Respected sir / madame,
As we all know that canara bank had a renewal of the debit recently. I went to the bank and filled my form and tried to submit to one of the executive (Gaurav roy) and he watched my form and replied that my signatures are not proper and i won't get the card. (Won't) i said, "you can show me the sign as it is my own account and i will try to sign as it is showing", and he said in a rude manner that i won't get to see it. I must fill signature changing form.
I said "i don use to come to the bank, i do my work mostly from internet banking or phone banking. I just have to renew my card and i am done. And suddenly the assistant manager started shouting from behind that" what am i doing "? I started telling him that his executive was not behaving nice and then the assistant manager started to shout on me saying" you don have to speak in english just bec you know english "now here, i started speaking english because they think that all the people who go there to get their work done are stupids and these authorised people behave to them like they are favouring them without being paid. And then the assistant manager said to the executive to get rid of me and told him to give my details to him.. I said" do what you can do "
After that, i changed my sign in the form and it was accepted by that executive and
Then he granted me the card. And then i went home..
After one day, i went back to the bank as my card was not working, they committed 24 hours however it takes 2 working days. (Wrong information)
As i went there, i went to the same guy (Gaurav roy) who gave me the card and he turned rude again, he told me to go to another executive who does that work, so i told him that don be rude with me and he was rude again and then the manager (Lalita shanbaugh) started shouting on me from far away from her cabin, everyone was watching as she was shouting on me. I tried to calm her down because i thought maybe she will help after knowing the situation but no, she didn't stop. She was like" hum log ko shok ni hai yaha par aane ka, mere ko maloom hai k hamare executives koi rudely baat ni karta "and she also said," tum jaise log roz roz aa jaate hai time pass karne, aur yaha aake humara time waste karte hai.
After listening to all this ridiculous talk from the manager i felt very bad and i just thought to terminate my account from canara bank. Sometimes i think that this happens only because the bank is not private. They literally behave like they own the bank.
But then, is it the way these organized people should behave? These people are not at all helpful. Not a little.
She didn't even have manners to call me in her cabin and ask me my problems. Instead, she began to shout on me from far away from her desk, making it a public issue. If a customer is facing issues and sounds problematic, it doesn't mean that they can behave in abrupt ways, just because they are authorised people.
Anyways, i have seen many times in this mumbra branch, that people don't get satisfied with the working system this branch has. Most of the people are not well educated here and hence, these bank people think that they can treat them in the way they like. Well, not me.
I want to complaint against these bank people. The executive (Gaurav roy) and manager (Lalita shanbaugh) i want you to take strict actions required to stop this disrespectful behavior of these bank official people. I also want to know the feedback of this letter i m writing you expecting justice for my humiliation.
