I have purchased scooty pape plus from credr, pimple saudagar, pune branch in august 2017. After two months that branch got closed.
From then i have continuously taking follow ups with credr customer care. They give the same answer each time (U will get the duplicate rc book, it will take some time, we are trying to contact the branch people, documents is in process in rto, etc.).
They don't have any idea when documents will...

I have purchased my bike from credr pune on may 20, 2017.
I submitted my documents for paper transfer process on aug 13, 2017 and still no process has been done.
They are telling me that due to non-cooperation from the franchise they are not able to transfer the papers.
I have been chasing them on the email about the situation and they are assuring me that it is under process.
Now they have stopped...

I bought bike frm credr in jan 2016 and till now 13 july2016 i have not yet got my rc book frm rto. although credr first said that they will look abt all paper work and they took money for paper work. firstly the bike dealer was not at all professional becoz he was delaying in further process of bike transfr work then any how after i forced them to do then he gave my work to their rto agent and that guy misplaced my documents and he too delayed...

1. In credr inspection report they mention fuel guage is working but fuel guage is not working and still they not yet fixed, one month is passed.

2. front cluch/break is not working but in inspection report they mention its working, in first servicing they charge to fix the same.

3. Milege is very low. they said 40-50 KMPL but in actual it give only 25-30 KMPL.

I have purchased a pulsar (Model-2008) from credr in Hyderabad for a total amount 29000/ on 6th march 2016. Money Includes 26000 bike cost, 1000 bike insurance and 2000 document transfer.

I reserved a bike pulsar 180dts-i with credr rating 4.3, model september, 2013,
19320 km, 178 cc, 1 owner (S), k r puram railway station, bangalore priced at

I would like to tell you guys that we should not rely upon credr as it is a big cheat company. I had bought yamaha fz and deposited rs.999 as security. They did not give any concern to look for the bike and did not even let me know about it. They rather did not even give the deposit money to my account. This is irritating company. I wish i could sue it....

I bought pulsar 150cc 2011 model for 37500 on 2nd january`16.
I have paid total amount and 1500 for registration transfer on the same day..I have followed up to 2 months with relationship manager manish, he didn't give proper answer and i am irritated and filed complaint at customer care for 4 time, without giving proper resolution they have closed all my complaints. I have purchased Suzuki Access MH14 CH 1999 from SARASWATI MOTORS (Rasta Peth, PUNE) on 10-2-16 under CREDR.

After three day from purchase, it has stopped working, I have shown to mechanic shop, they are saying that ACCESS 125 (MH 14 CH 1999) has the problem of carburetor and wall problem.
As it is big problem, how it is possible if CredR vehicle is verified under various parameter....
