I have already paid in full for class 6 and as per the executive the course should have been delivered with-in 18 to 24 hours.
Its been more than 48 hours now.
I have constantly following up with him and there is no proper response and when i raise the issue a ticket is generated by itself and emailed to me.

I haven't received any invoice and payment receipt for my payments made. Can some one look into this seriously as i need the app and videos activated for my kids and also payment received voucher or confirmation.

I strongly recommend not to use such services. Fake people

    Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. I had placed an order for icse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months nor they are replacing it. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far

      A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

        This is to inform you that i've been trying to contact with my mentor since a month or two. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back! The last time i talked to her was in the month of july. I don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me as i have few questions about my studies in byju's. I hope i won't get to face this problem in future.

          I got the tablet + sd card for pcmb content for xi and xii std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the app had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video.
          Called the cs number given to us. It was dead. Mailed to the mentor who was to call back immediately. That didn't work either. The number to sell the product was prompt to respond. Took my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not a very satisfying and trustworthy experience. Still in look in period. Very inclined to give it up.

            I had opted for byju's course for my daughter studying in 6th std, which got activated on 17th november. Due to financial constraints, i called up customer care to cancel the same on 29 and 30th of november, for which i was assured of callback from their representative, which never happened.
            I dropped the mail later on for which there was assured callback, which again never happened.

            I had initially opted for a 4 year course. Later on i thought of going with 2 year course. But with this pathetic attitude of byju's, i have decided not to go with byju's, neither recommend them.

              I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

                  Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                  I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

                    I have received byjus product last week. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort. I have almost spent 18 k for the product but do not find it useful.

                      I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive rajesh mishra was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                        We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.
                        Byjus team, you should understand these people represent your organization and no cx can take this harassment when there is no fault o[censored]s. Ideally the courier guy should have the change as per the requirement not as per his feasibility.
                        I want an action to be taken on the courier guy or courier company. I am not letting it go until resolved.

                          I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                          Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                          It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                          The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                            My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                              Please note that my son is in 'ssc maharashtra board'. Not in 'cbse board'. You have send cbse board maths and science workbooks.
                              I have done the stop payment of the ecs as we are unsatisfied with the product and want to cancel all the future transactions regarding the same. Please take the product back as we have given the complaint within 14 days and are in no way liable to pay any money for the same.
                              We have communicated the same to byjus supporting team

                                I had placed an order with bjyu's for study materials of 10th. They delivered the tab with 7th std materials. Now i find that i do not have an order id, nor is my mobile number or email id registered with them. I am not able to get any positive replies from the various persons that i spoke with. But all i have in hand is a tab with 7th standard materials which is actually of no use for my son who is in 9th cbse. I would appreciate if anyone could help me in getting this sorted out.

                                  Tnldcrp[protected] order was booked by byjus sales rep on dec 23rd and a down payment of inr 7000 was collected on same date.

                                  Cancellation request was placed on dec 23rd itself in writing (Mail to cancellations team).

                                  Since then numerous calls and mails done, but no clue of the status of complaint.

                                  Sales rep called me yesterday (Dec 26th) and told me that order delivery will be taken, without which no cancellation and refund and wanted me to share the otp for order that will come, as she was proceeding with the order booking.

                                  I maintained that there is no point of this as order cancellation request raised on dec 23rd itself.

                                  My refund of inr 7000 is stuck with byjus.

                                  After multiple calls at customer care yesterday and mails, i received a call from dhara trivedi (Senior manager-byjus) yesterday and when i urged her to refund my amount, she said is instructing refund team for the same and will send me e-mail communication right then.

                                  There has been no e-mail or any other communication from byjus since then.

                                  I have called them multiple times today also, but everytime the auto dialer says they will call back.

                                  This is extremely frustrating.

                                  Please help me get refund of my inr 7000 and order cancellation.

                                  The sales representative had given so many promises before booking the order that order can be cancelled at any time within 15 days of delivery of product and amount will be refunded. It is also stated in their receipt.

                                  But just after booking the order, the situation changed completely - considerable delay in even accepting the cancellation, leave apart initiating the refund.

                                  Its been 5 days and the order was cancelled within hours of placing the same and still the refund is not even initiated. On the contrary, they are saying that till item delivery not taken - refund cant be initiated.

                                  Another person says that refund is being initiated - but no communication or action to that effect.

                                  Despite multiple follow ups with Byjus and even contacting their priority support Team, having provided the bank details and copy of receipt issued by sales representative - there is no update on status of refund.

                                  The response being provided is that they (cancellations team/refund team) will get in touch with sales representative even though the sales representative is on the same mail and multiple reminders sent.

                                  Extremely frustrating, cancellation request dated Dec 23rd - no refund update?

                                  False promises by Byjus before they took the payment that payment will be refunded, but a layman is running for his/her money and the company is casual enough to not even initiate the refund. They took bank details and copy of receipt last Thursday.
                                  Sir mai itna paisa nahi bhar sakta hoon councelling free hai magar soch ne ke liye time nahi hai aap ka councelling sesation hote hi payment karna hai aap ke councellor ne bataya hai please mera councelling cancel kigiye

Kindly cancel my order within the next 24 hour. If the order will not cancel i am not going to pay the amount of money for installment.                                       My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that iโ€™m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                                        Think and learn is fraud company. They took money from me and send me tablet and sd cards. After few months when one of my sd card was formated. Then they asked me to send all the sd cards they have provided me. They took that sd cards and don't send me any thing from last 1 month. I called them many times and send emails. But still i don't get any thing.
