I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

    I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

      This is to inform you that i amit ghosh has been cheated by byjus mentor.
      1. Mr arka dhali ([protected]) from byjus came to my house on 3rd nov18 and taken a 2 hour session with my both children.
      2. He informed me about byjus. Told me the course fee of rs 75000/- total and can be paid in installments through bajaj finserv. He informed me that the money will be deducted from the month of january2019.
      3. I told him that i will inform him in a couple of days time. On the very next day 4th nov i told him that i am interested provided that the money will be deducted from the account from january.
      4. He assured me that and then i gave him the number of my mothers account. He asked otp from me and i provided that to him. I was not given any enrollment form till date by him.
      5. On 12th november we received the tabs.
      6. Now today i came to know that the emi has already hit my account from this month.
      7. I called him several times but he is not picking up the phone. At last i spoke to mr arindam but he is totally denying the facts.
      8. Mr arindam let me know that i have filled and signed the enrollment form. Also i came to know that the trial period is 15days not more than that.
      If i know this then i should have taken action before.
      Coming to conclusion it is proved that i have been cheated by byjus. I asked them to provide me the enrollment form where i have signed and your mention about the trial period. But they dont want to show.

      Please help me.

        I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador mr shahrukh khan is also listening.

          Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

            I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
            Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
            It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
            The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child.

                    I bought the app recently, paying 15000, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                      I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                      Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                        I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                          We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                            Sir we have purchased the byjus learning course for my brother KAVYA UMAR but due to some financial problem we are unable to pay the emi . So we want to return the product as soon as possible but their customer cares services are refusing to return it back telling us that the 15 days trial period is over and you have to take it now.

                              Dear readers, this complaint is on mis selling and wrong info by byjus counsellor saurav chakrabarty. I finalized course for my son who studies in 4th standard. During conversation he mentioned on being from iit powai but when i checked his linkedin profile he is from some private college in nagpur. I spoke to his boss satyam dubey on this incidence who told me on taking action on saurav.
                              I decided to back out on course
                              Request higher official from byjus to look into this as it tarnish image of company

                                This is to inform you that i've been trying to contact with my mentor since a month or two. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back! The last time i talked to her was in the month ofoctober i don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me as i have few questions about my studies in byju's. I hope i won't get to face this problem in future.

                                  My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this.

                                    We have been experiencing total ignorance from byju's inspite of sending repeated reminders by my daughter who is in 12th science taking her board exams soon in 2019. They charged money but i can feel the pinch now and can never recommend anyone. The mentor a;llotted is not responding

                                    No one from their top management is bothered to neither take up the issue nor instructing their employees to reply to emails.

                                      Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months and they were very rude in the conversation. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far

                                        I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. Now i am sorry to say i don't have any requirements of your apps. Kindly return my token money at earliest. I ordered this last month only and you said ill get it in 7 working days. 30 days have passed still no sign of delivery.
