I have been misguided by similar Counselor who forced me to register for my child. The Counselor assured that I can cancel anytime in 15 days but I should register he needs to complete his registration target or he will go jobless. He got a form filled and made me pay by card so that registration and cancelation gets done in free credit period. He took my phone on the pretext of checking the version so that App could work. He switched off my phone and asked me to restart after one hour. After he left I found messages saying I have availed loan from Capital Float for paying BYJU'S. I found few OTPs which were used by the Counselor. I have written mail for cancelation of registration and refund of amount paid.
I am yet get any positive response from BYJU'S.

The amount of down payment has been refunded and third party loan has been cancelled. I had to bear the courier charges of 1000/- for returning the package received. I take it as a penalty for my irresponsible act of going for registration.

    We reshmi's parents. Placed order paid initial payment on 14 th november 2018 based on mr. Saravanan. Marketting advise. After 2 weeks also there is no response. No 20 days over there is no despatch of tab even after our repeated calls he is not responding for our calls.

    So we annoyed very much and have doubts about byju's service after sales. So we are planning to cancel our order.

      I return back his tablet imediatly so I am not his loan Holder. By jus counslar and menter behaivior is very poor so kindly cancel my course and capital float loan now we return by jus course and tablet but capital float sending me reminder msg because I am not his loan Holder.. Why my by jus counslar and menter is not cancelling my course and capital float loan.. I am very disappointed his poor behaivior. So kindly help me.

        Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for gmat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

          My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

            I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

              I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                I have mailed you regarding cancellation of product and fraud done by your counceller Mr Abhishake Mohanty, and on that basis from today morning to till
                now i have spoke to Mr. Vikas who told me that my mentor hasbeen changed today and he is my new mentore. i told him about the fraud done by mr mohanty and he told me he reply in 5 mins. but after 1 hour i again called byjus and i came to know that again my mentor has changed and Miss Ruchi is my new mentor earler it was Miss harshita and before that was Mr aniruddh.

                every body told me that they will arrange call soon but till now i have not got any call from byjus.

                i was keep on telling how i am cheated from byjus to all mentor but i am not getting any solution regarding this.

                byjus being a professional comply treats customers like this???

                cheats innocent parents by taking loan on their behalf without informing tham and when we called them and email them not bother to reply also.

                is this a professionalisum????

                i request you to please be professional and sort this matter on urgent basis.

                  I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                    I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                      I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product.

                        Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1 to 2 days after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. I am sure you will find time to resolve this problem in your busy schedule. Thanks

                          I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed and would never recommend byjus to anyone. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly., i have to follow up since i have paid. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint i receive my books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

                            I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.

                                The order numbers are[protected] and[protected]. The total amount paid was 1, 18, 000/- inr. We need an immediate refund.
                                Hemanth: 91 [protected], came to our home to explain the product. We wanted time to think but he said there is a code generated and can’t wait. Being assured by him that we can cancel within 15days and if we want more time then the mentor will be able to extend the trail to 45days. Even after repeated calls of extension no one responded. We faced so many issues.
                                1. Tab arrived but the mentor never called for weeks. Even to explain the process o[censored]sage. After repeated follow ups was informed she is either sick or busy with god knows wat.
                                2. After repeated follow ups all they do is send one email with the study plan.
                                3. Tab stopped working and there is no response.
                                Everything we were promised, like regular assistance by the mentor, regular emails with the progress of the children and the assurance of cancellation anytime we want and of the balance refund, nothing happened. Feeling so cheated and regret our decision of paying the money. It’s been 1 month and we want our money back. I wish we could sue u for such mental torture.

                                    I bought the app recently, paying 15000, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.
