The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.

    I have submitted 10000inr for upsc tablet course. My counsellor did not completed the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the call back request.
    I need a mentor to clarify my doubts. Im not geeting any help from the mentor given to me. Please change mymentor. Please help me regarding this inconvenience.

      Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for 12th classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible...

        I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
        Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
        It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
        The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

          The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
          My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
          Please help us in resolving it asap.

            We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

              Hi, i have moved to sweden in sept'18 and my daughter got an admission in the month of oct'18. My daughter was involved in byju's education in india from 9th till 12th grade. I have informed that in sweden, byju's presence is there and we will be able to support. But i have been not getting any response for last 1 and half month on my email. Today, i received a call from one of support co-ordinator and have asked for the email. But there is no email till now. Are you going to support or going to discontinue and reimburse my amount from sept'18? This is disgusting support from byju's learning.

              Even after several reminder, today amount of 7k has been deducted from my account. Really disappointing service from Byju's. Could you please take an immediate action against them.

                I have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge... Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility. Pleasse assist

                  I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                  Please assist and close the same at earliest.

                    I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                      I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                      On 19th sept i received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

                      I have received International Board syllabus of Std 9th instead of CBSE syllabus tab. now the studies are getting hampered because of this mix up. please solve this matter on utmost priority, my ward's time is getting wasted only by this. how hard is it to keep a check on who has ordered what product.

                      kindly send the right course tab quickly.

                        I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                        Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                          I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                          The outer packet of the tab received was in a bad shape. thankfully nothing had happened to the inner packet but the way it was packed was not right. kindly pay some attention to this too, as we pay for a tab and it is a costly item, we do not want any harm to happen to it.
                          The videos loaded in the tab are not playing, it stops abruptly and the tab hangs sometimes. kindly check
                          The delivery guy who came to deliver the byjus tab that I have ordered was so irresponsible. He almost threw the package knowing very well there was a tab in there which was expensive. Byjus, to maintain their own name, should take care of all these matters too, otherwise things like these create a big ruckus.
                          Please refund the money I had paid for the tab. I had told the person who got in touch that i would no longer be needing the tab and thus had asked for cancellation and refund. It is disheartening that I have to put up a complaint here for my refund. Kindly initiate the long lost refund. It was initiated last year only.
                          I had paid for a tab and received it within a week but the tab does not seem to be working properly. there might be some battery issue or software issue. kindly check

                              Wen counsellor cone for selling byjus to me he told me extra classes will be provided wen we need for any difficulty in Janak Puri or Karol Bagh office. I but from 2 months we call counsellor he can't pick my call or reply only call back and he said he is helpless and told me call u customer care and they told talk to ur councellors Iits waste of my money it's waste product no body can guide my child it's wrong selling product to me and charge money from us and also take it cheque

                              They are cheater company, BYJU wants to become a billionaire by cheating with people. Even they are threatening on phone call. Don't buy any tablet from BYJU or any service provider online education. This is a complete cheating business.
                              All famous scientist, doctors, engineers, economists...never learn on tablets... in the end, I can say leaders are readers and readers are leaders vice-versa. So make your child habitual for reading the books.

                                This is very bad to say bijus is a fraud company. Mr abhishak mohanty is a big fraud i am calling him from last 2 weeks he is not picking up my call

                                He assured me that this is a trial product till 2/12/18 and than if you dont like you return the product. I have received product on 3/11/18 and i was out of town till 18/11/18 so how could i check the product and one i have started using
                                I didnt find anything intresting so i have mailed mr mohanty and also called mr mohanty as well as byjus team.

                                Loan from capital flat was not informed from him to me. Which is a big fraud
                                He has just took signature, front oage was bijus form and i have signed it.

                                Before selling product he should inform me that it would be loan installment.
                                Which he has not informed me.

                                I have called byjus people for returning this product but no reply from you.

                                We scheduled a demo for my son for the weekend but the perosn who was supposed to come did not show up. also he is not responding to our calls and texts. kindly reschedule the demo and keep us in loop.
                                I received the tab but the condition in which i received was dampening. it was packed very distastefully, the package was torn and not packed properly. the tab was not harmed but it shows the carelessness.

                                  I the parents of souhardya kar an leagal payer want to cancel the byju's learning courses and return my my kits. From day one i have told that i do not want to take this service. I have connected with your many byju's customer sevices but they do not show me a correct path instead they force me to take this service and they have told that they will give me discount for needy student but from october to december ther are not giving this discount offer instead they are taking emi every month. However my family is facing from economic problems. I have the full prove about all this matter and they have throw me in trap. Now i do not want to take any discount, instead i want to get rid of this service. Hencefore, i feedback this company as a fraud company.

                                  I got a call from the byjus team and they asked for a demo appointment. i cleared my schedule for them and then they did not turn up for the appointment they only asked for. what kind of behavior is this?
                                  What kind of courier guy you guys send. the guy was rude, and clueless of what he was doing. he was manhandling the package.
                                  My tab purchased a month ago from byjus is not working properly. it either has some software issue or the malware. please get it fixed. the glitch has been hampering my study now.

                                    Sir/mam i'm vijay. I have buyed byjus tab contact no.- [protected]. They are saying no you can't return tab. You have agreed to keep it. Sir/mam but they gave me 15 days more to decide and if i feel again uncomfortable then i have to return it but they are now cheating me sir please help me as i was lied while buying also and now cheating me. Sir/mam actullay i'm from poor family background and this if my friend prashant's phone and he is helping me so please help me sir. My aim to crack jee exam and i trusted an educational counsellor and she cheated me and now i'm struck.
                                    I hope you help him to get justice sir really he is from poor background and if you want i can send you his home and family photos.

                                      Today morning a person came to my house, with prior appointment. He gave the details and told him i need time to decide on wether to go for it or not.
                                      The person instead on buying i said ineed time to decide.
                                      He just created a scene in front of my wife and 2 children.
                                      I told him that this not the way a bijus representative should be behaving.
                                      I told him i am interested in product.
                                      He even tried to stop me taking the car.
                                      He just blocked the door when my son tried to close the house door.
                                      It is really bad on bjjus.

                                      I paid huge amount for Byjus tab and the way it was delivered it to me was not at all acceptable. even after after paying so much they cant even pack a tab right then i dont know what are they doing.
                                      I have been trying to call the customer care but none of numbers is responsive. no one is picking up the call. really disappointing.

                                        I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.
