I m having a saving bank account no.[protected] in canara bank, palwal 121102 (Haryana) for the last so many years. I got the rupay debit card issued from the bank a few days back and tried to register for netbanking.
Registration could not be done as it mentioned that
First name last name and full name maintenance is mandatory and might not be maintained properly with the bank. Contact the branch office.

Local branch official said
Name upasana bagla is same in account and card. There is no disparity. Contact customer care.

Customer care when contacted showed inability to help as they can not do anything.
Now is it the responsibility of the account holder to maintain the record of the bank. Whose fault is this if it's not maintained properly and who will rectify it.
This mail is to help in getting said disparity rectified and to get my registration of online banking done and inform you the highly disappointing sequence of events and extremely unsatisfactory services.

    Dear sir
    I want to make a complain on my respective bank manager, because from my account an amount of ₹ 531 debited on 31/01/19, due to my account is opened with basic savings as per our bank representative said thorough telephonic conversation, but i remembered that when i filled all the information, when opening an account as savings account, so please accept my complaint and correct the mistake, which has made by my respective bank employees, i couldn't visit to my branch because i'm very far from my branch, now i'm live in hostel and return my balance as soon as possible.

      My mother is having canara bank group insurance started in 2009 and canara had partnership with united india insurance and every year payment was around 6600 rupees and canara bank has assured till 80 years it will be there. For 5 lakhs coverage but last year 2018 canara bank ended partnership with united india insurance
      In 2017 new partner new india insurance and premium remained same 6600 but coverage got reduced to 3 lakhs...

      Today, my father went to pay next year premium and now premium is 18000 for same coverage 30000 for senior citizens of age 68 and revised by canara bank and new india as indian people are richer.

      Both canara bank and new india insurance do not have ethics and respect towards senior citizen. There should be some logic to raise fro m 6600 to 18000 rupees premium
      Now government of india is giving free helath insurance, but these both fraud organization want to loot money from senior citizens.
      Till now from 2009 till day no claims was done and no breakage in paying premium but that does not matter.
      If want to change insurance again need to wait for any pre - existing medical covergae for two years.

      No ethics and repect for senior citizens
      Please do not have any insurance with canara bank and new india insurance

      DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW CAN ANY ONE RAISE COST 300% without intimation or informing or providing other options without respecting elders Where can elders get money ?
      I have withdrawl 1500 Rupees in canara bank Atm branch Sst nagar patiala balance deducted from my HDFC account on[protected] but cash not received pls help me and arrange for refund

      I m Ankit Kumar my account no- [protected] IFSC CODE-CNRB0005231 I HAVE Made a transaction on 7th January 2019 of 1000 on other bank at 1:35pm when my money is reversed in my account
      The head in Canara bank, Medvakkam, chennai-100 forced me to take insurance and pay money for that. For not accepting they are scolding me. please take necessary actions. I did not expect this in your nationally reputed bank.
      This is the fake bank, my 80000/-Rs withdraw through ATM without my ATM card and without my permission.and I already complent in branch and customer care but not single response any side.only I am waiting 1 days then I complent fire in court. Canara Bank

            निवेदन है कि मैं उमेश सक्सेना पिता श्रीनारायण सक्सेना ने 16.01.2019 को canara bank, bhojpur road, bangrasia, bhopal, mp - 462045 को मैने kcc (Kisan credit card)के लिए आवेदन-पत्र दिया था।
            • बैक अधिकारी द्वारा कहा गया, कि हम आपकी सारे कागजात चैक कर बता पायेगें की आपको यह लोन मिलेगा या नहीं।
            • लगभग तीन दिन बाद बैक से फोन आया और कहा गया कि आपका लोन नही हो सकता है, कारण यह है कि आपका क्रेडिट हिस्ट्री स्कोर काफी कम है आपका पुराना लोन था।
            • जबकि मेने पूर्व में सिंडिकेट बैंक से शैक्षणिक लोन लिया था जो कि मैने 2012 में पूरा चुकता कर खाता बंद कर दिया था और noc प्राप्त कर ली थी।
            • वर्तमान में मैरे उपर कोई भी प्रकार का बैंक लोन नहीं हैं।
            • kcc (Kisan credit card) को बनवाने मैने गत वर्ष भी इसी बैक (Canara bank) में आवेदन पत्र दिया था उस समय भी यह कह मना कर दिया कि आपका क्रेडिट हिस्ट्री कम है।
            • इस कारण मुझे ऋृण माफी दो लाख रूपये का नुकसान हुआ और वर्तमान में मना करने के कारण मै अपनी फसल के लिए खाद नही खरीद सका ओर फसल खराब हो गई
            • जबकि मैने (Policybazaar) में अपना लोन स्टेटस चेक किया मेरा रिकार्ड वहां पर excellent बता रहा है और बैक अधिकारी मुझे लोन नहीं देने के लिए गुमराह कर रहे है।

            अतः महोदय से निवेदन है कि सबंधित बैक से मेरा कार्ड बनवाये एवं मैरे नुकसान की भरपाई करवाये।

            Hello,

            I am Rahul Sharma. My saving account number is(4781101001571)Branch.: shivpuri m.p.). I purchased amobile from amazon.in and paid from my visa debit card *0953. The amount is 16937/-. But i canceled my item in 5 days complete i. E. 25.01.2019. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

            I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

            I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.
            The reference numbers are.:
            74332749026902589749160 (Refund successfully processed on 25/jan/019)
            These amounts are not reflected in my account.

              I have a account in canara bank, nehru ground branch (Faridabad), district - faridabad, haryana. Recently i have started a sip and i have been charged an amount of rs. 1062 (354+354+354)/- in the month of december for ecs mandate charges. The charges are high. And none of the branch executives are helping to resolve the issue. I want to know that on what basis the bank is charging 354/- just for mandate charges. I'm not going to ignore my deduction of rs. 1062/- in a month for mandate charges this is my hard earned money. Please give me a remedy to it

                Dear canara bank,

                I am writing this complaint with lot o[censored]nhappiness and dissatisfaction with your service. Post demonetization, it is observed that there is no money at all in your canara bank atms. I have checked this numerous times at your atms but the message "atm out of service, inconvenience regretted" always greets me. It really frustrates and as a customer i am totally not happy with your service. I also brought this to the notice of the canara bank employee but they simply lift their hands that the atm business is taken care by third party leaving the customers on tenterhooks. If this is the case then definitely we will migrate to some private banks.

                And i assure you that this is the feedback of most of my friends who are having account with your bank.
                I have an account in mahalakshmi layout branch, bengaluru but there also the service is horrible. The bank will be filled with so many people, it will be hot, suffocating and you people dont have acs running. What an unfortunate scene to witness. Most of the visitors are elderly people and they face problems in breathing and suffocation. I have not taken your credit card due to your below par service.

                This is the case with banks and atm which are in a cosmopolitan metro city like bengaluru. I wonder what may be the case in sub-urban and rural areas..

                Hope you will take adequate measures and keep your customers happy.

                I have kept minimum balance they have deducted the amount of rupees 53 . . They are telling slabwise nmmb charges . . I have been kept minimum balance for December 2018 this is not a way to keep customers in the canara bank . So please refund the amount if rupees 53 .

                  Canara bank is indulging in unfair practice by levying on sms alert even without sending any sms alert on withdrawals. I have not received
                  Any message on my mobile from the bank in the past 15 years. Even
                  The bank uses to send the alert on the customers' mobiles, it is not
                  Authorised to charge for the alert. It is free service provided by all banks
                  And no banks ask the clients to opt for this facility in writing. The free
                  Service is meant for facilitating the customers to be aware of the
                  Transactions in their accounts. No other banks levy for this service.
                  Only, canara bank is charging and it is ridiculous to note that the bank
                  Adopts cheap means to garner more revenues. The head office of the
                  Bank should look into the matter and check the filthy practice. All
                  Branches in the chennai city should be advised to refrain from earning
                  Out of the ways. Canara bank has lost all its credibility and it is unwise
                  To have accounts with them. One's hard earned money will not be safe
                  In their hands. They will adjust the money by way of charges for this and that. Public should know their tactics.

                      On jan 23 at 9:18 i went to hdfc atm and withdrew ₹9500 and when i went throught the process and when money was about to come out the system went off then even after reopening it i didn’t got the cash but the amout was debited from my account i complained orally then and was said to wait for a day but then after not getting the money i lodged a complaint on toll free no. Of canara there is still no conformation nor the amount is credited back into my account

                          I purchased a product on amazon on 20 january by payment method cod then due to wrong products received and i returned it andasked amazon for refund.                                 I have used fincare atm in koramangala 4th block bangalore... At first 1000 and next 2000 but the amount is debited not received...                                   Sb/ca accountxxxxxxxxx6230 is linked to my mobile no. [protected]. My name is antony benjamin and i do not have an account with your bank. I am always getting sms messages related to this account. Kindly do the necessary to remove my mobile no from this account asap.

                                  Also wish to inform that i do not have an account with canara back currently or held any account with your bank previously.

                                  The sms, s that i receive are related to non maintenance of minimum balance or lack of funds for cheques issued.
                                  Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I purchased a product on amazon on 8th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 21 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking muradnagar

                                    The refund has been initiated by amazon and authorization code is 941574. But bank is denied transaction from amazon which is the amount ₹5999.
                                    So please kindly resolve the solution and refund my money.

                                      I have withdrawl 1500 Rupees in canara bank Atm branch Sst nagar patiala balance deducted from my HDFC account on[protected] but cash not received pls help me and arrange for refund. deducted money is yet not received back. So many time i call at[protected] but call disconnected all the time. Kindly suggest anyone how can i get return back the money

                                      Kindly suggest what can i do. deducted money still not returned back if our Emi got bounced then bank will charge a penalty from us but now no one can guide or help me. My bank says that launch a fir to ATM holder bank its not easy way to return back money. If anyone have some easy way to claim money back pls suggest or share your experience

                                      I have recharged my dish tv of 100 rs 2 times and it says BBPS STATUS FAILURE but the money 200 rupees is debited from my account.. I want refund or to recharge.. Please consider this request and do something about it ASAP

                                        Hi,
                                        On 28th jan 2019, i initiated 2 transactions from my airtel app. Both are getting failed. But the transactions was debited from my account. I've contacted airtel about this, they said like both transactions were getting failed from their side, so they requested to submit a charge dispute for my transaction.

                                        airtel app transaction details:

                                        transaction id:[protected] and[protected]
                                        Status: pending and unsuccessful
                                        Transaction amount: rs.450 + 450

                                        I've attached the screenshots of airtel app email and my debited account sheet.
