I have dropped my check for clearance in canara bank main branch bidar.
Till now my account had not recived the amount. As the check was attached to withdrawal slip. For information amount was 47, 727. I do have the copy of check,
If any inconvenience occurs ill file the complaint against the bank.
So, i request you to look into the matter early.

    Today I went to CANARA BANK ULUBERIA Branch, IFSC - CNRB[protected] AT 1 pm to open a Jan Dhan Account. But they told me, that Jan Dhan Account is not opening now for last 1 year. Is it true? They also misbehaved with me for this reason as I insisted to open this account. A lady employee also laughed at me. Is it the real or actual customer service of canara bank???????

      On 08-Jan-2019, I have placed order in Bigbasket.com for Rs 1, 638/- vide Order No: MBO[protected].

      I made payment through Canara Bank Debit Card which was linked to PayZapp Wallet.

      On 9th January, I cancelled this Order and refund has been initiated by Bigbasket and Payzapp on 9th January 2019 to Canara Bank Debit card Account. Since this debit card is mag strip card it may expire within January 31st 2019.

      calling Canara Bank Call Centre at[protected] is of no use. I mailed this issue to [protected]@canarabank.com and [protected]@canarabank.com. But this is also of no use. Called them to their Telephone Numbers also.

      So request you to kindly arrange to credit this amount in our above mentioned Canara Bank Account at the earliest. Kindly suggest, if any further details are required.

      Hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

        I was booking a train ticket on 16.01.2019 through IRCTC application.The ticket was not booked but the money was debited from my account.           I have made online purchase on amazon on 10th january 2018. Due to delay in delivery i cancelled the part of the order & amazon told they have issued refund on 15th january 2018. (Ref no:[protected]) but till today i have not received any refund & they are telling to contact canara bank customer care, which has been turned up very difficult to contact.
          I dont know whom i have to contact to get my refund.

          As per amazon it is canara bank. But there is no other way to connect to canara bank customer care

            Respected sir/madam.
            My name is Anand. I have applied for education loan for professional course (ACCA) at Canara bank (Arumbakkam branch). ACCA is a professional body and it has memorandum with canara bank to assist students seeking financial assistance under revised IBA model scheme. First issue was nobody in the bank was aware of this fact and they denied to provide any support, after meeting senior manager he agreed to provide loan application as he was quite aware of this fact. Later on only things started to move as slow as possible. MS.DEIVAKANI is the officer responsible for handling loan processing it seems, she was not fully aware about my loan processing and gave me some lame excuses as much as possible whenever I tired to track about my processing. Later on she told me to visit RAH (ashok nagar branch) . On the very particular day itself I visited RAH and I asked manager MR.SELVARAJ regards eligibility under IBA model scheme. I provided all assistance to find out this eligibility in their banking orders. It was clear cut order from priority credit section regards sanctioning of ACCA loan. After seeing this notice his reply made me shock (I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO). I was fed up with his irresponsible reply and went to Chennai Regional office 2 and met AGM MR. C.JAYAKUMAR. Here he couldn't even able to find the order which RAH managaer found. Then I left with dissatisfaction. I approached my branch next day and told about the incident happened at RAH and Sr. Manager understood and he told me to submit application. After submitting the application nothing has happened till now. These whole set of incidents took place in the last year end of November. I didn't visit my branch for more than a month and waited for their call. NO RESPONSE. Finally I received order copy for sanctioning ACCA loan in hard copy and with that only MS.DEIVAKANI was able to find out order in their banking channel. After finding this order also she don't know how to proceed with my process. She spoke to RO office via telephone and discussed how to proceed, after which also she wasn't fully satisfied. She accepted to process my application in next week. So till now bank has rendered no assistance to my loan application and I did all hard work to make them understand that I am eligible for LOAN. Initially I have spent for ACCA registration fees and etc. I have my due date to pay Tuition fees. Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

              I want a refund from redbus for cancellation of bus from chennai to salem in kpn travels... Refund amount is rs.975 igot a mail that refund is initiated and notified to bank on 16th jan 2018. Money will get refundee within 3working days...                   I have sufficient amount in my account for deduction of lone installment via rtgs .But my last 2 installments didn't deducted and overdue installment msg send to me.i have account in soorasagar branch jodhpur.if my problem will not resolve immediately then I will forced to switch my lone to other bank which can provide me better service.it is very urgent.

                      I have sufficient amount in my a/c but last 2 months lone installment not deducted. Bank also send me overdue msg too. I have my a/c in soorasagar branch jodhpur. I always deposit my lone installment via rtgs from my salary a/c in sbi jodhpur. Please make arrangements to deduct my lone installment properly otherwise i will switch my a/c to sbi to my salary account

                        I have ordered solimo quilt 200gsm from amazon on 5th janaury 2019 and i have received my order on 8th janauary. But i have cancelled my order on same delievery date and amazon picked my order on 9th janaury. I haven't receive my money back into my bank account. Money should be refunded within 3 to 5 business days but i haven't recieve my money since 10 days

                              I have used amazon pay wallet to pay for swiggy on 4th of this month and 297 rupee was debited from my canara bank debit card. I have cancelled the order and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 4th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 75260829005025949565783. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

C. C. Karvayi thi, bank ke field officer ne meri jameen 4 mahine pahle bandhak karvayi thi, tamam aupcharikta puri karne ke bad jab balence transfer karne ka samay aaya to bank manager ne civil score ka example deke paisa transfer karne ko mana kar diya, unhone kaha ki civil score 573 hai, apka dusri bank me apki k. C. C chal rahi hai, maine unse kaha vo khet ke dusre number pe kcc theek chal rahi hai, vaha khata n. P. A. Nahi hai, ye maine field officer ko pahle hi bata diya tha, sabse pahle gramin bank ke manager se humne kcc karne ki bola tha, unhone kaha ki aap city ke ward 23 me aate hai, city ke 10 tak ward ki kcc hum karte hain, baki 15 ward ki kcc bank of baroda ya canara bank karte hain, canara bank me mera aur mere mother ke name se joint account kafi purana hai, isliye maine field officer se kcc karne ki bola unhone yes bol diya tha. Puri aupcharikta puri karne ke babjud meri kcc na hona mere sath nainsaafi hai. Manager ki bhumika sandigdh lag rahi hai.                                   If have transferred the amount 415 from my canara bank account to airtel application and ut was not successful so i got a message that it is going to refunded within 5 days but still it was not refunded.
