I returned an item from amazon.in on 12th october 2018. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on 13th october 2018 but still now i didn't receive any amount and i am really confused whether the problem is with amazon.in or canara bank. When i ask amazon.in customer service, they are blaming the bank and similarly, when asked to canara bank customer care they are blaming amazon.in.

I didn't get my refund yet in my bank account of rs 9999 but amazon has issued my refund on 19th of october 2018 and the refund reference number is 74332748293829287753715 so i requested you to take my note seriously. I called many times at canara bank customer care but they didn't receive my call and cut my call automatically... I have used canara bank debit card for a transaction to flipkart through phonepe and the transaction was failed but money was debited from my account and i have contacted to phonpe and the said that the problem was due to canara bank technical error and wait for 9 days to reverse the money to account but even after 2 weeks the money was not reversed.
