I said that i have ordered a mobile phone from amazon by online payment method. But after that i have cancelled it.
So i can't refunded my payment. I contact to the amazon customer service. They give me my refund id no.[protected]. But over an month go but i can't refunded my payment. So trying to solve my problem fastly as soon as possible. Thanks

    I've ordered a laptop rs 30, 199 in amazon on 20/08/2019, and i've cancelled it on 21/08/2019. The amazon initiated my refund on 31/08/2019, and they said it will credit to my account within 06/09/2019. But still i didn't get my money, i've contacted the customer care, but there is no proper response. So please solve my problem. The reference no is yia32tbx0000jyfczexv.

        failed transaction in imps

        Had initiated an imps transaction in my mobile application to my account in a different bank thhat like hdfc bank (4 september, 2019) at 6:36;26 pm. However, the session timed out after i entered my one time password. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed and also not credit in hdfc bank. May i request you to kindly help in handling this issue? I got no reply for e-mails.

          Dear Sir,

          I have booked train ticket through paytm on 05/07/2019 and the debit amount was 6344.45. However the train was cancelled and refund of 3260, 3260 rs was supposed to be refunded back on 16.07.2019. Out of which only one 3260 rs was credit in the bank account on 26.07.2019. Another 3260 is yet to receive. When I contacted paytm they informed that credit amount was initiated for the account.
          Reference number received from bank for refund is 17203019200928638799907 and 17203019200928638799881. From this two reference number I have received one amount, another amount is yet to receive. I have mailed to canara bank head office and Barrackpore Branch office regarding the issue but they did not respond.
          Please help me in receiving the refund amount.

                      I had withdrawn money using canara bank atm card at andhra bank atm machine at ramarao pet branch with record no: 7236 and atm id no - h0469102 dated 22/08/2019 an amount of rs.1000/- (One thousand rupees). I received receipt from machine that transaction delclined and amount was not dispenced.

                        I had been to the nearby canara bank branch today for cash withdrawal. There was no atm service in this town and i wanted to withdraw cash from my salary account. So i went to the office and a staff there told me that i have to submit a cheque lead even for a small amount (Below 5000). The lady officer actually shouted at me. She raised her voice at an old man too.

                            On 2nd sep 2019 through my atm fraud transaction of 40, 000 conducted. Neither my card was lost nor i shared my details with anybody. The alert system notification came at 11:55 as transaction was done at 11:16 and only two notifications of 20, 000 came nothing else. Its a proper negligence of canara bank and i want my 40, 000 refund and proper action should be taken.

                              fraud attempt through atm

                              Hi,
                              I am account holder of canara bank. I withdrawed 10000 ruppes on 21st jul-19 from sbi atm (Fraud device attached in machine). After that 40, 000 deducted from atm on 27th - jul-19 and 10000 on 28-jul-19. During this period of deduction i didnt receive any message from bank of deduction i dont know why?
                              I have registered fir and done with all the formalities which the branch manager asking for after that i dont have any...

Further i try to withdraw a amount of rs.100/- on same machine in couple of seconds my transaction was succesful

                                  We made a purchase of rs. 11, 200 from a shop. There were total of three debits of the same amount, whereas one was reversed. The remaining amount of rs. 11, 200 is still untraceable, since the shop has received only one payment. Their bank also has no clue about the same. Where is my money and why was it debited thrice? The dispute is regarding an amount of rs. 11, 200 which is untraceable right now. The payment was made on 30th august 2019 at new geetanjali creations at gariahat.

                                    There is intolerable behaviour of all the employees at kosi kalan branch
                                    I am having a current account.
                                    But unable to run due to carelessness of staff.
                                    Customers in cashier window are in queue but cashier remains busy in his mobile.
                                    And takes the cash from his know persons by breaking the queue.
                                    Manager does not want to talk to customers and shot out there problems
                                    Security is never found on gate, remains always inside the bank. I have never seen not more than 2 staffs inside bank. Kindly do the needful, else i will change my account.
