I had tried to book a train ticket through paytm but unfortunately the ticket booking has failed and money was deducted. When i contact the paytm customer care they have said that they have initiated and give me a ref no :[protected], the customer care of canara bank is not even responding, i just want my money back to my account, responding to customer queries is the foremost thing.. So please consider

      Dear sir/madam
      Through this forum i am writing to you in the hope of your urgent attention and action at the earliest possible time. Thanking you in advance.
      The matter: i am a post doctoral fellow o[censored]gc since 15th jan, 2015. My file no. F/pdfss[protected]st-man-2153 affiliated to manipur university. And that, i have been regularly receiving the updated fellowship amount of rs. 46500/- pm upto june 2018. However, for the quater of july-sept. 2018, i was credited by the bank with rs. 38800/- only pm. And my regular hra had been rs 4650/- but for the said quater only rs. 3000/- pm had been credicted. I had been waiting for the updated/due amount to be credicted unfortunately it had not happen keeping in mind the services i had been receiving i had remain silent. However, as every thing has an end so is my fellowship. I therefore request you to take this matter seriously and to kindly see that my due fellowship and hra for the above mention quater is credicted at the earliest since my fellowship will end soon and i am struggling for its completion.in doing so your helpful hand at work should do wonders at this critical juncture toward completion of my post doc research work.

        As per rbi guideline refund is credited in 3 to 5 working days but fund not credited in my account. Plz provide solution and credit refund amount.

          I purchased a product on amazon on 22 of last month using my canara bank debit card and i returned the item on 1 march and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 2 th of this month. Maximum time frame was 5 days still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332749062906067446426. I had contact ur customer service number their is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status. If your response was worst in mail too am going to file in banking ombudsmen..

            I have ordered an product from amazon (Order id:[protected] and returned the product to amazon on march 3rd and i should have got my money back on march 8th 2019 but still i dint get my money back.
            From amazon end, i got an reference number 74332749063906281124964 and from canara bank they are not ready to provide any update on this and not even ready to create an charge dispute. The amount which is need to be refunded is 1099.
            Bank customer are updating that i need to wait for 45 days to get my money back or after 45 days only they can create an charge dispute. Why should i wait to get my money back. Really bad experience from canara bank.

                I opened a sb account in canara bank, karur textile park branch (Ifsc code cnrb0003542) on 5th feb 2019, still now they don't give me a atm card, without atm card i can't do my transaction, even i can't open a mobile banking, they continues to tell me 'there is no atm cards in the branch we will give a request to head office, cards are not come ' i don't know why this much delay, in this bank even they don't have passbook for new costumers, the employees are very lazy they always tell the costumers 'the system is not working or systems are very slow'
                I'm very confused whether this is a nationalised bank or a small financial company

                      I had purchase a jacket amounting rs 2799 on 18 fab 2019. But due to some size issue i return it and assure to get my money back on 26 fab possible.
                      But till date i didn't get my money and i try many time on your customer care and they advise me to consult the bank (Canara bank).
                      I consult they bank but they told me that your money is not reflection in your account.

                            How can we trust canarabank, what is point we have to use canarabank.

                              I am medha p m, (Account number.[protected] have booked movie tickets through paytm cancellation protect (Order number. [protected]) which tickets i have cancelled more than 48 hours ago. The money has not yet refunded to my account till now even though paytm says it has initiated the refund process. I have booked and cancelled the tickets on same day 05/03/2019. Please rectify the issue.

                                I made the mistake of applying for a credit card with your banjara hills - hyderabad branch, where i have an nro account, this was one month back. On inquiring after 10 days, was told that the card was punched and would be arriving at the branch in a day or two.
                                Today, its one month and what replies i get from the nice ladies working at branch : we don't know where it is. It has been dispatched. They are not answering phones. What can we do and many such more similar answers.

                                As on date, the credit card remains elusive and no one to take ownership of the issue. This is sheer pathetic customer service, showing clearly that all the persons there are in a comfort zone and care a damn for the customer.

                                I am definitely annoyed and upset.

                                  That machine was don't give money structed in machine. Withdrawal in my account in Rs.2000 only don't come out.that money is hdfc bank emi deposited

                                        I m supposed to receive a refund from amazon.in by 06/2 but it still isn't credited. Amazon confirmed the refund has been processed and have given a refund reference number given to them by the canara bank hereby confirming the refund. The reference number is 808796. My canara bank account number is[[protected]]. I paid the transaction using my canara bank visa debit card ending with 8388. Amount is ₹424. I did this transaction on 06/2/19. They initiated n processed it on 06/2.
