I've been trying to get some cash from an atm which was of sbi in touch, thane however my ac is in canara bank kalyan branch
But received msg only as:

Your a/c xxxx3379 linked to card no ending with 3356 debited for rs 1, 000.00 on 17/09/18 seq[protected] towards atm withdrawal. Avl bal is rs 4, 116.51 use canara bank atm to avoid charges. If this transaction is not initiated by you, type suspect and send sms to 56161 as report o[censored]nauthorised transactions and to block further debit transactions in your accounts.

Please help me refund amount as early as possible

My refund reference no. is 895321. as per Amazon amount was refunded to my account on 2 and September 2018 . Kindly see to my issue as soon as possible . As my amount 1569 rs is till not credited to my account.

    By mistake my mobile number is linked with four account. Since i am not able to register net bank or mobile bank with my account. But i am getting sms alert for credit or debit.
    I visit many time to bank and given letter for resolve but didn't.

    I want my mobile number has to remove from other bank account and mobile and net bank has to activate in my account.

        I want to change my registered mobile number to generate otp, because i am away from my home that i had given my home number for registration so that i can't call and ask for otp it making so unconvince that sometimes the generation for otp time is very less and unable go with my work using my registration number and using registration number it's very difficult for using online banking so please i request you to help me in changing my registration mobile number

        Hi, my accno[protected] at Br canara bank kodandaramapuram Bangalore, on 12/09/2018 a transaction amount of 738.15 was debited from my account towards CBIBIBO-[protected]-CBIBIBO but not credited to them later it shows incomplete transaction.

          On[protected] I made payment through my Canara net banking to pay cable amount of 250 rupees through Web site www.my cable.in, but it has not been paid to that account, but amount of 250 rupees has been debited from my account..so in my latest transaction is it is showing as TECHPROC[protected]:101. So I'm quite worried about this. My account no is[protected] Avenue Road branch Bangalore. Please solve the above problem. I am waiting for your reply.

            This is to bring your kind notice that i have upgraded from ugc-jrf to srf on 21st april 2016. So that my hra has changed from rupees 2500 to 2800. But my account has been credited rupees 2500. So, i have not received the remaining arrear from july 2016 to march 2017 of hra. Also, i have received only 10000 rupees contingency grant instead of 20500 rupees in between april 2016 to march 2017. It is requested that remaining amount send my bank account as arrear.

                    Please look into this issue and kindly resolve it.

                    Reference number for online refund is 194382. I have made 1 online purchase on 17th august 2018, using my canara bank debit card, whose refund was initiated by amazon on 23august 2018. till date I have not received my refund. customer care of Canara bank is horrible and says they cannot help in this.
                    I initiated a transaction of 10000 rupees twice thus amounting to 20000. Both transaction failed but the money have been debited from my account. I was using the BHIM application for the transaction. Kindly look into the matter for its an urgent matter.

                      I have trasacted through debit card to institute of chartered accountant of india amount of 1000 on 18 of march 2018 but the amount is debited in my account but not credited to the merchant. I have already given a complaint of this sort by they told it is refunded and i did not get any amount from canarabank. There was also icici bank transaction on previous day i think on 16 march which was resolved. Pls look into the issue asap.

                        I have returned a product on amazon rs 10999. I want to know what is condition of the refund reference number 506958
                        I got a message from amazon

                        The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 506958.

Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                          Refund had been initiated on 1st of september and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 670970.

                            Myself pushpendra kumar rai account number[protected]. I am account holder in canara bank since march 2014. I am requisting canara bank employee for address change before 13th august but it is not changed till now. I am following daily for address change in canara bank. I submitted all required document in bank branch for address change on 16th august. Whenever i take followup regarding this they people (Bank employee) told me surely it will be changed by tomorrow but it is not change as per my request till now. Please do something as soon as possible.

                              I am holding an account in canara bank, Coimbatore, singanallur branch. My husband sent me 9000 from his phonepe account to mine, it stated that the transaction was successful but I haven't received the money yet ! When we called customer care of phonepe, they said the bank hasn't approved the transaction and they have a problem with server so it might take few days ! I need my cash urgently so kindly the respective people must look into this problem ASAP !!

                                  I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and OTP was going to my old number.

                                  I went to the Bank and applied for updation of registered Mob number. but surprisingly it got updated only for SMS services, not for OTP which is the important one. my transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

                                  Now, I get ATM withdrawal SMSs and balance etc. that's it.
                                  So, I visited the bank several times, Wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

                                  I called Customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but Bank official deosnt understand. customer care official told me to send E-mail complaints too, to some id's. i did that too, but no reply...!

                                  I still get the transaaction web page where it shows OTP has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my Internet banking service (which is another story), so I was adjusting with my Mobile Banking, and now I am stuck as I cant recieve OTP at all.

                                  I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.

                                    I purchased a product on amazon on 3rd august, 2018 using my canarabank debit card but i did not receive it and i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 24th august, '18. Already gone 5 days still it was not reflected in my bank account. They had provided the refund reference number 75503728237022377552863. I had contacted your customer service number but their no response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status & take necessary action.

                                    I was charged for the ticket in BookMyShow show and cancelled the show later and processed my refund and I received a message saying we have processed your refund and will be shown in bank account by 27th August but still not received and amount. I called the customer service and asked them they said we have processed your refund on 17th August.

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 21st of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                                         My name is arup kumar gour. My account no[protected]. My mobile no. [protected]. I made order through online payment on amazon.in i. E on 23-aug-2018, but i cancel it out on the same day. My refund amount of 16, 998 was processed by amazon on the same day they provided me the refund reference no[protected].
                                        And it was been mentioned that the amount would be reflected by 29-august -2018. The refund reference no was provided so that if won't receive my amount i could contact bank's customer care and remind this refund reference code to get my amount details. But till now it's been 1-september i didn't get my amount then i contacted to the customer care but they deny to get the amount after that i wanted to file a charge dispute claim against the bank, so i told them to file it but the deny to file it.
