Dear sir,

This is very bad to say bijus is a fraud company. Mr abhishak mohanty is a big fraud i am calling him from last 2 weeks he is not picking up my call

He assured me that this is a trial product till 2/12/18 and than if you dont like you return the product. I have received product on 3/11/18 and i was out of town till 18/11/18 so how could i check the product and one i have started using
I didnt find anything intresting so i have mailed mr mohanty and also called mr mohanty as well as byjus team.

Loan from capital flat was not informed from him to me. Which is a big fraud
He has just took signature, front oage was bijus form and i have signed it.

Before selling product he should inform me that it would be loan installment.
Which he has not informed me.

I have called byjus people for returning this product but no reply from you.

Simply i dont want produt

We scheduled a demo for my son for the weekend but the perosn who was supposed to come did not show up. also he is not responding to our calls and texts. kindly reschedule the demo and keep us in loop.
I received the tab but the condition in which i received was dampening. it was packed very distastefully, the package was torn and not packed properly. the tab was not harmed but it shows the carelessness.

    Dear sir,
    I the parents of souhardya kar an leagal payer want to cancel the byju's learning courses and return my my kits. From day one i have told that i do not want to take this service. I have connected with your many byju's customer sevices but they do not show me a correct path instead they force me to take this service and they have told that they will give me discount for needy student but from october to december ther are not giving this discount offer instead they are taking emi every month. However my family is facing from economic problems. I have the full prove about all this matter and they have throw me in trap. Now i do not want to take any discount, instead i want to get rid of this service. Hencefore, i feedback this company as a fraud company.

    My son has ordered a CBSE course set for 9th Std and Byju's have sent him an ICSE one. Kindly do the exchange asap. do not waste any more time that hampers his study time.
    I got a call from the byjus team and they asked for a demo appointment. i cleared my schedule for them and then they did not turn up for the appointment they only asked for. what kind of behavior is this?
    What kind of courier guy you guys send. the guy was rude, and clueless of what he was doing. he was manhandling the package.
    My tab purchased a month ago from byjus is not working properly. it either has some software issue or the malware. please get it fixed. the glitch has been hampering my study now.

      Respected sir/mam,

      Sir/mam i'm vijay. I have buyed byjus tab contact no.- [protected]. They are saying no you can't return tab. You have agreed to keep it. Sir/mam but they gave me 15 days more to decide and if i feel again uncomfortable then i have to return it but they are now cheating me sir please help me as i was lied while buying also and now cheating me. Sir/mam actullay i'm from poor family background and this if my friend prashant's phone and he is helping me so please help me sir. My aim to crack jee exam and i trusted an educational counsellor and she cheated me and now i'm struck.
      I hope you help him to get justice sir really he is from poor background and if you want i can send you his home and family photos.

        Today morning a person came to my house, with prior appointment. He gave the details and told him i need time to decide on wether to go for it or not.
        The person instead on buying i said ineed time to decide.
        He just created a scene in front of my wife and 2 children.
        I told him that this not the way a bijus representative should be behaving.
        I told him i am interested in product.
        He even tried to stop me taking the car.
        He just blocked the door when my son tried to close the house door.
        It is really bad on bjjus.

        I paid huge amount for Byjus tab and the way it was delivered it to me was not at all acceptable. even after after paying so much they cant even pack a tab right then i dont know what are they doing.
        I have been trying to call the customer care but none of numbers is responsive. no one is picking up the call. really disappointing.

          I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

            I am cat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

              My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                I just received the Byjus product. Though I received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                  I have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
                  Please check you inventory. I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of.

                    The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child.

                      Kindly keep the customer in loop with the tracking detailswe placed an order for class 6th tab classes, we were promised that the delivery will happen within a week of placing the order but i was highly mistake that i trusted byjus for my son's education. Its been over two weeks and no sign of the tab. You cannot promise me one thing and do the other thing. Unprofessional behavior.

                        I was supposed to get the delivery of the byjus tab which i have ordered in the end of last month within two weeks. That would be the maximum time that the delivery would take, that was promised to me. It has been a month today from the day of ordering the tab and i still have not received it. This is just dampening my excitement of the byjus tab. If your product is good, then please make sure your tat is also good.

                          The tab got delivered to me last week and i have been using it since 4 days and the tab is not working properly. The tab keeps on stopping mid way of the videos. Some of the videos are not working. Some are inaccessible which should not be the case because i paid the whole amount all at once. The point is i have paid the whole amount and my tab is not working. Kindly assist.

                            I had placed an order for byju's tab and recently got the delivery. The tab delivery was done as it was supposed to be. First thing, the outer packaging was in a very bad condition, whole if the outer packaging was damaged which made me worry about the tab inside. I had paid a good part of my money for this and at the very least i expect it to be delivered carefully today ensuring it does not get damaged in transit.

                            Pay attention to minute details.

                              sd card not working

                              Have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th standard
                              Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

                              Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket....

                              Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff

                                I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. i have been trying to get in touch with then so that i coukd track my package. but no help so far. the number is not reachable.

                                  I am student of class tenth i have purchased this tab just a few months ago. But for last few days when i am opeping that app in my tab it is showing that please insert sd card of 10 grade app. I am not able to study or do any performance on this tab. And my exams are approaching only 2 days are left. Kindly help me out regarding this. Its an emergency.

                                    I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company very well know what happened he promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

                                      I got the tablet + SD card for pcmb content for XI std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the tab had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video.
                                      CTook my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not a very satisfying and trustworthy experience. Still in look in period. Very inclined to give it up.
