I enrolled with byjus for cat preparation. I took the tablet course with weekend classes. The tablet i recieved for classes never worked and the personal mentor promised was never given. They wasted my complete one year and never gave a single class. Nobody helped me when i called. This is fraud and waste of money and time. Please think before opting for "byjus"

    I ordered 4 tablets of igcse board but the studies provided r not of igcse board... The representative said u hv 15 days to decide u want to continue or not but the guy did not said anything abt from when trail period will start n said when the tablets come u just call me n ill come... Tablets came on 24 nov... I called the guy on 26 nov... But he came on 3rd dec n made the login by himself n said there was some mobile nos issues from their side... He didn't say tht i hv to do all thing by myself nor he said me tht my time period hv started... Now when i dont want to continue they r saying ur time period is over n they r blaming me tht its my fault tht i shd hv seen their things on internet... N the representative is not picking up my call nor reply to my messages or emails from past 3 day's... According to them its been 17 days n the time he logged in all 4 days tablets its been 8 days...

      I purchased a test series ias prelims from byjus.com.
      Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything.
      They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
      Please beware of byjus commercial classes. They are least bothered about students career.

        Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months.

          I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

            The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. While i have ordered for class 7. Even the sd card that they have sent is not working. Either i want replacement or my hard earned money back.

              I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for.
              I kept complaining about it to various tiers that the product which i ordered for is not available at all and the sales ppl know very well about it before taking the order. He promised proper readdressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

                I got the tablet + sd card for pcmb content for xi and xii std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the app had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video.
                Called the cs number given to us. It was dead. Mailed to the mentor who was to call back immediately. That didn't work either. The number to sell the product was prompt to respond. Took my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not a very satisfying and trustworthy experience. Still in look in period. Very inclined to give it up.

                  This is to inform you that i've been trying to contact with my mentor since a month or two. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back! The last time i talked to her was in the month of july. I don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me as i have few questions about my studies in byju's. I hope i won't get to face this problem in future.

                    A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

                      Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. I had placed an order for icse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months nor they are replacing it. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far

                        I ordered the product for jee mains and jee advanced.. Moreover the package was tampered when the marketing guy delivered it at our door step. The pckage did not look new to me or to anyone. It looked liked an old package. The marketing person initially said it would one sd card for both jee mains and jee advanced. It was shocking to see that 2 sd cards (Each 64gb) were given, and the student has to removed and insert, whichever class he needs to learn.

                          I have already paid in full for class 6 and as per the executive the course should have been delivered with-in 18 to 24 hours.
                          Its been more than 48 hours now.
                          I have constantly following up with him and there is no proper response and when i raise the issue a ticket is generated by itself and emailed to me.

                          I haven't received any invoice and payment receipt for my payments made. Can some one look into this seriously as i need the app and videos activated for my kids and also payment received voucher or confirmation.

                          I strongly recommend not to use such services. Fake people

                            I bought this byju cat tablet this january. I opened it today. The date is old. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. Mentor details are not provided by salesperson even after multiple follow ups.

                              My parents bought a course for for me. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                                This has been a matter of deep anguish that even after cancelling the registration within trial/assessment period, I am still waiting for the refund.

                                Application#TNL[protected]

                                Byjus executive met and explained about the course and requested for a registration with Rs. 3000/-, through cheque. I was assured that if I decide to continue with the course, I can opt for an instalment facility. Otherwise, I have to inform them regarding cancellation and they will not process the auto-debit instruction for instalment.

                                Despite letting them know(over email and phone) within 2 days of receiving the kit and returning the kit with courier service within one day, I found that they deducted the first instalment from my bank account.
                                Upon inquiring they ensured that it will be refunded back to same bank account within 15 days from loan cancellation with "Capital Float". I got a confirmation that loan has been cancelled and money will be credited back.
                                It has been more than1 month now, the loan was cancelled and I am still waiting for the refund.
                                On every follow-up, either they don't respond back now, or even if they respond, it just says, "we are looking into".
                                It is a shocking incident of dis-integrity and raises many questions on their authenticity
                                They claim to provide strategic learning with modern thought.
                                Their own process is so broken and vulnerable that it raises question on how they would deliver what they claim.

                                  I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                    I am cat 2019 student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                                      I bought the app recently for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                                        My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.
