I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number.

I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

Now, i get atm withdrawal smss and balance etc. That's it.
So, i visited the bank several times, wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official deosnt understand. Customer care official told me to send e-mail complaints too, to some id's. I did that too, but no reply...!

I still get the transaaction web page where it shows otp has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my internet banking service (Which is another story), so i was adjusting with my mobile banking, and now i am stuck as i cant recieve otp at all.

I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.
I want my number changed asap.

    I have ordered a book of rs.520 from amazon on 09/09/2019. But i put my pin code wrongly in my amazon a/c. So, i did not getting my order. Amazon is claiming that they have refunded the money on 15/09/2019. Till now the deducted money does not refund to my bank a/c.
    So, i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.

        Hello i'm md menhaz alam and my account no. Is[protected]. I ordered a product on amazon amount of 28, 389.00 on 14 sep and i cancelled it. I talked to amazon they said refund was initiated and processed on 14th sep. And they have given reference no. 30005492589257160192742. I used my canara bank rupay debit card ending with 0018. I supposed to receive refund on 19 sep but still amount isn't reflected in my account.

          I gladually know that my acc have been debitet 177 rs on the day[protected]. But on statement is showing the date of[protected]Friday),[protected]Thursday). I did not give any cheque to anyone on that particular date.. Then why your taking a action like this canara bank. Prefferly i would know about the reason and priority peoples under poor condition should not no about this type of silly rules and conditions. Its should be cheating and you guyz are not informed about the reasons.. Its been quitely agnorable.. Please consider my request

              Hello i purchased a product on amazon worth of rs 28, 389 using my canera bank (Rupay) debit card on 14th sep. 2019. After some time i cancelled it. And they initiated refund on 14th sep. 2019. As per rbi guidelines maximum time frame is 5days. Still it wasn't reflected in my acc. I also contacted canara cc through call they didn't response properly. And had contacted cc through today morning still i haven't received any response. Help me out or i will have to email in banking ombudsman.

                Canara bank team,

                I'm shweta arora, customer of canara bank, a/c number[[protected]], address - canara bank (Cab) kb extn davangere branch ifsc-cnrb0001590, davanagere-577002. I made a transactions for transferring funds of to other a/c through imps via canara bank mobile banking application on 19 september, 2019, 12:54 a. M. My transaction failed and money deducted from my account which i didn't get back. The transaction was inr 10000/- to a/c number - [[protected]], sbi account. I want to know when it will get reverse to my bank account,

                  My debit card is sent to branch instead of residential address and branch is refusing to send the same to my residential address. My account no.[protected] of steel plant branch of canara bank visakhapatnam. I am 70 yrs old and as per rbi circular banks are supposed to do door step service for senior citizen, but the branch is not even sending the debit card by post.

                    Purchased a product on amazon on 11th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 18 th of this month. They had provided the refund transaction id. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                        My complaint is about canara bank staff branch is in shankar nagar east delhi. The manager of that branch never comes on time and maximum no. Of time he/she remains on leave and about other staff member they took one week to open my bank account when my all documents are already completed and now they are not ready to issue my passbook and giving me the excuse that there all staff is on holiday since one week i don't know which organization give that much holiday. Actually they just don't want to work they want sit idol or want just leave all the time. So my experience with this bank is pathetic. Staff and specially manager who doesn't know the value of time. Pathetic staff pathetic bank. Just lethargic manager. Staff comes thier to sit idol that what i experience in this bank and don't want to avail service from canara bank again

                              We have visited canara bank today (18/09/2019) and had met the bank manager to enquire about the rtgs details. The rtgs has to be done from bidar institute of medical science to transasia biomedicals ltd. The form has been filled with the correct details. But still the rtgs had not happen.

                              The bank is not ready to give any details and said one more form has to be filled and given.

Due to some technical problem may be my money has been deducted from my bank account but not credited in receivers. Transaction results in pending but deducted money from my bank account.                                         I, lakshmikanta banerjee, hereby inform you that the manager of fulmati canada bank has kept my savings account without issuing any notice, and when asked for the reason, he harrassed me two days, after two days he said that the loan which is in my father's name has to be repaid or my account will not be opened. Asked why my account would be held to pay my father's loan, the manager abused me and behaved badly with me. He told me to get out of the bank, as a student, it was very difficult to cover my study expenses, so i needed money very quickly. So that my account is set up quickly, the manager talks to my father about my father's loan, so that the branch manager apologizes for misbehaving,
