The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked

    Fed-up with product and service. No response and clarity. On forceful request of rana we purchased the product for 6-8 but i wanted a change from 7-9 and they were demanding more money. But money started deducting from my account without intimating i am in which slot. There was no details of how much emi and necessary document. Tejaswi is the mentor and hardly 2-3 times has called so far. Now when i ask montor is taking sales person name and sales person says mentor name. My kid is not happy with the product.

      I, Alok Ranjan Bhunia, have been cheated by Byju's. My daughter learned about Byju's from her friends and downloaded the app in our mobile. Some how they sent representative at our home and he promised a lot and. I paid 4000/- as down payment ( 1st week of October, Invoice No: BYJUS[protected] and he linked my bank account through my Adhar card. He got few documents signed by me and after few days I knew about 76000/- loan was taken from Capital float. The fellow told me lots of lies and he responded my call after that.

      During 15 days trial my daughter could use it for 12-13 days. Once the trial was over she could hardly use it for 10 days. By that time my first installemnt of about 6333/- was with drawn. I complained many times but no solution. I wanted to cancel the order but no solution to this. I also complained to capital float and both of them opened a ticket and without my consent closed it.

      Now I want refund and close the package. Even I've asked my bank for stop payment.

        I have purchased the byju's product for my kids. But my kids were not interested in it hence we returned the product with in time as per their guidelines. They refunded my down payment money on 08/nov/2018. However, they have not yet cancelled the loan that they opened against course and devise fee. I was following with them since 2 months and they were saying it is still not closed and deducting the amount from my bank account.

        I really frustrated with byju's response. Please help me in this.

          Kindly inform to you that we received byju's tab kit on 15dec 2018. We are facing the problem of wifi connection not connecting the tab with byju's parent connect app. We had concerned to the customer care from 17dec2018 daily with tele talking by technical person. As per guidance by technical person we tried all the way as he told us but problem not solved yet. So we are requesting to you solve my problem.

            I attended a so called counselling session for my kid which was actually a sales session. Your representative named Manvi Choudhary Ji came to our house for session. She asked some questions to my kids and the. Suggested us to buy Byjus course. She said my kid can never clear any competition exam without byju. She said we have to pay the fee else she won't go. I inquired how to pay, she said pay an amount of total fee and rest will be deducted after my consent after 15 days of product delivery. Me and my wife were not agreeing but Manvi Ji convinced us saying she will take every responsibility if even a penny gets deducted without our permissions. We agreed and she made me sign on some document. After she left we researched about this sessions and fees. I got to know byjus is a complete fake. Product is same for every student. No personalization is provided. The document she made me sign was a loan documents. I called Manvi Ji and asked her to stop and cancel my registration so she said it won't be cancelled untill I receive the course. I said I don't want to go further what is the point of recieving the course. She hung up. Her senior called me and said if I don't receive the content my registration fees will not be refunded. As expected this was a fraud and I was tried to be fooled. Thanks to consumer forum from where I got to know about Byjus. I have filed a case against for making me sign unknowingly on bank document. She said it is registration form. I am writing here to get my refund which is still awaited.

              I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

                I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

                  My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                    Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme last month. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1to2 weeks after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. I am sure you will find time to resolve this problem in your busy schedule. Thanks

                      Have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                        I placed an order with byjus. The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
                        The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
                        Please help us in resolving it asap.

                          I have taken byjus product for my son for 7th class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                            I bought the app recently for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                              I got the tablet + sd card for pcmb content for xi std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the tab had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video.
                              Ctook my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not a very satisfying and trustworthy experience. Still in look in period. Very inclined to give it up.

                                I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company very well know what happened he promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

                                  I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.

                                    I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                      I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why i cannot cancel my order. But yes.. You have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.

                                      This is very disgraceful for an educational institution to go to this level of money making. I am going to report this with the consumer complaints and the social media and will make sure none of my acquaintances avail your services.

                                      Please cancel my order asap and refund my money.

                                        Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.
