Canara bank team,
I'm vijay. J customer of canara bank, a/c number, branch - yelahanka new town, made two transactions for transferring funds to other a/c through google pay app on 25 january, 4:29 p. M and upi transaction id is[protected] and[protected], both transaction failed and money deducted from my account which i didn't get back in, the transaction was rs 10700 and rs 100 i want to know when it will get reverse to my bank account,

Updated by VIJAY JOHNSON I m supposed to receive a refund from paytm app and freecharge by 30/11/2018 but it still isn't credited. paytm and freecharge confirmed the refund has been processed and have given a refund reference number given to them by the canara bank hereby confirming the refund. The reference number is FCVW[protected] for freecharge and[protected], [protected] for paytm. My canara bank account number is[protected]. I paid the transaction using my canara bank visa debit card ending with 4995. Amount is ₹47. I did this transaction on 30/11/18. They initiated and processed it by 3days.
