Hi my booking failed however an amount of Rs 1955 had been debited from my canara bank account. The transaction ID is [protected] dated on 24th May, 2018. On the irctc page it shows refunded to bank, however there is no bank refund ID or the Bank Refund Date. And neither has the balance been refunded to my account. It has been three days already! Please refund my money as soon as possible and update the details too.

    I tried to withdraw money from atm and as soon as counting started, electricity cut off. The amount deducted from my account and i didn't received money on that transaction. It's almost a week and i haven't received it back.

But when i register into the phone account for linking my bank account.. It is saying the there is no account linked with this mobile number.. What happened... My question is if only my mobile number is linked to atm card only... And my request is to enable me link with my account for making purchases and things... Rly me for what i have to do...           I tried to pay the school fees through canara bank net banking at 26-mar-2018. The page shows transaction failed but the amount got debited from my account. So on the next day itself i went to bank and registered the complaint about the same but so far the amount not credited back to my account and no update from bank.

                    Dear concern,

                    This is to inform you that today i've called on customer care for the first time just to know about the activation of my father's debit card. The customer care officer named as mr. Vikram took the call and have asked for the debit card number. When i've asked him is it necessary to give you the details of my card (As we all got instructions everytime to not to disclose our card number) he have answered very rudely that "aapko pata hai aapne kahan phone milaya hai" then i've answered "yes i know but why you are being so rude" and then without saying anything he had disconnected the call.
                    This kind of behaviour was not at all expected from an employee of a reputed bank like canara bank. My motive is just to make you aware about that what's going on at the front end of the bank and what image the customer is getting.

                      The most of the canara bank atm will always be out of cash, out of order, some or the other issues, today[protected] i went to withdraw the amount from canara bank atm as i am holding a canara bank atm card, i went to almost 4 atm near by (Hebbal, bangalore, pin:560032), but all of the machine were out of cash so i had to withdraw the amount from other bank atm for which i will be fined.
                      I hope this issue will be resolved as early as possible

                          There was a void sale in one of the pubs I visited. The amount of the same was to be refunded within 6-7 working business days but hasn’t happened yet.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            This is the customer of your reputed organization who is facing much inconvenience by the bank authority. I had applied for the saving account in the month of february after two weeks from the date of applied i got my account number and even deposited 2000 rs in the bank. Still the bank authorities had not given me my passbook when ever i had asked for it they makes excuse that there is a problem in the printing machine. Non of the bank employees comes regular to the bank, even i visited the bank today one of the employee of the bank says that should we not take the leave arent we human beings etc...

                            Earlier in the month of february i had given complain regarding the inconvenience caused by the bank employees to you but there is no action taken by the authority of bank. If you peoples does not take any action against the bank employees then who has to take action against them orelse stop opening the accounts in your reputed bank, there is no action taken by the authority then the staff of the banks takes salary on time and enjoys them self.

                              I am trying to activate my internet banking option, but it is asking for old transaction password, but i have forgotten that.The option of generating transaction is also not getting.
                              My problem has been resolved by the bank within two days.
                              They have refunded the money back into my account
                              that was debited during net banking.

When i went to branch to open a new account banks staffs are talking in a rude way. Seems. They have many things to do. Iam very dissapointed. If they are busy with job atleast they can talk nicely. As we all human beings.. Bank should give proper training how to deal with the customer's

                                  I borrow educational loan from canara bank in the year between 2013 to 2017 and total amount i borrow is 93, 450.
                                  As per government rule, the concern bank should not collect interest till one year after completing the course. So as per above comments, 2018 my outstanding amount should be 93, 450.. Bcz government had paid my all interest amount in the name of subsidy.. Now i'm ready to repay my load amount from april 2018.. But nly amount 93, 450.. But my outstanding amount they mentioned is 118, 934. Here with i hv attached mini statement of the same which i bought from canara bank. My loan account number is :[protected]... And pls help me to know the full details of repayment procedure, as of now bank is asking to pay 2500 as emi till 2025 for the total outstanding amount (I hv more confusion on this).. Pls do clarify this too. Thank you

                                    I have try to send money by online mode of amount 2000 from my canara bank account which number is[protected], to the kcc bank account number [protected]. But by mistake i have fill ifsc code sbi0000053 instead of kacc0000053. After that money is deduct from my account but not transfer to kcc bank account. I will request you to solve my problem.

                                    An IMPS transaction was done through CANMOBILE app which was unsuccessful but the amount is debited from my account. And not received by the beneficiary account. The amount was of 5000 rs. It's been 2 months still the problem is not solved.

                                      I have a account in the branch delhi rohini sector 3 in rockfield school
                                      I have a fixed deposit of one lakh for 555 days and asked for the quartelly installment which was 2016 of 6 installments but after giving me the 3 installments the bank has debited the tds from the rest of the installments i am 70 years of age and the house wife and filled the form of 15 h at the time of made the fd and in the month of april also last year.
                                      The amount which is illegally debited, now the bank is harassing me and not giving me my full installments
                                      I have written many letters to customers care and to the branch manager
                                      Till today the bank has not given me my full installments nor giving me the satisfied reply

                                      I gone to TMB ATM in SSN institution campus(26/03/2018- oround 5:45pm), ATM machine failed during the amount withdrawal process but I got message that the amount withdrawal in that particular ATM. So please take necessary action to refund my amount.

                                        I had a swipe at atm of my debit card in lodha heritage (Dombivali east) to obatin rs. 5000 from atm. During the process, the money got debited from my account but the money was not obtained from the atm. No reciept was also obtained.

                                        It seems there is some technical fault or no cash left in that atm.. Please do the needful

                                        Please look into this and revert back the money to my account.
                                        Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
