My pan card was dispatched on 29-May-2019 as per NSDL website. I've checked the status of the courier in velex website, it is showing the status as Door closed(as on 1 jun 2019). And 1st June was a Sunday and all people was at home. Why did they put a false remark blaming the recipient. There was no phone call, no message to follow up. They such irresponsible organisation. They should removed by NSDL as courier partner....
