I subscribed to byjus 4 year for my son in 7'th standard in the sep 2018. For a month byjus was very prompt and they sent lesson plans and the mentor used to call, but after a month they stopped all these. My sons academic results also got bad after subscribing to byjus. Even his class teacher gave the same feedback that the byjus method is different and hence children are getting confused, especially with maths. So i called them up and asked to cancel this as it was only 2 months into the programme of 4 years, i was expecting a full refund of my money. But, to my surprise, they denied any refund and was very rude. The customer support executive did not want to listen to me and was saying it was all my mistake. I really feel trapped and lost my hard earned money to these guys who treat education just like a business. I sincerely request each and every parent to be vigilant and not fall prey to byjus marketing folks.

    Byjus business model is to trap parents by making them get into a loan for buying their product. Once you buy, and you realize the product is worthless, your money is gone

    How can this be marked as resolved? Byjus never bothered to contact me.
    I am victim of Byju's too .l am convinced by their manager to buy their IIT jee course for my son . and trapped into finance crook capital float, when i could not afford and ineligible, By making wife the buyer. Once dissatisfied with the course they said they got full payment it is up to you to honor Finance co. Other wise face legal consequences. Request all parents your child will learn by themselves believe in them save money and from finance and legal burden motivate your son or girl that is all say good by to Byjus the wolf

      I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

        I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. He is insisting on replacing the tablet and is telling me not to go for refund without actually using the app. To replace i’d have to send this back and wait for the new one. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.

          Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

            I had placed an order with bjyu's for study materials of 10th. They delivered the tab with 7th std materials. Now i find that i do not have an order id, nor is my mobile number or email id registered with them. I am not able to get any positive replies from the various persons that i spoke with. But all i have in hand is a tab with 7th standard materials which is actually of no use for my son who is in 9th cbse. I would appreciate if anyone could help me in getting this sorted out.

              Please note that my son is in 'ssc maharashtra board'. Not in 'cbse board'. You have send cbse board maths and science workbooks.
              I have done the stop payment of the ecs as we are unsatisfied with the product and want to cancel all the future transactions regarding the same. Please take the product back as we have given the complaint within 14 days and are in no way liable to pay any money for the same.

                My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                  I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                  Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                  It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                  The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                    The tab was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
                    My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for the course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
                    Please help us in resolving it asap.

                      We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.
                      Byjus team, you should understand these people represent your organization and no cx can take this harassment when there is no fault o[censored]s. Ideally the courier guy should have the change as per the requirement not as per his feasibility.
                      I want an action to be taken on the courier guy or courier company. I am not letting it go until resolved.

                        I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive rajesh mishra was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                        Please assist and close the same at earliest.

                          I have received byjus product last week. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort. I have almost spent 18 k for the product but do not find it useful.

                            Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                            On 19th sept i received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

                              Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

                                One month ago a woman badgered my into buying the tablet course with the usual last day to avail offer bull. I come from a middle class family and 26k wasn't too easy to pay. But i rushed my parents and we tried paying online but their portal didn't work for three days. They asked us to go to their office which is about 25 km from my house, and we paid. Then the wait began. They said i should have my books and tablet in 7 days. The woman stopped answering my calls, my texts and emails. There was no way i could track my material. I reached to so many employees, each more unhelpful than the rest. I finally found one guy who sort of helped me. He tried contacting this woman several times, but in vain. This is how commercial they're. And i have called, yelled, emailed a hundred times but i still haven't received my tablet. Each time, they have a new excuse. They don't even know where it is. It breaks my heart to see my parents worry about the money.

                                  I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why i cannot cancel my order. But yes.. You have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.

                                  This is very disgraceful for an educational institution to go to this level of money making. I am going to report this with the consumer complaints and the social media and will make sure none of my acquaintances avail your services.

                                  Please cancel my order asap and refund my money.

                                    I have taken the course for class 7th to class 10th! We are not satisfoed with their service and so we dont want to continue this anymore so 15days were over and i was 22 hours late due to a valid reason we had am emergency in our house but out of courtesy they are not even listening to us. Have taken our money and not even replying to us nor calling back. Very disapointed with this behaviour so unpprofessiomal. I am even ready to show them the emergency proof but still not even listening. This is my money how can they be so cruel and i even told them that the amount that i have submitted that they can keep it but atleast dont deduct the other installments and that is for 4 years. Why would i pay for 4years if our student is going in a hostel and they dont allow gadgets there there also we have submitted the amount. Totally stuck in between the situation.

                                      I am following up you since four days 23th Nov still getting loan processing sms from Capital Float.

                                      As promised by you the account will be immediately closed once we drop an email and get our money back to the account through which I paid. Please cancel the order immediately and return the amount ₹9000/-

                                      Not received the payment yet, once you send the payment, initate pickup as promised by Kanak.

                                      We immedately paid first then got the tab after 7 days, per promise you pay immediately back and get the tab back - arranging a pickup should not be an issue for a branded company like Byjus whose ad are been done by Mr. Shahrukh Khan.

                                      Your counselor cum sales person @Kansk Sabnekar while selling the product did not mentioned that you claiming to be India's no. 1 edu company don't respect your customer and arrange the reverse pickup. Infact he said we will immediately get back the refund on dropping a simple email to support. Is this the kind of behaviour once you sell your useless products to customers?

                                      Can you keep your promise that I will get a hasselfree refund or I need to approach the Police or may be the court or may take the route of social networking websites...

                                        I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                        BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Byjus is a fraud company,

                                        They make false promise that they will refund your money if you cancel the order within 15 days,

                                        but don't return money once debited from your account and you cancel the order.

                                        Don't arrange the reverse pickup.

                                        Don't close the loan with Capital Float which they insist to take while taking booking the spot order.
