I purchased an item worth 599 indian rupees in amazon website, due to some reason, i gave back the item back, n initiated amazon to pay back my amount to my canara bank account, amazon customer care claims they have issued the refund (Ref. No[protected], but the amount is not reflected in my bank account. Its been 2 years since am roaming here n there to claim it, even the bank workers, don't have any idea how to resolve my problem, i request u to paynack my money as soon as possible.
