About my order and refund
Items are not delivered correctly and no proper update is provided. Refund process are done for their own approval without customers approval. They are refunding to their wallet and holding the amount which they cheat in the name of ordering.

Extremely unprofessional. Do not order.
I had placed order for Rasmalai cake to be delivered to Durgapur for Birthday two days before. There website also accepted the delivery with an extra charge of Rs.75. However, when the cake was delivered it was not the cake that was in the order and also the message as in order was not there. The package was also wet. I raised complaint around noon time and after that had to send complain by email and also followed up several times over phone. Around 7pm they called and assured of sending a complimentary cake which I agreed. However the delivery boy while delivering the cake wanted the other one to be taken back. Again I contacted winni and then they said that it was replacement one and not complimentary. They had brought a chocolate cake. Contacted again winning but they said it was replacement. How replacement can be done with a different and also substandard cake. The payment was already made online and hence our hands are right. Please refrain from ordering on them instead Fern and Petal are much more professional.

Different Cake and Delivered 30 mins delay

Received order 30 minutes delay (Slot 11:00 to 11:59 PM, Date 28-Nov-2021) and got some entirely different cake. I ordered chocolate truffle. And it's not even a truffle cake but just some different simple chocolate cake. The taste is also not good. Very bad experience. Even they have not written my message on the cake.

Got some entirely different cake.I got white cream icing on cake though i ordered chocolate truffle. And it's not even a truffle cake but just some basic cream cake. The taste is also not good. Very bad experience. Even they have not written my message on the cake.

Order[protected] raised on 13th at 12.11, expected delivery between 2 to 6pm. I am typing at 7.12pm after 4 calls and multiple assurances from customer care on calls regarding hopeful delivery of birthday cake. It just ruined our plans as it was supposed to be surprise and before scheduled next plan. It was stressful and torturous experience.

Quality of product and time of delivery
1.Bouquet and Anniversary Card with Premium of Rs 200 gets delivered almost 1 hour late on 9th Sep 2021 to Chandigarh. It was to reach between 7am - 9am. With a purpose that people wouldn't be at home, premium delivery was booked, 2.Instead of selected Anniversary Card, Birthday Card is delivered. The message for Anniversary gets delivered as a small chit.
3.A pillow with selected photo gets delivered on 12th Sep 2021 instead of 8th Sep. When Customer Care is contacted, they are rude and refuse to reimburse premium amount
4. Customer care is very rude and they refuse to reimburse the premium amount. It is a complete let down.

Im a regular customer of winni. But im never going to order again or never refer to any one. I ordered a cake for my hubby bday with the delivry time 7 to 9 am. I paid extra delivery charges 200 for this to deliver at particular time. But they deliver at 10.30am, due to this my hubby got delayed to office. My previous order midnight delivery also they deliver at wrong time. Cake desing and letter formate also worst. Worst service.

Hi - I have placed order with Winni.in twice. They mention that they will make the delivery on time and the promised date. They twice did not deliver the product and if you call them for details they just say that it is with the courier and we cannot do anything. They refuse to cancel and refuse to refund the money. They promised Rakhi delivery by 20th and now they tell that it can’t be delivered before 23rd. Post Rakhi what will one do...

Greetings!
I have ordered from Winni for cake, roses and chocolates on 25th May, 2021 for a special occasion. I have not received roses and chocolates at all. Also received a stale cake. They have spoiled the celebration mode completely.
I have raised a complaint immediately and they promised me a complete refund of Rs.1948 against the order within 15-20 days. It's been more than 42 days and I have not got my refund.
I have been calling the support team every day and they ask for the complete story and put my call on hold / drop the call / operations team will get back. I am frustrated to the core and the experience with support team is pathetic.
I am sharing the order details, picture of the delivered cake and the mail chain and the call details.

Delivered order late

I ordered cake from winni for Father's day.It was supposed to be delivered between 2-6pm. But it was not delivered on time.I continuously tried to reach them via emails, call and chat but no one bothered to reply. I wait for around 3 more hrs and then I ordered another cake.It completed spoiled by party and at 9pm I got a call from winni delivery boy to confirm the address. I asked him to take the cake back as my party was already over and spoiled and ask him to refund my money.He said that company was already informed that there were so many orders, but this was not communicated to me.Atleast they should have informed about the delay, I would have wait but there was no reply from their end.Plz help me to get my money refund.Winni disappointed me and spolied my entire plan of Father's day.Worst experience.

They force me to take the cake saying that no refund will be given in this case and if you don't take the order it will still be shown as delivered and also will not get the refund. Also they said that the delivery of products in the time slots which the customers are selecting is not guaranteed. Then why they have given time slots to choose in standard delivery. It should be standard delivery between 9am-9pm. Also they said that for same day delivery refund is not available which is no where mentioned in their terms and condition. They are just taking advantage under the name of terms and condition.Its simple that if you can't guarantee the delivery at given time slot than there should not be the option for customers to select the slots. Anniversary cake

I had ordered anniversary cake for my parents for 5th June 2021 delivery but they not only delivered a stale cake but the design, colour, presentation and even the message on top of cake was shabby and different from the cake shown in the picture. They took Rs.750 from me and now when I am asking for a refund they are saying they can't refund. They are a fraud company nobody should buy cakes from them as they deliver bad products and later dont accept their mistake.
Even after sending the photographs of the stale cake and raising complaints the same day of delivery they have not bothered to refund me the amount.
Worst service of WINNI.

Order cancellation not taken into consideration
I requested a cancellation within 7 hours of placing my order and they charged me around INR 7000 for a 500gm.cake
I have been calling and asking them to cancel and refund my amount for 5 days now
They are not taking any initiative and they went ahead with the order

Missing products
I had ordered a cake and magic candles through Winni. The received cake is different than the ordered one. Moreover the candle was not given although they have charged me for it. When I called the delivery guy he said you can adjust I can not come to give the candle. Such kind of behavior is not at all acceptable. Hence I need a refund for the product.

I had ordered a cake on 9th May for a delivery on 10th May for a special occassion
I had opted for standard delivery timing between 10 AM to 2 PM
I did not get the delivery until 2 and then called the customer care of Winni and they confirmed delivery in 2 hour
I again called them at 3.45 since delivery did not happen and they again promised delivery by 5 PM
I again called them at 7.20 and the call was not getting connected despite calling 23 times
I finally sent a mail at 7.20 PM initiating a cancellation and I get a call at 10.45 PM in the nite asking for my location for delivery when I was asleep
I informed to cancel my order and return my money paid
When I called again on 11th May, , the customer care team is giving false commitments and I spoke to Shoubhik from Mumbai who has confirmed delivery of the product before 2 PM else refund of my money to my bank account
Even now at 7 .30 PM the cake is not delivered

Stale cake received

I ordered cake yesterday that was horrible.
Firstly the cake was so worst and different from shown in the picture.
Secondly the cake was stale and having white layer inside the cake that was so dissucting.
Thirdly the bouquet was so stale and totally different from the picture shown in the app.
This is the second time I am complaining.
Your brand image is based on the customers feedback so please improve your service and don't try to fool your customers by delivering other products instead of they ordered.

I have made an order of Rs1222 paid the entire amount no response from any support team neither on the number and the time slot given was yesterday and its 10th of may either refund the entire amount or make the delivery

Valentine's Gift

This is a Fraud company. I am from Canada and don't trust this company to send your loved ones any gift from North America or europe to India. Maybe there service is acceptable if you are living in india. In my case, for Valentine's day they first of charged me additional delivery fee. These people then emailed me saying your gift delivered but in reality they didnt. When contacted a day after by my loved one living in India they said sorry due to Valentine's day rush and delay they could not deliver and will try to deliver within 2 days. Then again they said delivered but actually did not. While this is going on they kept saying they are trying their best and apologize and just playing games of delaying. Finally I said no need to deliver because it's already past Valentine's day and it's worthless and the surprise to my loved one is gone already as she has been trying to reach them and took days to talk to someone. So when I demanded to cancel and refund they said, the intended recipient did not pick up the phone and as a result cannot refund. What a big lie. I'm so mad, I am going to report them to online fraud reporting in Canada.

I have ordered a cake on 14th feb from winni.. Order i'd[protected].. Called delivery bot 10timeshe kept cutting cal.. Then a msg came cake returned.. I hv mailed winni like may times no one responded. I got a message next day that i will be delivered today with compensatory chocolate.. Msg came order deliver.. I enquired but recipient got nothing... I called winni so many times.. On 16th a executive picked up.. Talked hell rudely said you have pay extra charge.. I asked for complaint no. She hung up the call.. I called again someone else picked up and said complaint have been raised and will be resolved today 10am.. I called again on 17th feb a girl picked up said we will deliver today.. At 12 i again called a girl said complaint was raised 10 mins ago and you will have to pay extra.. No sorry nothing inconvenience. I told her the whole story.. She said i cant do anything and hung up.. How can someone treat customers like that.. M mentally frustrated from the last 3 days and then this ill treatment. I used to promote them a lot.. But now their customer service sucks... They are only fooling customers.

My Product not delivered on time.

I placed my order on 15 Feb at 1:57 pm in the afternoon and schedule the delivery date & time 16 Feb ( 10 AM to 2 Pm ) but it did not deliverd on time ( Still showing in progress) . I called customer care several time but they just giving false hope that it will deliverd on time...one executive ask me to reschedule for tomorrow...i mean really ??? Do you want me to celebrate the birthday on next day ?? Very bad experiance. Will never recommend anyone. I want my money back.

All the items price were charged double and some items even triple to deliver it on February 14th but they didnt meet that delivery date so i canceled order immediately after 3 hours of order placed. they have called me to deliver item after 24 hours of committed delivery time. Now WINNI is refused to pay me the refund.

Worst experience with winni.in service...I have ordered 3 items by winni.in on 14 February 2021.its red velvet cake heart shape ( for heart shape cake winni.in charge extra charge), plant bamboo with bowl and one small teddy which is red and white colur..they insured the item will be delivered on 14 feb at 8.00 am to 11 pm. And website showing free of cost delivery but when I have placed my order shipping charge is showing 99 rs..but I thought special occasion they will be charged so I orderd but they delivered dry bamboo plant without any bowl, teddy with different colour very cheap quality and red cake which is round shape with little icing. They charged extra for everything...very bad experience...I have purchased all stuff for husband on valentine day but order was delivered on 15 feb afternoon..customer support number always busy, they are not providing any kind of support for your order enquiry..and at the time of delivery the delivery boy is very rude behaviour..over all i am very dissatisfied to winni.in and i am requesting to all never buy anything from winni.in otherwise You will be waste your money and spoil your occasion.

I have ordered birthday cake on 13-Feb-2021 at 3:30 PM and i have got the delivery at 10:20 PM which is of no use to me.I was waiting for the cake delivery till 8 PM and finally i bought a cake from outside and celebrated my birthday. I tried to call their customer care no of times but their no is busy all the time. So I have not accepted the delivery of the cake. Now i have got the message that cake is successfully delivered. I m very frustrated because of this and i want my money back since winni has fail to fulfilled the order in time. Also when contact their customer care they simply said no refund is not possible.
