I placed an order with byjus. The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
Please help us in resolving it asap....

Have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved...

I had ordered for class 7th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!...

Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme last month. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1to2 weeks after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. Three month before i had bought it for my daughter up to 7th to 10th std. She learn in the class 7th now. When i was bought it from your representative mr. Shubham ajay. The day he sold this product, he never visited again. I was called on your online nos. For my daughter review purpose but unfortunately nobody given any replay.

Now i'm reached at conclusion to return your product and stop my emi and refund...

Think and learn is fraud company. They took money from me and send me tablet and sd cards. After few months when one of my sd card was formated. Then they asked me to send all the sd cards they have provided me. They took that sd cards and don't send me any thing from last 1 month. I called them many times and send emails. But still i don't get any thing....

My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet....

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

Few months back we purchased this byjus tab for my girl. I got it for 3 years together. While giving demo they gave so much assurance but after that till date no assistance or follow up. The tab is not working properly. The videos pause automatically and the tab hangs a lot of times. Even after speaking to the mentor, no help has been provided till date. Kindly assist...

We have submitted the product to mr tilak, your sales executive on 17th nov itself and informed him to process in time so that emi should not get deducted. We got a message from your office saying that after requests received after 24th, will not be entertained and emi will deduct and will be reimbursed after 15 days.. It seems this is not correct..

I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. I had placed an order with bjyu's for study materials of 10th. They delivered the tab with 7th std materials. Now i find that i do not have an order id, nor is my mobile number or email id registered with them. I am not able to get any positive replies from the various persons that i spoke with. I have done the stop payment of the ecs as we are unsatisfied with the product and want to cancel all the future transactions regarding the same. Please take the product back as we have given the complaint within 14 days and are in no way liable to pay any money for the same.

My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
