I had booked four tickets from Kolkata to Bangalore in Indigo airlines through the www.via.com site. One day before the scheduled date the flight was cancelled by Indigo Airlines. I had opted for refund option. Indigo Airlines informed that they have already refunded the amount of Rs 20K to VIA.com. But there is no way of getting my money back as I cannot contact the site. There is no customer care number or any way to contact.

Pnr no rkctwj, flight was cancelled due to some issue airlines said amount refund to via agent but via customer care not attended the call, so how to refund or re book the another ticket...

As we know that all the flights has been canceled due to current conditions and even the amount has been refunded by goair on 27/03/2020. But i didn't receive any amount in my bank account.

Dear Sir, I booked a ticket for Spicejet from Hyderabad to ahmedabad but you people cancelled flight at last minute and gave refund to agent WWW.via.com. They debited 400 plus 340 conv. Charges due to no fault of mine. If a customer cancel flight ticket u people charges Rs 2250 and when u cancel flight at last minute, then also customer has been charged ??
