    I made a tatasky recharge via flipkart through its supercoins section. I tapped on dth recharge and it directed me to a mobikwick portal through which i had to make the payment. When i made the payment with my debit card, i received a transaction text message as money being deducted which was 701 rupees, but my transaction was shown as failed. I contacted flipkart and they suggested to raise this complaint with mobikwick through their app, but i couldn't see any transaction done there as well.

    Dear sir yesterday i've paid my vodafone postpaid number bill from mobikwik of rupee 1549/- the amount detuct from my bank account but the transaction not done yet... Pls sir kindly check my transaction status and solve it or pls refund my money in my account and this is the only verification massage i got it.

      I got a call from a lady saying i can get a job in bank, i had to make rs. 10 payment for application form. She sent me a website link on whatsapp. The site was shinebankingjobs.com. When added my debit card details, it asked me for otp and 499 rs. Got deducted. I asked for refund. It again asked for otp and 3100rs. Got deducted again. Please help me and refund my money. I paid through hdfc debit card.

      My money has debited of amount RS. 398.99 while recharging my mobile on 2nd April 2020 through mobikwik but recharge failed.

      I wanted to book a train ticket on 20th March 2020 from secunderabad to shalimar(train no-12784) through Zaak epayment service Pvt portal with my irctc user ID-VVVVVVXXXX.But my ticket was not book and my fail transaction ID is 100002336944989.The transaction money was deducted from my axis bank account no

        Rs.698.34 was debited on 28th february by zaak epayment services 00230906. Our account is savings [protected] at bank of maharashtra. The amount is debited through atm online transaction.
        We have not order nor purchase anything. It seems it is fraud.
        Please help me to get back my money. I really shocked to see the debit in my account. I enquirer for details to the bank but they are unable to provide. I do not use zaak epayment platform. I use mobikwik, airtel, confirmtkt. Aliexpress. The abount debited without asking the security pin.

          As i (Raja chockalingam) transferred amount 2592.04 rupees to devi vishwakarma matrimony services for my brother alliance. But, i was debited by zaak e services on 15th february 2020. Our refernce id[protected]. Pls refund my money to my account as soon as possible.

          I have paid for my loan via mobiwik under zaak epaymet service amount of 1500 debited from my bank account for unsuccessful transaction. Need revert my fund to my account today. Seriously it's frustrating me. I want my money today.

            There are 2 transaction dated 26.01.2020 and 1 dated 28.01.2020 in name of zaak paymentt services but i have not been informed as for what purpose those transaction/ deduction have been made from my account of axis bank. I bought something from the amazon app but for that separate deduction are already being made. I wasn't given any prior intimation of such deduction from my account. I believe this is fraud and i have been wrongly duped.

            The transaction were infact made by uber through zaak payment services. The same were not notified to me but dame has been cleared with the axis bank and it is resolved now.

            Showing me that money sent Zaak Epayment services(372 Ruppees)but Recharge not successful...

            I recharged my UTS app wallet with Rs. 200 on 9/3/2020 and amount got deducted from bank account but recharge not yet done. In the UTS app it is showing recharge is initiated but the wallet is not being recharged.

            Please help me out with this.

            On the date 5-3-2020 I had done a recharge through mobikwik app on a mobile number of bsnl company of rs.112/- but the recharge was not successful on the number but the amount has been deducted from the bank account so kindly sort out my problem as soon as possible and transfer my money back to my account .

              While during transction amount transfered to zaak epayments services pvt limited please find attachments. Resolve issue. Zaak epayments pvt services limited is fraud transction.               I was booking a train ticket, after choosing the netbanking option in the payment, my money was deducted but the ticket was not booked, then i received a message from the axis bank to deduct the rs 424.5/-.
              Then i complaint the customer care of axix bank, then they provide me reference no. Jp-c3f3a8dbd20 and said that you have to talk to the zaak epayment services pvt company.

                I was ordering food through uber eats, when i selected paytm as my payment mode, all of sudden amount got debited from my card for zaak epayment services and transaction was unsuccessful.
                This is not acceptable and the money should be refunded.

                Amount: 122.70 which have no reference on what transaction being processed. Please take this up and process the refund.

                I need resolution this transaction
                As today 09/02/2020 by 1:15pm I have made an payment for my emi of Bajaj Finance but unfortunately it shows transactions failed and money got debited from my account and money got transferred to ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICES for which I'm not aware of why without such information money got debited I want my money to refunded again by today itself

                  On 27th august 2019, a total of rs. 139998 had been unauthorizedly debited from my axis bank account in 3 consecutive transactions (Rs.49999, rs.49999, rs. 40000) without my knowledge and consent. I had not done any transaction to zaak epayment compaby.. I am shocked please refund my amount as soon as possible please what is this company who is doing like this please resolve this issue soon.
                  Currently i am going through a weak economic situation. Staying away fro home and working hard i collected some money for the treatment of my sick mother who's suffering from a serious illness. Please refund my money. I will be highly thankful to you.

                  This fraud transaction to zaak ePayment is done by you (Axis Bank). Please don't mislead your customer. You are responsible for this unauthorized transaction. I don't believe in your services now. I'm very disappointed with your poor banking services and rude uncooperative behavior.
                  Zaak Epayments Services charged 1Rs from me in order to confirm my debit card on UberEats app. It was written there " Don't worry, we will refund the debited money back in your account" but failed to do so.

                  I was ordering food through uber eats, when i selected my payment mode as credit card. Suddenly 222 RS has been debited from my account and order did not placed. Please do the needful.
