I'm the student of tablet+classroom program. I made the payment of 50k for the tablet and later paid 35k for the classroom program. I didn't attend next two weeks classes because the coordinator told me that polity was about to end and there's no point of attending it. I attended only two classes-one of environment nd the other is economics. I asked for the refund of my classroom course to which the coordinator agreed and later on refused saying that my sales person is the authorised person. It took me two classes to understand whether the classroom coaching will be helpful or not. I attended two classes, one of environment and another of economics. I felt more satisfied with their tablet program and the classroom didn't suit me. I made the payment on 7th aug after which i attended only 2 classes (Weekend classes) and claimed refund by 3rd of september. I've all the proofs and records to what i'm saying. I never asked for the refund for tablet because i was satisfied with it but i gave another 35k which i'm not satisfied with, reason being i also stay very far and distance is also an issue to attend classroom. I just attended two classes-environment n economics (The records can be checked). Just for two classes, they cannot charge the entire 35k. I'm ready if some amount is deducted for the two classes that i attended. And also the refund procedure was never mentioned, in the terms n conditions that was sent to me, there's no mention of refund procedure regarding offline classes, so they have no base for not returning my money, they can even deduct the money of the two classes that i attended, but they're claiming for the full amount. If you want i can also add the attachments of the conversation with the coordinator and sales person in which it was first confirmed regarding the refund of my money but later denied. I've several phone calls and other recordings as well.

If you can see the attachments, there's one bill there of 5k which I had to pay offline on the first day of my class.So as you can see, my first class was on 20th Aug and I requested the refund after my second class I.e.on 3rd Sept.I didn't the class on 27th n 28th which I thought would be a waste of my time.I've no issues with coordinator or the sales person, they've always been cooperative, but when I spoke for the refund, the sales person said that nothing can be done now.So I had no platform other than this to put up my issue.

In another screenshot, I was told to come to jnc(jyoti nivas college) to submit the receipt of 5000 so that my refund can be initiated.We also had a class that day but as I was assured that my refund will be initiated, I went all the way traveling 2 hours just to give that receipt.Didn't attend that day's class as I didn't wanted that attendance of class to be used as a barrier against my refund.But after all this, I was told that the refund cannot be done.

    Dear sir / madam.

    Over a month back i paid for the byjus on line learning app $ 299 equivalent to 20 thousand rupees, the application that i downloaded has couple of videos but the other service that they charged me for is never been provided, they have promised me a 1 to 1 conference call with my child by one of their tutors to clear any doubts if the child has, and regular test and exams which never happened., there is no assignments, no regular tests, and about feedback less said the better.

    I am being robbed for 20, 000 rupees.

      Sir I am Arihant Vasha.I purchased a package of P.C.B. from byju's.Before purchasing product they promised if I don't satisfied with that they will refund my amount(30000)within 30 days of recieving product.So I purchased that and I recieved it on[protected].And I am not satisfied with that so I mensioned a complaint of back and refund on saturday[protected].One of them from their centre told me that their refund team call me within24-48 hours after that you will dispatch the product.But even today I don't recieve the call from their refund team.I made calls repeatedly they always told (sir you will get the call with one hour).Sir please help me and give refund me as soon as possible.

        1. I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard IGCSC (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company Ms Naina and paid Rs 11000.
        2. The company punched a wrong address and the parcel was delivered to a wrong address. The company did not do any thing to set that right even after my informing them about the wrong address. I did the follow up with the courier service and with their cooperation traced down the person whm it was delivered and got the product in my hand.
        3 I then realised that the product was of ICSC and not what I have ordered for.
        4. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company Mr Sidhhant verma very well know what happened and he admitted that the product which I ordered for is not available t all and the sales ppl know very well about it before takng the order. He promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

          When i got a call from the educational consultant from think and learn ltd on 23/06/16. I was so much happy that i got a scholarship that i can buy the 11th-12th pcm course for 26, 000/-. I followed the mode of payment they told me and bought the tablet on 3/07/16 through icici bank credit card, i chose for emi option but my whole amount was taken in one installment, i got my tablet after 9 days of payment. I was so much happy that i bought the accesories of the tablet like : tempered glass, covers etc. But soon when i got that my payment is not getting converted to emi i called them, they kept on saying us it will soon be converted to emi but it didnt. Further i got isues with the technical problems in the tablet which after so many calls and a huge toll on my mobile bill was partially solved, when we got the call from the bank that in the credit card statement we have to pay the whole amount of 26, 000/- before the end of the month my parents became worried as we are from a middle class family background and a huge amount payment in such a short period was not possible for us and if we dont pay the amount before the bank's deadline date the huge interest rate of 36% will be charged on us. We called many times to the different numbers they gave us even emailed officially but no response came. Some numbers are switched off.. Some are temporarily out of service and some dont pick up the calls. I tried the helpline no. Which somehow after a long balance charge on my mobile bill arranged a call with the consultant. They told me that they will try to solve my problem asap they asked me for required documents which i gave them instantly they ensured me about that emi issue will be resolved, we also had meet with the bank, the bank manager told us that the company had to carry forward us the request of emi. After no response for many days we gave a request for the refund of our 26, 000/- as stated by the educational consultant when he provided me the scholarship i can take my refund within 30 days i was not out of my time. After a long wait we got a call from the company about the refund of the money. They asked us to courier the tablet first and after they get it back they will send us a cheque of refund. This is not a fair policy we trusted them at the time of payment and got the tablet after 9 days and that too with issues of emi and technical bugs. Now when its their time to refund the money they should trust the consumer. We are not running away any where with their instrument, refund us the money first and take your tablet from us at once on the same day they dont even have to wait for 9 days like we did. As it is said "big words and less work" i dont think my money will be refunded anyway, they also told us that they can't even give us in writing a confirmation that if i send the tablet back they will refund us the money back as per the consumer law its a faulty practice even if they give in writing with the signature of its higher authority we trust to give the tablet back but they are not giving us any confirmation before we send them the tablet back. They are asking for the original bills, the tablet and educational material to be sent by the courier so what we are left with, what if no money is refunded back to us who we will blame on in the consumer court what evidences are left with us we dont even have a perfect address of their company and the only contact with them is from calls which might get blocked after they get the instrument back so in conclusion we will be left with a loss of 26, 000/- and no instrument or evidence left with us to fight against them in the indian consumer court. I am sure that our consumer law is firm and our indian judicial is aware of this faulty practice and take action against them asap for their refund policy i personally advice the millions of consumers to be aware of this type of comanies. I trust a lot on my consumer system and i am sure that the consumer forum will solve my issue asap

          At last the concerned person contacted us Mr. inayathulla and refunded us the 26, 000/- through NEFT and also provided us the product for free for 2 years my intuition about byjus was totally wrong they are a reputed company and consider the studies above the money thanks a lot byjus i m very glad and i promise to study well and make your company proud to have such a student Thanking you, Bhavya

            Never Buy the Byjus Tablet as they never provide you what they say.They uses all unethical methods, saying all lies that they will provide the best of the education but they are never concerned with the education.The only thing matters to them is money.They will grab thousands of money from you promising to provide the tablet with the videos loaded in that but those are not worth a peny.Better that You never pick up the call if there is any from the Byjus.

            Dropping emails to byju's is useless. I have been going through the same situation. Where I have been calling to byju's helpline dropping lot of emails, but they are not caring at all. They just do false promises and once you get the product after paying lot of hard-earned money you will come to know it's useless and as per the promises.
            As there is refund policy I went for returning back the product to get the refund. Now byju's team is not at all responding.. They are cheaters...

              The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7.
              Tab + sd crad was sent to my with payment mode as cash on delivery but on invoice it is written prepaid which makes the thing more weird and doubtful though i still have the invoice but there is no mention of byju's classes on it. The only proof i have is their sd card. Please help me to get back at least half of the money of class 7. I dont want to continue with their classes.

                I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on 13/05/2016 and paid 15000/- in advance my transaction ref no [protected]. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

                  I have been having issues with the tablet, about 10 days back. I stay in Allahabad, UP, and I was given the solution to send the tablet back to Bangalore, get it repaired and then it would be sent Allahabad. The whole ordeal would take about 15 days, which I could not afford to waste. After a lot of arguments the representatives agreed to send demo tablet to me which my tablet gets repaired. It has been more than 8 days since the the office got the tablet, and yet there has been no intimation on the company's side regarding the status. Only when I would pester them to send the tablet to me, they would start resolving my issue. I have also been trying to get a mentor since March. But to no avail. It is tiring and irritating to keep on calling the the customer care again and again to help me solve my issues. Every-time a new ticket is generated and nothing is followed up. I feel that it is my duty to inform you what do the end customers go through, while dealing with an irresponsible customer care team, which is going against the core ethics of what you stood for, learning in an hassle free manner. Such service has led me to believe that your service is just like the other institutions (TIME, Career Launcher etc) who are loyal until they get the money out of a foolish customer.

                  This gentleman wrote is review on May 25th 2016, but the company had apologize on July 12th 2016 saying that request to mail regarding the issue. I think these guys has not given the proper response to the customer, so that only he had raised a complaint. How foolish there are working. As an father i would like to purchase a 10th class ICSE Syllabus to my daughter. While seeing all the reviews and way of approach from BYJUS. Try to drop my mind that's good...

                    Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest. In fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months. Exams are due in 2 months & they are sitting relaxed as if they have no responsibility. This company is a cheat.

                    Who are you byju Marketing person coz others are saying it is the worst app. My experience is also worst none of their representatives pay you attention and you say good about it. Please don't fool innocent people. Be genuine and true to your conscience at least. People earn money with a hope of getting better not like this to waste
                    Even poor is better than these worst people. They are not worried at all for their negative reviews. All those who are fooled by them please check Google you will find better understanding of concept than what these tools are providing. They will take your money and will not listen to you. If you don't trust see they have got 839 complaints which are telling byju is fraud and I guess other 500 positive reviews must be thru Online marketing tactics of theirs. Please don't waste your money read reviews first and then buy

                      Complaint regarding no refund

                      A month before I had claimed for a refund of Rs.999 due to non working of the SD card that contained my math and science course.                       I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered on 10/12/2015. EP/BP AC NO[protected] and E-Biller ID was 5783.
                      since then it never worked. When I tried their consumer service they told with Sony Experia Z1 it wont work. Then I changed my handset to HTC 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and I have purchased Tab 4.

                      Still video was not loading, I complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

                        I purchased a test series IAS 2016 prelims from byjus.com.
                        Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything.
                        They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
                        Please beware of Byjus commercial classes. they are least bothered about students career.

                        Byjus is a reputed brand but when it comes to business with students, they are not fair.
                        i called 4 days continuously for 4 days and mailed to sales @ byjusclasses.com and also to customer care Nikita williams and sarah, prateek 4 times continuously.
                        they dont check the status of the order.
                        they just say, they do not have any information about refund status even after 4 days and they boast it as a customer care number.
                        It does not matter about student choice or career.
                        they just want to make money.
                        Please friends dont go to this kind of institutes which do not care for students.

                          I concur with Kamal. These guys are very good Cheaters and the most of all is Mr. Byju Himself. He protrays himself to be a samaritan at the time of discussions for striking franchisee deal but then waives off all the responsibility when it comes to determining the situation on ground. Its been two years since we had taken franchisee from Byju's and the tablets which he had been claiming have not reached the market yet. There might be few tablets but that would only have limited data.
                          Even the course they're selling will NEVER HELP a new student who is preparing for aptitude based competitive exams. One needs to be having a profound understanding of the subjects and only then he/she will be able to utilize the shortcuts Byju teaches. I've worked with premier institutes like TIME, CL and IMS before taking up a franchisee from Byju's. All the classes are recorded. There is no concept of a live class being telecasted over satellite.
                          Its SOLILOQUY no staff to clarify questions/doubts. They give you a call back number/email try writing to them. I dont think even GOD's Intervention will be enough to get responses from them.
                          Byjus started UPSC when I was tied up with them in a franchisee, I could see very good lecturers walking away due to these double standards and ad-hoc way of doing things. I could even see the UPSC aspirants getting frustrated and walking out of the sessions because the classers were not of good quality.
                          Overall this company itself is a BIG FRAUD. If you're planning to get associated with them in anyway I would not stop you but surely caution you to be little suspicious about what they're saying. Given an opportunity they would build ROME IN AN HOUR! (just by speaking all the CRAP dont fall for it.) If BYJU CLaims he is serial CAT Topper ask him for this score card. If he says someone else on his team is a MBA from IIM ask for their grad certificate.

                          Byjus Classes cheats students, they say all the below
                          what they say vs fact
                          1. Our CAT training is sufficient to crack CAT, GRE, GMAT... ---> once you land into byju they say there is a special program for each, please join each one of them individually.
                          2. They say they will refund your amount in 3 days -----> within a 3 day duration no one will be able to decide on the classes, later on a valid reason if you want to drop from the training it is not possible.
                          3. They are very good at marketing : They say offers and ask you pay application fee, if you pay a token amount of 100 Rs to 1000 Rs you will get a discount ----> even you don't pay and get back to them you will be get the same amount. The marketing sessions happen every week.
                          4. They say they are growing ----> The fact is that at hyderabad they had 4 branches and they shrunk to 2 branches.
                          5. Training : Byju and Santosh are the two people who train. Byju is too fast and has some tricks which will not be useful in exams. Santosh is a good trainer any student can follow his classes.
                          Bottom Line : They cheat you with marketing skills. Byjus Classes is for people who have completed their preparation and want a revision.

                          Regarding BYJUS class room course.
                          My kid has joined this course in Bengaluru. For X th std class room training.
                          Once your are selected they offer you seat in the course by offering you some discount which they write it on a piece of paper and tell the fee structure. There is no proper communication on the letter head of the company nor do they send you any email about the course details/Fee structure/terms & amp; conditions. They conduct the classes in an very unhealthy environment. There is no proper class rooms they conduct it in make shift class rooms.
                          I have noticed that coordination between the front office and the back office is poor. The class coordinator
                          does not have proper knowledge about the course.(i.e Fee structure, availability of the
                          course materials and software)
                          There office in the Koramangala is pathetic they have reception which does not have a proper seating arrangements. You will always see people standing waiting to talk to the management. There is no proper counselor to handle the issues of the parents. There is no single point of contact. If you have any issues each time you have to meet different people .
                          About the teachers i have learnt that they not good but the silver lining is that the software seems to be good. But one should admit that they are very good at marketing.
                          Finally i would like to comment that if somebody is looking to join this course i would advice them to buy the software instead of joining class room training.

                          On integrated I PU classes by byju,
                          I am a parent who felt heavily cheated by byju and team. I totally agree with the above comment. What they are good at is marketing, and even Byju himself was telling this in his workshop which I attended.
                          Very prompt in collecting fees, if required they will u call you 100 times. Once paid it reverses, you make 100 calls they will never respond.
                          The student community is a rolling population, their complaints will stay for an year or two, meanwhile they get new victims, keep minting money through giving false promises. With lot of expectations parents' hard earned money is given to these cheaters, who never bother to care what the student is getting from them.
                          While enrolling they said a batch would have no more than "25 students per batch for personal attention" - item no.2 of their brochure.
                          Fact: They completed first year class with more than double the number. Classes as i understood are not any classes but mere lectures for 3 hrs average on single subject. Periods are designed by schools considering the fact that any body cannot concentrate for more than 45 minutes at a stretch. But then how to extract from the teacher who has to travel to and from the school. Its business again not student is at the centre of their thought.
                          Forget personal attention, there is no assignments, no regular tests, and about feedbacks less said the better. If at all some sms comes it will be wrong information, your ward will have no connection with it. Call back? whom to call.
                          Children's important years are at stake, parents try to send them for different personalised tution, and manage at home. In two years i will try to forget them, new victims are in queue.
                          One star rating i am giving for the course material they have collected and dumped in the form of video, which the student is never told about by the teachers in the school

                          Mr.Prasanna and Mr.Sajesh are biggest fraudsters of all BYJU team. I have been marketing their company for 3 months. They just pay only 50% of the Marketing Fees to clients claiming to pay the remaining after the Project. But, once the Project is complete vanish into thin air. When clients ask for Balance Payment, they complain saying that they received Zero response, hence they wont carry out the same project again. They dupe you with Lakhs of Payment.
                          Client are just waiting and watching them. They will be in BIG trouble very soon which will affect their company reputation.
                          Humble request to all individuals who have been cheated to share your numbers in this post. We would appreciate your support in coming days.

                          BYJU Raveendran is a big time fraud. Please do not join his classes. His cat material doesn't have any shortcut methods he claims that it has extraordinary short cut methods.
                          All of his material is copyright protected. There is nothing to protect these methods are common and known to the public. Still he has paid money and got a copyright.
                          Career Launcher and TIME are the best cat training institutes. Byju raveendran does some marketing strategies and attracts students to his cat classes. buy all of them are fraud classes, he wont do anything clearly in his classes.
                          Please do not procure his material or pay yourself and go for these classes. He wont even give you a refund. He will put a very big delay and he will invariably make you forget your money. He is just like any other fraud business man. He will never give a refund to anybody. Even i have a written statement from [protected]@gmail.com itself that i will get a refund but i never got it.

                            I write this in disgust of byju's tablet course. To those who are unsure of byju's, treat this as an eye-opener. One month ago a woman badgered my into buying the tablet course with the usual last day to avail offer bull. I come from a middle class family and 26k wasn't too easy to pay. But i rushed my parents and we tried paying online but their portal didn't work for three days. They asked us to go to their office which is about 25 km from my house, and we paid. Then the wait began. They said i should have my books and tablet in 7 days. The woman stopped answering my calls, my texts and emails. There was no way i could track my material. I reached to so many employees, each more unhelpful than the rest. I finally found one guy who sort of helped me. He tried contacting this woman several times, but in vain. This is how commercial they're. And i have called, yelled, emailed a hundred times but i still haven't received my tablet. Each time, they have a new excuse. They don't even know where it is. It breaks my heart to see my parents worry about the money. The course expires next jan but there's nobody who'll extend mine even though i haven't received it in three weeks. While they draw fat paychecks, it's people like me who suffer. Our emi is getting cut every month. Who will compensate me for a month? I lost three weeks of preparation too. One of the worst staff, logistics and utterly disgusting organization i have had the misfortune to invest my money in.

                                My name is Ganesh am studying in class 10 in Andhra Pradesh.I am suffering from arthritis and because of this am not able to go to school from 3 years am sitting at home and learning.this am writing my board exams so to learn I have bought a 10 th class course from them when am buying they have told that I can clarify my doubts through video chat .and you clarify you are doubts .I felt so happy because as am not going to school this help me so much .But what happened is exactly opposite they did not provide any option for asking doubts.they have sent only videos.they did not even gave an option for asking doubt this became a minus for me .Am from a poor family by father bought 10000rupees loan .Now we are feeling sad.                                   I admitted my ward in 9th standard in BYJU's Classes Chromepet Centre with lot of confidence to train the student for IITJEE main. At the time of admission they assured me that the faculty members those who are handling the sessions are Professors from IIT and very good trainers in IIT preparation. They started the classes with few aged Professors in the beginning and in during course I felt the quality has been diluted drastically. Every week new faculty members came and handled the sessions and no standard teachers.Somehow they are managing the show and I think every saturday and sunday is a nightmare for them in finding the persons to handle the sessions and convincing the parents. The worst part is that there is no preparatory sessions for IIT JEE. It is again a tuition centre costing 45000 rupees per annum. Please do not play with the future of students.

                                      I took a franchise from Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd. ( Byju's classes) 1 year ago as I was promised that my role would be to operate the classes and all other activities - Product, Marketing, Student demos and conversion will be performed and supported by them.
                                      We would have to take care of the local infrastructure and a little bit of local marketing.

                                      I put my father's hard earned PF savings and mortgaged my house to pay for the hefty franchisee fee ( 20 Lacs INR).
                                      I put my savings for setting up the office and class room rent, local pamphlets, college campaigns, demo CDs etc. Additional 8 lacs. Worked harder than they had asked us to,,, and still the results didn't show up. They didn't take any marketing initiatives to understand the market. Instead they kept on giving excuses of timing, places etc to move away from their responsibilities. In effect, they were experimenting at my expenses.

                                      When approached for help, they are putting the blame on us. Now, consider this, The product is designed and controlled by the company, Company determines the selling price, Company gets 60% share from the revenues on the premise that company will shoulder bigger marketing responsibilities and ensure students enrolment. How on earth can the franchise be blamed for not getting the revenues?

                                      Let us do a some math here.
                                      Franchisee pays 20 lacs for 5 years for CAT, IITJEE, UPSC ( Only one product is reasonably deliverable and others are still being developed)
                                      Franchisee bears the cost of office operations at least 5 lacs per annum
                                      Franchisee bears the cost of study centre operations at least 4 lacs per annum.
                                      In all franchisee bears 20 lacs + 9 *5 = 65 lacs over 5 years.

                                      With the little commitment and support from the franchisor, All we get is INR (30 * 15000 * 0.40) = Rs. 1.8 lacs per year. ( 40% franchisee share)

                                      Is this not an exploiting model?? The franchisor tricked us into believing that VSAT centers are receiving even more response than the Centers where teacher teaches While on the contrary there are other franchisees of the same company who are also making heavy losses as I am making.
                                      Their model of business is fraud -> Over commit and Under deliver.

                                      I seek help of this forum to expose their fraudulent ways of Byju's classes' , cheating innocent people like me and I seek help to get full compensation for their negligence and the debts I have incurred for serving their experiment interests.

                                      Please spread this word and any help from anybody on this forum will be highly appreciated.

They just pay only 50% of the Marketing Fees to clients claiming to pay the remaining after the Project. But, once the Project is complete vanish into thin air. When clients ask for Balance Payment, they complain saying that they received Zero response, hence they wont carry out the same project again. They dupe you with Lakhs of Payment.

                                      BYJU Raveendran is a big time fraud. Please do not join his classes. His cat material doesnt have any shortcut methods he claims that it has extraordinary short cut methods.

                                      All of his material is copyright protected. There is nothing to protect these methods are common and known to the public. Still he has paid money and got a copyright.

                                      Career Launcher and TIME are the best cat training institutes. Byju raveendran does some marketing strategies and attracts students to his cat classes. buy all of them are fraud classes, he wont do anything clearly in his classes.

                                      Please do not procure his material or pay yourself and go for these classes. He wont even give you a refund. He will put a very big delay and he will invariably make you forget your money. He is just like any other fraud business man. He will never give a refund to anybody. Even i have a written statement from [protected]@gmail.com itself that i will get a refund but i never got it.

                                      I have worked with Byju's before for about one and half years and honestly i didn't face a single problem like mentioned above. I had started my career from this company only, where i could learn a lot of things as a fresher. This is the only company where your work is put before your experience.The growth here is exponential and hence the employees are given opportunities to learn and excel. The employees are treated as family members. I was really upset about leaving Byju's but i had no other option as i was preparing for SSC entrance exam.
                                      I am still in good terms with the senior management. This company has been a stepping stone for me..

                                      We are talking about parents and franchisees problem how the hell you talk about ex employee here.. They are paying you even after you left the company?? this is just an example for a fraud company trying to create a positive note from others.
                                      if they are cheating people with there fraud marketing traits .Loss them with same data which they provide to students to make study.publish materials online which will be used for some students who not able to spend .Automatically company will get Losses if data reaches everyone .Some will be benefited
                                      i had similar experience when I visited them 2 weeks back. They said that my kid is selected and will get scholarship etc and attend a free class etc beofre you decide. Then they asked me to pay Rs.1000 on which nothing was mentioned whether its refundable or non refundable. Upos asking to write refundable councellor went inside saying that this is refundable but was relictant to write. I again asked her to write that, finally she mentioned refundable. ALthoug a small amount however felt their intention was not right. Another thing, they would provide you half information in an ambigous manner. Regarding qualification of their staff which they claim to be IIT passed out etc, is not true. Although I always say that IIT passed may not always be a good teached however point is that they claim something and do something else. Class timings is another ambigous part. They will not share complete shedule. They will provide you sheet for current month and keep mum on next month. If you insist that this is the only time slot suits you, they will adjust but will change that once you make complete payment. Anyway, thought of education you all...They for sure need some improvements.

                                      Very poor response from Customer support. No one takes responsibility when you call for help. You will end up paying more for the phone calls.
                                      This is as bad as it can get... they have robbed me for 23000rupees/ It is v bD. Th3 teaching 8n/ the app is not even third grade . I pity myself buying this

                                      I too a package for 8th Mahareshtra state board i pad 10 k for the same i was promised that if i dont get the lessions as per the portion i will be refunded 100% of the money back. I got a tab i wasted nearly 8-10 days reviewing lesson by lession only 30% portion matched. when i told the problem to the Byjus team shamless le they told me that they will refund the money back. they did not even bother to correct the sutation. call the call center and files a refund complaing. I did not get the refund after 8 days when i callup i was told that the refund has not been processed. The TAB nees to returned back. I send the TAB at my cost. after sendin the TAB i get a call back the charger is missing. I told them when i had recived the box at that tiome only the charger was not in the box i have not used any any of the accerries i have just seen the study material on the charger. i get a call back form a By jus employ saying DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN WE WILL deduct 500 RS and pay you. I tried expalining him he was so arrogent that he was not willing to listion. IT is now nearly 2 month these people ate using my money. I have heard som IIT people are running this compney are IITs peoples beggers ? i have come to a conclession that IITS are fraud people . Now i ahve been sending mails to the marketing person tries calling him on the cell # that person is not taking my call. This shows how third hgread compney is BYjus.

                                      if you want to file a case on byju's fraud then pls go to respective district consumer forum, register a complaint with all the proofs attached to it, but keep in mind one thing do send a notice mail to byju's support and give him 30 days time, in that notice mail do provide a subject as notice regarding entire thing...if the problem hasn't been rectified and addressed take a copy of that mail and do attach with the complaint...I assure you your grievance at district consumer forum will be addresses in a couple of months...if byju proved guilty we can claim the amount plus the suffer we went through them becoz of their negligence in the form of amount... I m gonna file a complaint against them and also going to bring this type of fraud act by byju's to the notice of facebook which is going to invest in...for further assistance pls do mail me on [protected]@gmail.com
                                      This company is not honest to its customers as well. They sell something that they don't have . I was sold a package for 9th and 10th std with CBSE syllabus. I specifically asked the sales guy why it is mentioned as CBSE (before paying)and that i need only Tamil Nadu state board syllabus. He gave me a quick lie that "don't worry we will be able to give any syllabus". Bang went my money to their account. After a week we received the CBSE syllabus. When asked about this they wanted me to go to a centre in the city and the entire company is trying to duck their head, giving stupid reasons, it doesn't even cover 60% of the syllabus. I am behind them for this fraudulent sale they made. But parents beware of this.
                                      The posts above are quite old whereas now Byjus is advertising heavily even on television.

                                      Have the things changed now since they have raised plenty of capital also now.

                                      Do let me now if one should now consider taking their franchise especially if he is a teacher himself.

                                      These posts are so negative. You carry an information only about the cost involved and that you are cheated. A person who use this regularly find its importance. I am regularly using Byjus and I do not find such issues. Instead it helps me stand at a position where I see myself needs more attention to some topic. I am doing 11th and I got a product of 45k PCMB for 2 years which I does share with my sister who is doing her 12th now. Talking about price factor this is the best in city now. Other places I have to spent 30k min for one year where as this I can go back and come again, good mentoring etc. All I have to say is if we use this well, this is the best. I will continue to recommend!

                                      Byjus is the most fraud company I have come across and yet it is endorsed by great superstars like Shahrukh Khan.

                                      This should be banned at the earliest.

                                      I bought the tablet program for CAT 2018 for 35000 and had not been useful for a single percent. Since my last day of refund has I am unable to do anything just sit back charge the tablet for the whole day and it gets discharged the next minute.

                                      It is really very frustrating.

                                      My brother had purchased the subscription for his son in December. The person who visited us told us that a test will be conducted and if your son will pass only then we can proceed. Till now nobody came. My brother tried to cancel the subscription too but every time they say as per policy you cannot do that. It is a total waste of money. What type of policy is this that if a person is not happy with the results he/she cannot cancel that. It is very disappointing. We have been chasing for cancellation of subscription from past 2-3 months but nobody is helping.
                                      Also, it has became a headache for us to pay this amount every month as due to pandemic it is becoming difficult for us.

                                      It is very disappointing. Not happy with the app and customer service is also pathetic.
