I purchased a product on amazon on 1st oct of this month using my canara bank debit card and the product was not returnable.. And i asked for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 4th oct of this month. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund no. As 0tiphv4f0000k0qld0gg. I had contacted your customer service no. There is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status.

    I bought 1028 rs worth items from Amazon and later cancelled my order. But still I dont get my refund. I called Amazon customer care they gave my order reference no :Refund Reference # 0R9X0LO90000K0OCNVQ2. I paid through my debit card. Kindly refund soon
    I have made a transaction with amazon on 25th through upi, and I have returned my order on 27th and I have requested a refund, the amazon team told me that they have done the refund but am not receiving it.
    Kindly help me regarding this issue.

I called amazon customer care they said they already issued my refund on 30september. But from canara bank still they don't give my money despite best of my efforts. How many time should i call u please i m begging you canara bank kindly give me my hard earned money. I want my refund 1098rs as soon as possible because already it is very late. Please hear me

        Respected sir/ madam,

        I am sanath n. Dob - 06/03/1997
        Home branch - 2nd block rajajinagar rajkumar road, bengaluru.

        I had booked train ticket from debit card linked to a/c[protected] on 23 sep 2019 and i have cancelled the ticket on 7 oct 2019.

        But since my sb account was in champ status my home branch closed that account and opened a new sb account with a/c #[protected] on 30 sep 2019.

        Now i want to know weather the refund will be credited to new account # i, e[protected] or closed account i, e[protected]. The refund has been processed successfully by irctc. Refund amount 285/-

          Please change my account number general sevings to basic saving account, so many times i visit bank branch, no use please change basic saving account, because i don't maintain minimum ₹1000 monthly, and required monthly 31000 amount please change my account bsda. Or close my account.

          Please do sir/madam anything I want to change account sb general to basic sevings account
          I summited my online exam form first time phone pay and second time debit card but phone pay not accept that first time payment then I again payment summited by debit card and the payment accept but after 1 hour phone pay payment will also received. I debit my 2 time payment then I return my 1 time payment. Please return my phone pay payment.

            I perchase a product from amazon on 29 september using my canara bank debit card and i canceled the item on 29 september and i ask then for refund. As per their confirmation the refund was initiated on 3 october. The maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 633004. I had connected your costmer sirvice number. They is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status of your response was worst i mail too. I am going to file in banking ombudsman. Please help me sir. I am really depressed... Sir please help.

              Why can't you make a tie up with e commerce sites like flipkart and amazon. See icici and axis bank how they are drawing customers. I personally know many people who took credit cards from these banks only for making purchases from these sites. See the 4 day festival sales almost 12k cr business. Only sbi is psb that make tie up with them. Hope your management consider this matter seriously.

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 11 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                  Nexon enterprise — fraud agreement captcha work

                  I got a phn call on 3rd october 2019
                  Verify my cv with my pancard offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and have to paid fees 5200 for the offer after i got the payment. I agree to join but have some doubt then i ask about company name & registration number they dont comunicate... And on the same day they sent a email. Then i got a link to download their apps and then days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i have to work from them 11 months if i m disagree now then i have to pay 5200 per month-otherwise they will file a case against me..
                  Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company offering job & loot money

                    So Amazon has claimed that they have initiated the refund and it has been sent to the bank. But it has been more than 2 months and the refund is not showing in the bank. I called them so many times and they are claiming it's the banks fault but when I spoke in bank they said that money hasn't been sent. Amazon niether sent the book not the money. I don't know what to do it's been 2 months. Refund was supposed to show in my bank by 23rd of August and it's 10th of October today. Please help me out with this situation.

                      I did not do any transaction but rs. 10, 822 were deducted from my canara bank savings account on date 01/06/2019. Please help me to resolve this issue.
                      The description of this transaction is given as "null-cbibibo-[protected]-cbibibo" but i did not do any such transaction. Please help me to resolve the issue of fraud. This seems like a fake transaction and i'm cheated by someone.

                        I'm rakesh and i have ordered a product of rupees 15990 (Cockatoo ctm-05 steel 2 hp peak motorised multi function treadmill) from amazon by amazon pay balance later i have cancelled it but didn't receive the refund amount in my bank account.

                        According to amazon they have requested my refund on 03 october 2018, and initiated but in my bank account i didn't receive it so i have contacted amazon and they gave me this reference number (Zniv8ob0000jzkw4ujt) so just go through my problem and initiate my money.

                        I have tried to complain in canra bank and it's customer care but didn't get anything so please try to make me out of this problem amd initiate my refund amount as soon as possible

                            I have ordered one product on amazon on 29th september 2019 and made online payment using debit card of canara bank. Still i didn't get refund amount of 850 rs. Please resolve the issue. Transaction was done on 29th september and amazon has initiated refund amount on the same day. Already 5working day is over. Please refund my money as soon as possible

                              On 28 Sept 2019 I made a purchase on Myntra via PayPal, my account was debited with 2044.35 /- but order wasn't placed. PayPal made a refund the same day, and said the amount would be credited in 3_4 days. It's been over 11 days I am yet to receive the amount.

                                Today is 8th October 2019. Still family state pension is Not credited. Only in this particular branch. I.e in Basavanagudi branch.. Related to state pensioners every time it is delaying. Please look into this and help old-age pensioner to get them I time. Today is 11th October 2019. Still not credited. In other branches previous month 30 th only will get credited. One of the worst branch I have ever seen. Please close this branch and save old people from this. Very irresponsible staff. No words to scold them, shameless staff and manager.

                                  Razorpay refunded amount to my canara bank account no.[protected]. But amount not showing in my account. Then they provided me reference id for each transaction. Kindly find all reference id's in attached file. Transaction done between 15-08-19 to 31-08-19.
                                  Total pending refund amount approx 8000 rs. Kindly resolved the problem asap.

                                        I purchased an item worth 599 indian rupees in amazon website, due to some reason, i gave back the item back, n initiated amazon to pay back my amount to my canara bank account, amazon customer care claims they have issued the refund (Ref. Its been 2 years since am roaming here n there to claim it, even the bank workers, don't have any idea how to resolve my problem, i request u to paynack my money as soon as possible.
