016 को आवेदन किया था। किंतु अभी 8 सितम्बर 2016 तक कुछ नही हुआ। इनके सूरजपुर कार्यालय मे रीजनल मैनेजर को भी पत्र लिखा लेकिन कुछ नही हा। कानपुर फोन किया तो जवाब मिलता है सूरजपुर RM से बात करो। चार महीनों से चक्कर लगा रहे हैं। RM आफिस मे बात करो तो जवाब मिलता है कानपुर भेजा हुआ है। सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों से निवेदन है कि मेरी मजबूरी को समझते हुएअति शीघ्र कार्रवाई कराने का कष्ट करें।

I had purchased c-146 industrial plot upsidc utelwa from upsidc. allotment letter ref no /sidc/rmf/c-146/utelwa dated 26/05/2012. leas deed done by us after more effort on 2014. there is an electrical pole so we could not start any construction. after many time oral discussion with upsidc about this & many time written request for removal of pole, no action taken by upsidc.
Recently i tried about again & went upsidc regional office faizabad he said for a huge payment against this plot.
I was surprised & request for the waival of this levy which is imposed to me with out my fault but no response by upsidc.
Please resister my complain & help me.

FOR TRANSFERRING A PLOT NO:-C56/P23 IN INDUSTRIAL AREA SIGHT A MATHURA,IN MY FAVOUR I HAVE SUBMITTED APPLICATION FORM, ALL DOCUMENTS WITH LEGAL PROCESSING AND FEES DATED:-21/12/09.BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE IN MY FILE. I HAVE ALSO SEND MANY EMAILS TO UPSIDC AND WHEN I CONTACT THEM ALL THEIR OFFICE PHONES ARE NOT TAKING UP.SO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Around one year back i brought two residancial plot in a upidc jagadishpur, which located near BHEL and Indogulf fertilizer area and i paid 100% amount ( 850000 Rs.) to upidc person whos sitting in upidc office. But upto now i did not get any land or latter from upidc. the peson whom i paid amount is all ways tellingme new reason for delay, but now i dont have trust on him.so what can i do? and please help me.
