I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....

I have been misguided by similar Counselor who forced me to register for my child. The Counselor assured that I can cancel anytime in 15 days but I should register he needs to complete his registration target or he will go jobless. He got a form filled and made me pay by card so that registration and cancelation gets done in free credit period. He took my phone on the pretext of checking the version so that App could work. We reshmi's parents. Placed order paid initial payment on 14 th november 2018 based on mr. Saravanan. Marketting advise. After 2 weeks also there is no response. No 20 days over there is no despatch of tab even after our repeated calls he is not responding for our calls.

So we annoyed very much and have doubts about byju's service after sales. So we are planning to cancel our order.

Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for gmat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment...

My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely...

I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list....

I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed and would never recommend byjus to anyone. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly., i have to follow up since i have paid. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint i receive my books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge.
