I have received byjus product since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort. I have spent for the product but do not find it useful.

    I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive rajesh mishra was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

      I had cancelled the subscription within 3 days of receiving the package as the course offered was not suitable for igcse syllabus (The course content offered was not the same as required in igcse). Since the day i asked for cancellation (I. E. 13 nov 2018) i am struggling to get back the refund of the advance i paid.

      One mr. Utkarsh, one of your representatives, had promised me that in case the course is not found suitable, the money paid will be returned back immediately.

      Since 13th nov i am not getting a suitable response and one person transfers me to another person without doing anything about it. Please get the package (Tablet) collected from my residence and refund back my money. Request someone to look into the matter.

        Have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge.. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
        I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling cx support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

          We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

            My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.

                My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                  I bought the app recently for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                    I am cat 2019 student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                      I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                        My parents bought a course for for me. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                          I bought this byju cat tablet thisweek. I opened it today. The date is old. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. Mentor details are not provided by salesperson even after multiple follow ups.

                            With reference to above receipt we initiated for cancellation in 1st week of dec 2018. Byjus acknowledged the cancellation concern.
                            Only acknowledgement has been there - no processing of cancellation has been started since last 20 days.
                            After this also they are deducting the monthly ecs from my bank account with coordination to capital float. I didnt gave permission for bank ecs how it happened - i really dont know how byjus are managing and operating with fraud employees for only gaining business — they are cheating and playing with people money.

                              I have cancelled their product on 18 th dec and didn't receive it from courier company. Next evening someone from refund department called to confirm cancelation. I got an email from mr siddharth yadav regarding this on 22 nd. He asked for bank details which i provided. Yesterday on 29 th when i called about status they said that product has been delivered. When i refused they again asked for bank details which i provided. Today again when i called they repeat the same thing about product delivery. Then he some guy named vishal said he is initiating process. Meanwhile my emi will get deducted. Since it is outsourced to another co. It is really irritating

                                I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.

                                  I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product.

                                      I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                                        I have mailed you regarding cancellation of product and fraud done by your counceller mr abhishake mohanty, and on that basis from today morning to till
                                        Now i have spoke to mr. Vikas who told me that my mentor hasbeen changed today and he is my new mentore. I told him about the fraud done by mr mohanty and he told me he reply in 5 mins. But after 1 hour i again called byjus and i came to know that again my mentor has changed and miss ruchi is my new mentor earler it was miss harshita and before that was mr aniruddh.

                                        Every body told me that they will arrange call soon but till now i have not got any call from byjus.

                                        I was keep on telling how i am cheated from byjus to all mentor but i am not getting any solution regarding this.
