I have a account in canara bank, garhwa jharkhand recently i have started a two sip in the month of october and i have been charged an amount of 354/- two times in the month of december for ecs mandate charges. The charges are high. And none of the branch executives are helping to resolve the issue. I wanna know that on what basis the bank is charging 354/- just for mandate charges. I cant just ignore paying 708/- in a month for mandate charges this is my hard earned money. Please give me a remedy to it.

    I have swipe the customer card in pos machine. This amount is rs.150000 on dated 17 december 2018 but this money has not been credit in my current account. This amount has been settlement by machine but this amount has not been credit in my account. Plz look into this matter and refund my payment.

      I cancelled my order from amazon.in on 14th january 2019. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account. But still now i didn't receive any amount and i am really confused whether the problem is with amazon.in or canara bank and this is not the first time happening whenever i pay by canara bank and cancelled the order and always my refund stuck. Pls resolve my issue.

          e-welcome kit not received

          I open a zero balance bank account from canara diya app on december 19th but still i have not received my e-welcome kit. I have contacted the customer care twice but no welcome kit. Please telle when i will receive it. Or suggest any other way how i can get my atm card and cheque book. Pls help i need to open account very soon.

          I went today to this branch. I got there by 1.55 pm, they said it is lunch time, come later. I went again at 3.32pm, they said that the bank is closed today. So, i couldn't deposite today.

          I am wondering, what is the working hours for this bank? There is no working hours mentioned in the bank, nor you can find any answer on the net.

            Sir,
            I have used an atm, canara bank, kanchanbagh branch to withdraw the money with sbi debit card on 29th december 2018 but first, when i tried to withdraw rs.3000/-, the amount was debited from my account but no cash has come out. Again, the second time, when i tried to withdraw rs.2000/-, the same problem has arisen, the amount was debited but cash was not received. Immediately, i have orally informed the bank authorities, they said that the same amount rs. 5000/- (Rs.3000/- + 2000/-) will be credited within 24 hours. But till date, the amount was not credited in my account despite almost 18 days passed away.

            In view of the above, you are requested to look into the matter and solve my problem immediately without any delay.

              I purchased a product on amazon on 25th of last month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 5 january of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332749006900596260456. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                Amazon initiated a refund of rs.632 on 5th january for my returned order and it should take normally 3-5business days but it has not still got reflected in my account. I got a notification by amazon that my amount has been refunded by procedure along with transaction id (74332749006900581768703). But said by bank it will take 45days almost as they have to go through some investigation and there was no such proper response by canara bank customer care i want to know the status of my refund and when can i get back my money

                  Sir there is a branch of yours in udupi ifsc number cnrb0000630... I am here to complain regarding cash counter... There are 3 cash counter where only one of those is used for transaction and other 2 are for showcase... This bank which is located in udupi main city seems to be the main branch and there will a que of people waiting for their turn... I don't know why they are not using other 2 counters even when there is a que... Please look after this problem as soon as possible... I am so disappointed.

                    I have ordered milton microwave casseral on 14 the december 2018 from amazon. But i got wrong items. So i returned. They told me my money refunded around11 january.                     I move to Canara Bank in Malerkotla Ifsc 002112. I am account holder at this bank. I have to renew my passbook but everyday when I go there they give me same excuse that printer is not working. And they are not solving this problem since 2 weeks.

                        I used my atm card for purchasing on amazon rs 230 on dec 29 but due to cancellation full amount rs 250 refunded in my account from amazon on 5/01/2019 with the refund reference number for the transaction is 75503729006025976291061 but till now no amount credited to my account. I also try to call bank costomer service but no satisfies solution provide by them so please look into this problem and refund my money back.

They initiated a refund on 3/01/19 of amount rs.769. I tried online chat service, but the service is very poor. Nobody from the other end is responding properly.                             Hi team,

                            I was attempting to pay property tax online through upi. So have completed all the process but at last transaction was in pending mode hence session got timeout and website shows transaction failed. Also i have confirmed with merchant and he also says bill is still unpaid but money got debited from account.

                                I ordered few products worth 3516.50 in amazon on 23rd of december 2018 using my canara bank debit card i cancelled the orders because the delivery time was too long as per their confirmation refund was initiated 28th of december maximum time frame was 5 days.                                       Respected sir / madame,

                                      As we all know that canara bank had a renewal of the debit recently. I went to the bank and filled my form and tried to submit to one of the executive (Gaurav roy) and he watched my form and replied that my signatures are not proper and i won't get the card. (Won't) i said, "you can show me the sign as it is my own account and i will try to sign as it is showing", and he said in a rude manner that i won't get to see it. I must fill signature changing form.
                                      I said "i don use to come to the bank, i do my work mostly from internet banking or phone banking. I just have to renew my card and i am done. And suddenly the assistant manager started shouting from behind that" what am i doing "? I started telling him that his executive was not behaving nice and then the assistant manager started to shout on me saying" you don have to speak in english just bec you know english "now here, i started speaking english because they think that all the people who go there to get their work done are stupids and these authorised people behave to them like they are favouring them without being paid. And then the assistant manager said to the executive to get rid of me and told him to give my details to him.. I said" do what you can do "

                                      After that, i changed my sign in the form and it was accepted by that executive and
                                      Then he granted me the card. And then i went home..

                                      After one day, i went back to the bank as my card was not working, they committed 24 hours however it takes 2 working days. (Wrong information)
                                      As i went there, i went to the same guy (Gaurav roy) who gave me the card and he turned rude again, he told me to go to another executive who does that work, so i told him that don be rude with me and he was rude again and then the manager (Lalita shanbaugh) started shouting on me from far away from her cabin, everyone was watching as she was shouting on me. I tried to calm her down because i thought maybe she will help after knowing the situation but no, she didn't stop. She was like" hum log ko shok ni hai yaha par aane ka, mere ko maloom hai k hamare executives koi rudely baat ni karta "and she also said," tum jaise log roz roz aa jaate hai time pass karne, aur yaha aake humara time waste karte hai.

                                      After listening to all this ridiculous talk from the manager i felt very bad and i just thought to terminate my account from canara bank. Sometimes i think that this happens only because the bank is not private. They literally behave like they own the bank.

                                      But then, is it the way these organized people should behave? These people are not at all helpful. Not a little.

                                      She didn't even have manners to call me in her cabin and ask me my problems. Instead, she began to shout on me from far away from her desk, making it a public issue. If a customer is facing issues and sounds problematic, it doesn't mean that they can behave in abrupt ways, just because they are authorised people.

                                      Anyways, i have seen many times in this mumbra branch, that people don't get satisfied with the working system this branch has. Most of the people are not well educated here and hence, these bank people think that they can treat them in the way they like. Well, not me.

                                      I want to complaint against these bank people. The executive (Gaurav roy) and manager (Lalita shanbaugh) i want you to take strict actions required to stop this disrespectful behavior of these bank official people. I also want to know the feedback of this letter i m writing you expecting justice for my humiliation.
