I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why i cannot cancel my order. But yes.. You have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.

This is very disgraceful for an educational institution to go to this level of money making. I am going to report this with the consumer complaints and the social media and will make sure none of my acquaintances avail your services.

    Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

      Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
      I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

        First they told that we can return it easily. But now they are even not answering our call. We are not provided with exact information while we opted for the tab. I want my refund. They applied for loan against my documents. I am not aware of it . The official told me to pay in installments but not mention that he had applied for loan from third party. So also take action against the official who came to my house .

          I am requesting them to cancel my byju loan since last 6 days.
          So many times, I called them, so many mails, I sent them. Requested everyone. But they are not cancelling it. Call center lady keep on arguing and not taking cancellation request where as we dont want it. They are just passing 15 days period so that they can forcefully take my hard earned money

            Byju's counsellor had booked a session with us for my brother. He convinced us to buy the product for 6th to 4th class. He asked us to pay 80, 000 which includes 12000 rs down-payment and the rest of the amount would be taken as loan. I paid the down payment and my aadhar card and pan card details were taken.
            My loan amount was disbursed on a/c even before i got the product. Now, i called them back to cancel the product as my children aren't really satisfied with it and nor us but was not able to reach them for a long time. Finally when got in contact with them, they are refusing to take it back and i'll have to pay ₹6500 emi amount for nothing. They failled in half yearly exam only due to addiction of tablet. I inform them also this condition but they were not ready to listen any problem. I use to go for my job about to 60 km from home and come back late. So no time to teach them with help of mentor.

            I just want them to take back their product which was barely used and cancel the course and loan also.

              I am amritanjali singh mother of parth singh and rudra singh. I know about the learning app from my mobile when my childrens using its video. It seem good when i go through with the app. They call me tell me about great teaching by using this app. They also tell about the period of consent for 15 days but my childrens examination were going on so didn't take serious because i was waiting for mentor who was going to take classes. The day of first i was unsatisfied with them only due to lake of time and mismanagement. I am requesting them from that time to cancel my agreement but they are not taking serious. They started there emi also without my 15 days consent. I am alone in my home and unable to pay emi because of my husband's illness. I am requesting again and again but nobody is responsible to take care of my request. Please help me and stop my emi's. I am only person of my family so i am unable. Please listen my request.
              Even my kids are not using tablet also.

                  I. Am very much annoyed from your executive for not responding to my refund and cancellation request. Several time i have marked the mail regarding cancellation of product opted for aarush sharma son of balwinder sharma class 4 from kharar punjab. But i am not receiving any confirmation from your side.

                  This is final reminder from my side to your company for cancellation of product and confirmation of my refund.

                  In case i am not receiving refund for my cancelled product i will be forced to lodge complaint in consumer forum.

                    We are having the worst experience with byju's since these people dont entertain you after buying the product. Firstly, with their marketing strategies they will force the product on you and after that they wont pickup your phone.

                    We cancelled our product within their trial period since their cd or card was not compatible with our personal tab and after that they again forced us to try it for next few days and provided new tab. But still we are not finding it worth as its impacting our child eyes.

                    So, we decided to return it again as they mentioned to reach us within few days which we did but now they are not replying us as we need our money back.

                    There's no Ed tech company who gives so much of quality content. Apart from the tablet learning program, the mentors of the enrolled kids also provide study plans, revision sheets, imaginariums, doubt clearing sessions.

                    The company is having everything to cater to the needs of the students. But if there are people who are purchasing for FREE 15 day usage despite being unable to afford the EMIs later are only at fault. Before signing application forms, people should check what's written in points and then proceed.

                      Pls dont join byjus... Very worst experience i got from byjus... No proper response from them.. Jabez ivan (Manager he told)... Trying to cheat our money 2k (Told yesterday-monday itself thy will transfer our amt 2k, but still nw i didnt receive our money or any calls frm thm...) not picking our calls... Nearly tried 30times... So guys pls dont join here... Other coaching center is gud wen compare to byjus... Pls dont waste ur money

                      Today (08/12/18) mr. Siva called me and threathening me... He is asked me to remove the other coaching center which i mentioned in my previous review... But i told first let me get my money back thn i will remove it... If not removing nw itself they will take legal action on me itseems... I told go ahead and proceed with ur legal actions... So guys again i am telling you dont join byju's... Its really very worst center i have ever seen...

                      If anyone needs a proof fr the abv thing frm day one... Pls text me thru wtsapp number [protected] will send you all call recorded audio...

                      Not getting proper response from jagadesh too... He apologize and requested me to remove his name from here... Also told he will update the status everyday... So i believed his words and removed his name frm here... But no use... Wantedly thy are dng like ths...

                      As they told nw almost 7 (13.12.18) full working days got over... But still i didnt gt my money back.

                        I have taken BYJUS product for my son for 10 class. Till the time I paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i.e. instead of IB board they have given us ICSE content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope The brand ambassador Mr Shahrukh Khan is also listening.

                          Mr pranav shah consullor with byju's offered the kit for pcmb for 11thscience hsc board but when the kit was delivered it had only pcb and no math. Have made several call and complain but only tall claims that they will replace it with new sd card but till date nothing has been done. Even sr manager promised to do the replacement but has not done till date. They have been cheating people of their hard earned money

                            Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice.

                              I just received the Byjus product. Though I received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                              Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                              It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                              The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                                I have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
                                I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling cx support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

                                    I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort. I have almost spent 22 k for the product but do not find it useful.

                                      The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child.

                                        I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!
