Hello sir i am sarfaraj mansuri and my canarabenk dehgam branch accounts number is {[protected]} and i am used canarabenk debite card payments but my amazone pay add mony {08/10/2018 } 3000 order is cancel but not refund my payment my account. My amazone refund reference number (256756.) please help me and credit 3000 my account.
I am visiting branch but not help an i am contacting canarabenk customer car but not help and i talk amazone customer care but not help please checked account detail and credit my account 3000 rupees credit.

    I purchased a product on amazon on 2nd of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 7th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

            I had booked a train ticket in ixigo app. While booking the money had been deduced and booking had cancelled. And they said that they will refund the money to the orginal mode of payment (Canara bank debit card) on or before 17th. But days gone. So i contact them through mail. They send a pdf where the pdf says a correct details of mine. And it shows the all detail contain transaction id, arn number, etc and it says refund has completed on 10.10.2018. But money not yet came to my account. I had contact the customer care and atm of canara bank. They said no transaction had happened. Please help me

                I went to icici atm to draw amount of 1500rs from my canara atm card. But it says your transaction is declined but amount was debited. How can i get my amount return. Please let me know and solve this as soon as possible.
                Today i made this transaction and today and tomorrow is holiday for bank. So what options are there to solve this problem.                   I returned a headphone from amazon. Of rs799 regarding which amazon has refunded me a amount of rs799 in my card ending with no. 0395 on 4th october and asked me to wait for 5 days.
                  After which i have not received my money yet in my account. I also contacted to canara bank customer care but they said they cannot do anything regarding this problem.
                  Again after contacting amazon they asked me to file charge dispute form and mailed me a reference no. 75503728278023406016201 and told me to fill the form. I filled the form twice online but there was no response. When i went to bank they are not co-operating in any case neither they are providing charge dispute form nor the denial letter.
                  After lots of hot talk they asked me to give my grievance in written.
                  Hope u will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    Hello,

                    I am aryan. My saving account number is[protected]Branch.: hathras, u. P). I purchased a mobile from amazon.in and paid from my visa debit card *2342. The amount is 3783/-. But i canceled my item in next 2 day i. E. 08 oct 2018. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

                    I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

                    I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.
                    The reference numbers are.:
                    74332748282828176805514 (Refund successfully processed on 08/oct/18)
                    These amounts are not reflected in my account.

                            I Amazon returned amazon product but my amount not credited to my account refund Ref No : 75503728275023332792993 this number given by amazon customer care and they are told that refund will initiated by them. But bank will not update amount. I am waiting for refund more than 10 days.

                                Now i am standing in canara bank vallam thanjavur district. I had pay for a dd rs 5000 and i am waiting for 2 hours to get my dd to print. I asked to the manager then he told that there is no employee for dd printing. I am asking you that, if this branch not have inough employees then why you open the branch and irittating the customers...?

                                  I purchased a product on amazon on 4th of October 2018 this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked them for the refund. As per their confirmation the amount Rs. 829 refund was processed successfully on 7th of October 2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it is not reflecting in my account. They had provided the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. I had contacted your bank customer care number there is no proper response from them hence i mailing you to sort out this issue asap. The amount might have stuck in your bank gateway or it could be a pending refund and you have to follow the path to your payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  Please check and confirm the status asap if your response was worst in mail too then i am going to file the same in banking ombudsman.

                                  Kindly do the needful asap.

                                      As i made a transaction (Imps) on 3rd oct for rupees 1200 through canmobile.
                                      Later on i found that i entered wrong ifsc code but my money has been deducted.
                                      I waited for more than 7 days to return back the failure transaction amount but it is still showing the transaction sucess.

                                      I am not getting a point that how it is possible a imps with a wrong ifsc?

                                      Please take a satisfactory step towards the issue as i am a staff member (113651) of our bank.
