refund not received after one month

I didn't receive refund amount in my account

I purchased product from amazon and zivame using debit card of canara bank, they initiate refund but the amount does not reflect in my account. I purchased product some 14 or 15 july they initiate refund 26 th july... And there is also some other transaction but i didn't get any amount in my account... online payment failed but amount debited

On 24 july 2019, i paid rs. 600 through debit card to henna industries private ltd. Located in faridabad, haryana.

Canara bank debited rs. 600 from my debit card but the payment was not successful. Henna industries did not receive the payment.

debit card payment transaction failed but amount debited to account

Dear canara bank team,
On 5th august 2019 i had made a online transaction for rs 500 through ccavenue mumbai vide transaction no.[protected] around 10.15 am.
