I ordered jeans from mantra via phone pay debit card. I returned the product. Phone pay updated that they credited the amount on 22/10/2018. Then i waited for 10 days but amount not reflected back in my account. I call customer care services but they told there was no amount credited in my account. Their services are not well. I call at my branch office jalandhar but they are not interested in my complaints. I am attaching the reference no. Send by the phone pay.

    I am manju mittal.. I have cancelled an order on 9/10/2018 on paytm mall. They told that amount will be refunded in 14 days that is till 23/10/2018.
    But the amount is not credited till now. When i talk to them they said that amount has been processed from their side but bank has some issues so delay is from bank... The reference number for refund is mentioned in the screenshot attached with it given by the site

      Amazon has successfully initiated the refund and their reference no is 293458

      Amount is not yet reflected in my bank account.
      The duration of transaction is over due. It was supposed to be done my[protected].
      The payment was done by my MasterCard

      Please provide the solution asap

        I am s. Bhanu prakash naidu. My saving account number is[protected]Branch.: anakapalli). I pay amount amazonpay from amazon.in and paid from my visa debit card *2006. The amount is 3000/-. But i canceled my item in next day i. E. 19 oct 2018. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers no:278365. Amazon custmare care told your amount in creadit in oct-26 has been about a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

        I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

        I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.

          I purchased a product on flipkart on 20/10/2018 using my canara bank debit card and phone pay. As per their confirmation refund was initiated by 31st oct maximum time. Still, it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[p1810221610583733375384]. Please check and confirm the status. Please help for my issue.

                Dear Sir,
                I Parikshit Singh having a saving bank a/c no.[protected] in your govind nagar branch, Kanpur. I had made a two payment through mobikwik and both the transactions got cancelled and now those two refund are pending amounting to rp. 4447 & 702 dated[protected] in relation to which I am enclosing an ARN NO. 85215228283840426087629 & 85215228283840426096174 as provided by the refunding company. I am not getting any satisfactory response from the branch officials and I am tired off with the follow up which I am doing from past 20 days. I am also enclosing the response from the company through which the payments were made.
                Please do the needful.

                  Sir, today I received a call from a no.[protected], that my kyc not updated . He asked me my debit card details n I gave him card no., name n cvv, I was not knowing anything so I gave him the OTP for 1st transaction he tried for Rs.19999 but that much was available in my account then he again asked for Otp I gave him, again I gave otp for third time as the SMS attached ...then my account is debited with total 5474/- rs . In two transactions. Sir please look into the matter n refund my money ...thanking you

                      I had ordered 2 products in amazon online shopping. It was cancelled on 24/10/18.
                      The amount was paid through online using debit card. The amount was deducted. When it was cancelled the amount was not refunded. 3-5 business days are completed and still amount is refunded to my account.

                          I had ordered two items in amazon online shopping.and the prepaid payment was made through debit card.Order cancelled on 24/10/2018 from amazon...amazon people have sent refund amount Rs 579 to my account number it seems.they have given reference number. But still the amount is not refunded..they are saying the amount has struck by bank processes.
                          Amount should have been reflected in my account by 30/10/18.The last date of 5 business days of banks are also completed and my amount is not refunded.

                                        The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].

                                        In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                                        Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
