I purchased a product on amazon on 4th of October 2018 this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked them for the refund. As per their confirmation the amount Rs. 829 refund was processed successfully on 7th of October 2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it is not reflecting in my account. They had provided the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. I had contacted your bank customer care number there is no proper response from them hence i mailing you to sort out this issue asap. The amount might have stuck in your bank gateway or it could be a pending refund and you have to follow the path to your payment processor to locate the refund.

Please check and confirm the status asap if your response was worst in mail too then i am going to file the same in banking ombudsman.

Kindly do the needful asap.

    This account linked with my aadhaar:[protected] and npci linked. My ap government introduce mukyamanthri yuvanestham unemployment people given monthly 1000 rupess u am eligible for this. But my amount goes to canara bank please remove my aadhaar card link to npci. I already approach bank lots of times and i forwarded mails but no response please remove my aadhaar to bank and npci

      Respected sir,
      As i made a transaction (Imps) on 3rd oct for rupees 1200 through canmobile.
      Later on i found that i entered wrong ifsc code but my money has been deducted.
      I waited for more than 7 days to return back the failure transaction amount but it is still showing the transaction sucess.

      I am not getting a point that how it is possible a imps with a wrong ifsc?

      Please take a satisfactory step towards the issue as i am a staff member (113651) of our bank.

        Dear sir on purchased a product on amazon using my canarabank debit card and i cancelled my order and i asked for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 4/10/2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected].           Imr. Sijan budhathoki having account in canara bank, dwarka sector 6 sf 11a-11b-11c, first floor, supreme plaza, plot no.15. (Ac/no [protected])
          On[protected] at 06:32pm i have withdrawal of 6500 rs. From yes bank atp
          Opposite of masjid, near lalitapark, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092. But due some machinery problem i have not receive my 6500 rs. But after checking the balance i have observed that 6500rs was deducted from my principle amount. I immediately informed to yes bank manager and lodge police complaint but he hold me that ur account is in canara bank & complaint there, i told all activities to canara bank through email.
          I am noticing to u this issue so please sir look into it?

            My name is pradip abasaheb shelke my canara bank account no:[protected]. I have been awarded national fellowship for students of obc for the year 2015-16. My student id 2015-16-nfo[protected]obc-mah-27441 fellowship is not credited for six times because of b1failure reason and insufficient balance (B1). Would like to know the reason for failure. Herewith attached the print screen for your reference.

              I hade got msg from wellsfrago bank which is in usa a buyer from ther transfer online money into my account for some purchase the bank sak me for many charges and told to deposite cash in their representative account no i have deposited many cash but their charges n demand r increasing now they are asking me to put 35000 which i can so i want all my cash back which i have put in their representative account at canara bank

I am debited an amount of 10000 on dated 16/08/2018 from sbi atm but my amount is not in cash but my amount is debit from my account. I am trying in my bank many times but staff of banks not listen. They said it will take 20 days but after that i went to bank many times but i have taken no any result from bank. So tell me what can i do.

                    I had deposited a cheque, amounting 40000rs for clearing on 09/10/2018.
                    Till date ie 12/10/2018, there is no news about clearance.. I went personally to the vikas puri branch to enquire,, but the concerned lady officer.. Mrs mamta did not help me in anyway.. She kept her doing own work and i kept on begging her to atleast tell me the status of my cheque..
                    She said there is backlog and i cannot help to trace ur cheque.. Despite my several requests,, she did not see in the computer system and ignored me in every way.. She said it's not her responsibility whether the cheque is lost or not.. This is not the first time i had to face harassment with the officer.. U can check with the staff and other customers.. U can check cctv footage for the authenticity of my complaint.. Please help me as i am a harassed customer, with no one to help me out

                      Ordered an air sofa on amazon which costs 2899.. And i got it damaged... Air doesn't stay in it.. So i had to return the products as it received.. Refund amounting rs2899 has been initiated by amazon but still i didn't receive the refund money from the bank side... The reference number for the product is[protected]... I want my refund money.. Pls help.. Why are they taking these many days to return the money... Pls help..

                        As i’m trying to open an account at ur & 1 o[censored]r employee as marketing officer doing casteism at your bank so kindly do take action a against him do get a better & clear bach to words the nation as his name is manish kumar at super market main branch gulbarga & he so rout to non related to his vast & we get into argument he says do what ever you want i will take to u people in same way this is the way to speak to you people he says in this way.                           Also one of my south indian classmate suggested to send money to one of sister in law. Had it been resulted in my termination of iitb and stopping of mems iitb stipend. Hope so one is misusing my canara bank iitb account. Kindly let me know the formalities to be performed to get my pin verified and nake atm cash withdrawal facile.

                            Respected sir.

                            Since india is a land of villages and almost all of the indian population comunicates with the mother tongue.. I am a resident of karnataka (Tq shorapur, dist yadgir).
                            People hear are facing too much problem s with the canara bank employee s because of the language.. Villagers speak only kannada hear and their 's none in the bank to understand the language... Many times including the branch manager found yelling at the costumers.. Many have changed their accounts to a near by karnataka bank since the employees their speaks kannada.. So my concern is that i[censored] really do care about costumers and wanna be in the track in this competative world please have a look and try to take action s.. It's not about only one branch it's all over india.. People do face difficulty in communicating due to lack of language.. And many problems unanswered..

                              Here i am to register a complaint on canara bank.. I ordered a air sofa from amazon.. I got defective product so i had to return it... Return was done successfully and refund was initiated from amazon side on oct 1st 2018... It is almost 10 days now.. I didn't receive refund from the bank side yet.. Pls lodge a complaint and get my money back amounting rs 2899.

                                      I am doing business for more than 10 years i didn't face any problem with your staff, but i am very sorry to inform you that last week when i visited for pl your loan manger was very rude to me.in this branch 95% account holders don't know english. But loan manager don't know tamil. Then how he can understand our needs. Pls change this person and appoint whoever knows local language.

                                        I had came to deposit my money to my account wich i have in canara bank which is located in ulhasnagar khemani branch.
                                        I came here and see there is no staff is there nearly 7-8 persons are standing in line i asked where is the staff who deposit our money he told that is had gone for drink water from past 20 mins
                                        I request that take proper action on that lady who is going for drink water for 20 mins as we r customers o[censored]r bank they have to provide facilities not to go here nd there

                                        Griviences are:
                                        1. Revised PPO not handed over to pensioners, nor the arrears credited to pensioners account.

                                        2. Mobile number is with the bank, details of pension viz.basic pension, Dearness allowance, medical transport allowance, arrears of pension, DA, deduction of tax not intimated, except for total credit.

                                        Restore details as earlier.
