Hello sir,
I am neeti singh, a research scholar of philosophy in university of allahabad. I am srf and i draw fellowship from ugc. My student id no. Is 185/ (Net-dec.2013). My problem is that i received less amount in three months that is. Dec 2017, jan & feb 2018 respectively. I do not know why ugc or canara bank did not grant me full amount of my fellowship.     Respected sir
    Please please looking for my previous complaint, till now i have not receive any refund money. This 5th times I have complaint, after 4th mone is gone Now Can you answer me where is my money. My transactions details are given[ order no.[protected][protected] ;ccavenue ref.[protected]; date[protected]:07:43.053; amount inr 9109.00]. My savings account (A/c no.[protected] in canara bank, burdwan branch in which registered mobile no. Is [protected].
    Today is 4 month 4th days of my debited money, till today I have not received any money ... Can you inform me there is any chance to get my money back or not..

        I went to the bank and applied for updating of registered mobile number. But surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.
        Now, i get atm withdrawal sms and balance etc. Thats it. Help me

          Canara bank has no response over there customers...my credit card was locked and they told me to pay an amount of 1, 17, 000..I doubted and still payed because I don't do any expenses during the past month..I think I did around 20, 000...den after paying I asked the statement frm the bank manager...I freaked out by seeing the statement...I shuld only pay 70, 000...and the bank got extra 40, 000...then I complained to the bank manager...he was like there was a problem in system...he responded cool...then I was waiting till now for my credit card to get unlocked... nothing happen...and the bank manager is telling...I will open don't worry...I take it serious and I shuld make a big complaint on Canara Bank for this carelessness...moreover the bank manager isn't responding properly...the branch is in Tamil Nadu Madurai...vastan Nagar branch...date when the card got locked is 23 July 2018...not yet opened..and I payed the money on 1 August 2018 and still the card is locked...and 40, 000 extra was taken...and the manager tells it was system problem...

              My father's account was debited twice for the insurance renewal on 26th may 2017.

              I want the amount to be credited to my bank account as soon as possible because i have already tried all the possible procedure offline.
              Please either make me talk to representative from the bank to get the amount credited to the account.

                I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number.

                I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But still now no taking action

                I still get the transaaction web page where it shows otp has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my internet banking service (Which is another story), so i was adjusting with my mobile banking, and now i am stuck as i cant recieve otp at all.

                I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.
                I want my number change.

                  I am guaranter this loan .but my father has deid so I paid this loan balance 60000/- by the dated 28.3.2018 amount 50000/- and dated 6.4.2018 amount paid but the bank not give me no dues latter.I gone many times in the bank but not respons giver by bank officers.I am a farmer so my fasal has died.
                  plz give me no dues letter

                    I visited the margao branch on 3rd august2018
                    I met savia fr ac closure, she gave me the forms and sent me to mr basu the one sitting on the first counter just besides cash. When i approached him he told me plz come tom!! The time on my watch was jus 3:30! I asked him why do i have to come for ac closure tom?? I too work fr a bank!
                    I told him plz get the same sorted today!
                    He told me to wait! I asked him how long! His answer was it will take a while!!
                    However later he called me asked me to sign! The form!! Told me to transfer the due amt!
                    I asked him to check the sign as this was the ac i opened in 2008!!
                    He said the signature was fine!!
                    I asked him when will he process the ac closure! He said today cant be done it will be done tom early mrng!
                    He assured me that he will give me a call! But there was no call till i callee him in the evenin at 4 he said sign is wrong! U come to the branch!!! So pathethic and such behaviour’.

                    Really dissapointed!!

                    I understand its a govt bank but such service???

                    I'm not gotten my refund while i using online shopping but amazon tells I'm already refunded but in my account there is no transaction about it. please solve it soon. I have reference number also. And canara customer care would not respond to my call.
                    This issues is with every one and I really dont know how thick skin is having canara bank. People are complaining like anything and no issue at all is resolved specially on the inter net banking. SUch a waste web site and server you are hosting?

                        Bank and atm machine permanantly closed since last 6 months. Regarding the relocation, new bank building and atm opened before one month but they are not depositing cash in it. For taking cash, rs. 23 is deducted for each transaction from other bank atm usage. Next canera atm is some 12 km away. Complaint reported at was in vain.

                          failed transaction on paytm amount debited

                          Hello,
                          3600 rs amount was debited from my account no[protected] & the transaction was failed on paytm end, so please refund my money as soon as possible screenshot has been attached! The amount was debited on 26th july 2018.
                          I was adding 3600 rs to my paytm wallet through my canara debit linked to account no[protected]. The transaction failed & amount was deducted from canara bank account.

                              Manager has least manners of how to speak wit customer regarding their queries. I m the customer from past 1yr i just went to ask for loan so he said whether am i here to donate the loan o wat.? Does this person thinks he is lending his money...? And asked me to close the a/c in this branch also. I just request to change the manager of this branch. If this manager continues you may loose your valuable customer.

                                I am a engineering student and i applied for an dd. The name on the dd was wrong. So i came to the canara bank and made a request letter and they didn't refund the money to the account. More than 20 times i visited the respective bank. But they are so careless and the service is like. That we are begging money from them

                                  I did online transaction via canara bank app, transferred money to another account but the transaction failed and my account balance got deducted twice, first 10, 000 and it got failed and my account balance got deducted again i did it got deducted 10, 000 but transaction was failed. It is really really urgent. Kindly co-operate.

                                    I submitted a application form of opening a new account in your yamuna vihar branch 3 week earlier from the date of opening bank account, but after opening bank account, they did not give me welcome kit i. E. Passbook, atm, netbanking or any other single document for proof of opening an account. I just received my account no. From them on single piece of paper, not even on bank letterhead. I have gone into branch around 7-8 times for these things, but they keep refusing me. I am fed up of facing them now. So i want you to do something for me.

                                    First they are not opening bank account, then they are not giving me passbook, atm and netbanking. Details of account holder are as follow:

I had some issues with uploading my documents for scholarship which is suppose to done by the branch so i tried to contact your hazratganj branch in lucknow by telephone. Sorting out my problem comes later, they are not even picking up the phone. Please give me contact no. Of any responsible person in the branch and if you does not find any please provide some alternative.
