I had cancelled the subscription within 3 days of receiving the package as the course offered was not suitable for igcse syllabus (The course content offered was not the same as required in igcse). Since the day i asked for cancellation (I. E. 13 nov 2018) i am struggling to get back the refund of the advance i paid.
One mr. Utkarsh, one of your representatives, had promised me that in case the course is not found suitable, the money paid will be returned back immediately.
Since 13th nov i am not getting a suitable response and one person transfers me to another person without doing anything about it. Please get the package (Tablet) collected from my residence and refund back my money. Request someone to look into the matter.
