Sir/madam, this is to inform you that i did a txn rs.3000 on[protected] in my canara bank account through netbanking i never face this kind of problem, your imps txn was timed out pls check with your bank (Imps ref no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx). Then i contact to bank customer care they told methe refund will be initiate five working days in a week. I appeal your bank supporters to develop failure of imps txn immediate refund to customer account. You don't know how much the customer suffers mentally. Most of the customers facing same issue. So pls don't repeat this kind of prob further to any customers.

Today I paid my mother 26, 250 rs from Tez app AFTER sometime Bank deducted my 325 rs money from my account I want to know why they deducted my money my bank is located at Sandalpur branch Patna.

    Hi,

    My name is Prashant Saxena, An account holders in Canara Bank, Munsipuliya Branch, Indira Nagar Lucknow. I am the victim of ill behavior from one of your staff (Girl sitting on cash counter on Munsipuliya Branch).

    I faced very poor behavior from your staff and she literally shouted at me in front of all staff. This is something which leads to my poor self-respect.

    I want strict action to be taken from that staff. I am filling a written grievance for this and If some meaning full action will not be taken I will go ahead and file a complaint in consumer court as well. I will also post this review all over the internet and let people know the real face of your staff. If no action is taken then I will go ahead and fill my complaint to banking ombudsman.

    This is not acceptable at all. Who is going to return my respect which was demolished by your staff? I will not let her go ahead and repeat this to someone else.

    This is one of the worst branches of Canara Bank, Staff here only work by looking at the faces of customers. If you are not their friend or if you don't know anyone of them then you will be treated like animals. No one will listen to you and no one will take your concern seriously.

    There is a girl who sits on cash counter she behaves like she is your boss. She will start shouting at you if you oppose anything negative. I was there to submit the cash and she was behaving like she is doing a favor for me, she refused to submit the cash and asked me to use machine even there was no work and she was busy with her mobile.

    Soon after when another person asked her to submit cash she was glad to do that as he was known to her. I heard she said - "Are Sir Aaapka Hai" with a smile. I was listing this standing near the window. When I oppose this and said that rules should be same for all then she started shouting at me with ill words, even bank manager was so coward to come outside and see what his staff doing to bank's customers.

    I will tell people that Never ever open an account or take a loan from this branch. She (girl on the counter) don't have basic manners and etiquettes to talk to customers. They think that we are like fools who open an account into there bank and gives a lot of business.

    Poor Bank, VERY POOR STAFF ON CASH COUNTER, Poor Services.

    I believe bank high command will take some action and give basic training to girls like her so that from future all customers are treated like same.

    This is totally fraud from Canara bank they did not address my complaint and marked it complete to show care their responsiveness. This is to let everyone know how they close the voice of consumers. Totally ridiculous

    The complaint was posted on 9th and So far no inquiry and no action is taken.
    This is the worst bank I have ever seen. I went there for withdrawal of amount by cheque When I asked for a branch manager, a person named Inderpreet singh who told me i am a branch manager here which he is not. I asked him that to want withdraw the amount from cheque which I received from my customer. He told me we can't encash cheque because it is third party . You have to go to fateh garh churian home branch. what the hell!! really ridiculous. He was fighting with me. I also asked him to have my I'D proof..where is it written by RBI that you cannot encash self cheque to third person with their I'D proof.
    Worst branch of canara bank and I advice the others persons my friends and colleagues to close their accounts from this bank

      For the smooth convenience with regard the updates of scholarships for many like rgnf, jrc, mnfs, can easily be accessed but fellows from national fellowship of higher education of st and scs cannot access the same since no option is placed for nhfe scholarship portal to check the said.
      Therefore kindly request you to revisit the issue being highlighted.

          Hi my booking failed however an amount of Rs 1955 had been debited from my canara bank account. The transaction ID is [protected] dated on 24th May, 2018. On the irctc page it shows refunded to bank, however there is no bank refund ID or the Bank Refund Date. And neither has the balance been refunded to my account. It has been three days already! Please refund my money as soon as possible and update the details too.

            I tried to withdraw money from atm and as soon as counting started, electricity cut off. The amount deducted from my account and i didn't received money on that transaction. It's almost a week and i haven't received it back.

                I have recently changed my mobile number linked with my canara bank account... I'm just getting the messages when i do any transactions using my atm card... But when i register into the phone account for linking my bank account.. It is saying the there is no account linked with this mobile number.. What happened... My question is if only my mobile number is linked to atm card only... And my request is to enable me link with my account for making purchases and things... Rly me for what i have to do...                             This is to inform you that today i've called on customer care for the first time just to know about the activation of my father's debit card. The customer care officer named as mr. Vikram took the call and have asked for the debit card number. When i've asked him is it necessary to give you the details of my card (As we all got instructions everytime to not to disclose our card number) he have answered very rudely that "aapko pata hai aapne kahan phone milaya hai" then i've answered "yes i know but why you are being so rude" and then without saying anything he had disconnected the call.
                            This kind of behaviour was not at all expected from an employee of a reputed bank like canara bank. My motive is just to make you aware about that what's going on at the front end of the bank and what image the customer is getting.

                              The most of the canara bank atm will always be out of cash, out of order, some or the other issues, today[protected] i went to withdraw the amount from canara bank atm as i am holding a canara bank atm card, i went to almost 4 atm near by (Hebbal, bangalore, pin:560032), but all of the machine were out of cash so i had to withdraw the amount from other bank atm for which i will be fined.
                              I hope this issue will be resolved as early as possible

                                    This is the customer of your reputed organization who is facing much inconvenience by the bank authority. I had applied for the saving account in the month of february after two weeks from the date of applied i got my account number and even deposited 2000 rs in the bank. Still the bank authorities had not given me my passbook when ever i had asked for it they makes excuse that there is a problem in the printing machine. Non of the bank employees comes regular to the bank, even i visited the bank today one of the employee of the bank says that should we not take the leave arent we human beings etc...

                                    Earlier in the month of february i had given complain regarding the inconvenience caused by the bank employees to you but there is no action taken by the authority of bank. If you peoples does not take any action against the bank employees then who has to take action against them orelse stop opening the accounts in your reputed bank, there is no action taken by the authority then the staff of the banks takes salary on time and enjoys them self.

                                      Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am trying to activate my internet banking option, but it is asking for old transaction password, but i have forgotten that.The option of generating transaction is also not getting.
                                      My problem has been resolved by the bank within two days.
                                      They have refunded the money back into my account
                                      that was debited during net banking.

                                        I would like to complain about bad attitude of canara bank staffs parthumpara branch ifsc cnrb0004216.. When i went to branch to open a new account banks staffs are talking in a rude way. Seems. They have many things to do. Iam very dissapointed. If they are busy with job atleast they can talk nicely. As we all human beings.. Bank should give proper training how to deal with the customer's
