I had been trying to book ticket from upsrtc online portal on date[protected], but due to there poor online service, i did not get any ticket, and my amount 3156 rs had been deducted. I had sent complain to their online support email. They had replied after many mails. They take some information from me on mail. But not responding after that. Please check the mail conversation in product related file.
