They r treating costumers like a dog which s unfair an old lady s waiting for 3–4 hours for pension they r giving reasons and nw they r telling it's lunch time... And n my case i have deposited amount but it's not credited to my account still nw what's happening with ull f this s d case v want to leave this bank at any cost and there s no chalan f v ask c there somewhere it would b this s not fair s this d way u treat d costumers

    Canara bank team,

    I'm vijay. J customer of canara bank, a/c number, branch - yelahanka new town, made two transactions for transferring funds to other a/c through google pay app on 25 january, 4:29 p. M and upi transaction id is[protected] and[protected], both transaction failed and money deducted from my account which i didn't get back in, the transaction was rs 10700 and rs 100 i want to know when it will get reverse to my bank account,

    I m supposed to receive a refund from paytm app and freecharge by 30/11/2018 but it still isn't credited. paytm and freecharge confirmed the refund has been processed and have given a refund reference number given to them by the canara bank hereby confirming the refund. The reference number is FCVW[protected] for freecharge and[protected], [protected] for paytm. My canara bank account number is[protected]. I paid the transaction using my canara bank visa debit card ending with 4995. Amount is ₹47. I did this transaction on 30/11/18. They initiated and processed it by 3days.

I have withdraw the amount of rs 5000 from the sbi atm booth the amount has been deducted from the account but the transaction shown is failure on 17nov2018 and the reference number /cheque no.[protected]. So i kindly request you to to refund the amount as above to my account number. As i have looged the complaint to my home branches but they are not able to solve my problems. So i hope that you will resolve my complaint.

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 19th of january 2019 itself. Maximum time frame was 5 days. Today it's 30 january 2019 still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332749020901914442190. I had contacted customer service number but it always unreachable. Please check and confirm the status. Refund the said amount of to my savings account at earliest.

              The atm machine at the pattom trivandrum branch is always faulty. Most of the times it doesn't work.. When it does, after the completion of all steps and after a long wait the money doesn't disperse out of the machine. The mobile message comes as debited but one does not receive the cash.. The bank employees are least bothered even after repeated complaints. The customer loses a good amount of his time and patience. I have lost faith in the bank employees of the pattom branch. They are neither interested nor helpful
              This account being the salary account of my husband who is a senior i a s officer of kerala cadre i am forced to be at the mercy of the one and only atm in this area which is connected to the branch itself

Also i requested my bank to help me out with this situation but they didn't help. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                    I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and OTP was going to my old number.

                    I went to the Bank and applied for updation of registered Mob number. but surprisingly it got updated only for SMS services, not for OTP which is the important one. my transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

                    Now, I get ATM withdrawal SMSs and balance etc. that's it.
                    So, I visited the bank several times, Wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

                    I called Customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but Bank official deosnt understand.

                                I had ordered a earphone of jbl on 14 oct 2018 of rs. 549/-. I payment for the same on 14 oct 2018 from my bank a/c in canara bank through debit card.                                   I had made a payment from my canara debit card to a product purchased on amazon. I have returned it. The amount has been cleared by amazon but is not reflecting in my account. Refund reference number ending -664579.
                                  This is the third time such a thing is happening, the quality of canara bank is going worse day by day. Also the employees at your bank work like they are doing a favour to the customers. The long queues and their attitude is the at the best in the banks.
