The tab got delivered to me last week and i have been using it since 4 days and the tab is not working properly. The tab keeps on stopping mid way of the videos. Some of the videos are not working. Some are inaccessible which should not be the case because i paid the whole amount all at once. The point is i have paid the whole amount and my tab is not working. Kindly assist....

I had placed an order for byju's tab and recently got the delivery. The tab delivery was done as it was supposed to be. First thing, the outer packaging was in a very bad condition, whole if the outer packaging was damaged which made me worry about the tab inside. I had paid a good part of my money for this and at the very least i expect it to be delivered carefully today ensuring it does not get damaged in transit.

Have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th standard
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket....

Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the...

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. i have been trying to get in touch with then so that i coukd track my package. but no help so far. the number is not reachable....

I am student of class tenth i have purchased this tab just a few months ago. But for last few days when i am opeping that app in my tab it is showing that please insert sd card of 10 grade app. I am not able to study or do any performance on this tab. I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company very well know what happened he promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened...

I got the tablet + SD card for pcmb content for XI std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the tab had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video.
CTook my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not a very...

I had purchasd byju's tablet when after class 10th boards exam (I am currently in 11). Tablet offers study of science and mathematics subject. I had taken up humanities in class 11 and i will not be studying science and mathematics anymore. I request them to take back tablet since it is not useful to me anymore but they denied. I have no use of tab now and wished for a easy refund...

I bought the app recently for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried...

I have taken byjus product for my son for 7th class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list....

After watching i analysed that my child not able to found helpfull in her studies.
Kindly apply policy for canel & refund asap,
As after reading and understanding my child was unable to find helpful this in her studies.
Therefore you are requested to kindly cancel it and take back your product.

I placed an order with byjus. The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
Please help us in resolving it asap....

Have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved...

I had ordered for class 7th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!...

Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme last month. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1to2 weeks after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. Three month before i had bought it for my daughter up to 7th to 10th std. She learn in the class 7th now. When i was bought it from your representative mr. Shubham ajay. The day he sold this product, he never visited again. I was called on your online nos. For my daughter review purpose but unfortunately nobody given any replay.

Now i'm reached at conclusion to return your product and stop my emi and refund...

Think and learn is fraud company. They took money from me and send me tablet and sd cards. After few months when one of my sd card was formated. Then they asked me to send all the sd cards they have provided me. They took that sd cards and don't send me any thing from last 1 month. I called them many times and send emails. But still i don't get any thing....

My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet....

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....
