I searched for an international flight ticket using make my trip app on android and reached the last stage of processing and it got cancelled. Although an otp was sent to my phone i did not type nor otp was generated automatically on the page as it got cancelled but the payment was debited from my debit card. Refund of this is not yet provided and i am not able to issue another flight ticket.

Please look into this

We are already started dairy farming with our own investment and in thyamagundlu (562132) and we have linked to the dairy milk money to canara bank of thyamagundlu.

We are in process of extending the farm for which we have already asked for loan from canara bank thyamagundlu 3months back and still we are not being processed forward are we are sent back every day by asking new document by branch manager and the bank represented lawyer.

And we feel like we are being harshed for doing banking with canara bank.

Any help from your side will be very helpful thank you

Dear Sir,

I am having an account in Canara bank Chirawa Branch. Before 2 days I went in branch with my wife to open an account of my wife. I submitted all docs demanded by the executive and he ask me to come another day to grab Pass book and Debit card. Today I went to grab those things then he demanded docs again and ask me to sit half n hour after that He again ask me to come another day. I request to do further process at same time because my wife is pregnant so she cant be present to grab passbook and debit card amd we have very important need of these things then bank staff person started misbehaving by saying that we have lots of works to do. I[censored] cant come tomorrow then u can go in another bank. I called Mr. Deepak Verma who is the manager of this branch and complain then he disconnected my call by saying that staff will do work according to there convinience. Now I have decided to close my both account from this bank and never come back to open any account in this Bank.

Ondipudur canara bank branch is not responding or not attending the calls.
Every time cannot travel to branch for clarification. As i am aged.
They are not picking up the calls and responding properly.

Need to take immediate action.

I saw only 60 complaints was resolved out of thousands and percentage was 4.

Hope my complaint should resolve and others too. To take the action.

Hi, i made a fund transfer to my relative from my icici bank account to canara bank account but it did not go through successfully.

The transaction reference id is - mmt/ref[protected]/[protected]

Not sure what happened here. I contacted icici and they asked me to contact merchant account ie. Canara bank for further information.

My relative is not able to visit the bank, hence i am raising this complaint on her behalf.

Let me know if any other info is required.

I'm requesting you to please help me to get my money back. I had speak to customer care they said visit your branch... But the problem is my branch is in uttarpradesh... And i live in mumbai now... So i can't visit my branch help me.

My name is d. Nirmala from chennai. I have a canara bank account[protected] of adambakkam branch.

I made a atm transaction dispute of rs.10000 in axis bank atm on 18/03/18 which was reversed on the same day.

On the same day i tried another 10000 rupees withdrawal in icici bank atm (Secretariat colony) was also transaction failure. But in my bank account 20000 was debited as atm cash withdrawal which i was not done.
I registered complaint in my home branch on 22/03/18 but the team said that dispute not valid, transaction is successful. (Complaint file attached).

So i requested rbi team to kindly handle this complaint as soon as possible and give us a loyal solution as am a senior citizen, please do needful.

Hello my name is manju rawat.
I tried to withdraw money as usual but the blackout happen during the transaction but the money was deducted from my account yet i didn't receive the money due to blackout.

The transaction was done on 3rd of april 2018
I went to my bank branch within few days of transaction (I was waiting for auto-refund which did not happen).
I told my problem to the branch manager and submitted the letter about it.
Its been almost a month but i have yet to receive the money which was deducted.

I hope to get my refund as soon as possible.

I also made a complain in my canara bank depalpur branch but all-in vain. They told me to wait upto 22 april. After that they said my request is rejected but didn't tell me the reason. I again do the payment on 13th April and it was successful. When I checked the balance the amount of Rs.687 was deducted on the day the transaction was declined. I contacted phonepe they tell me that it will be refunded between 19 to 21 April. It is 30 now but I have not received the refund. Please process my refund as soon as possible. My name is Ana fernandes. I purchased a product worth rs. 450 from Amazon on 5th April 2018. I made the payment through debit card . Since I was not happy with the product. I requested for a refund . The refund was initiated on 20th April 2018 but till today it is not credited. I called up d customer care several times but they are ready to solve my issue. Every time they r providing different excuses

Poor customer service, lazy arrogant workers, I just arrived bank on 10oclock I didn't get proper reply from anyone, there is no machines even my passbook didn't printed for last 2hours no customer friendly some of the workers doing job for there relatives here no token system also

The canara bank customercare number is unresponsive. I was directed to place a charge of dispute.

I have done two recharge of rupee 249 and
199 both amount were deducted my account number[protected]. But not transaction was show unsuccessful.
When i approached customer care of canara bank they said we have not made any agreement with airtel so your recharge had failed. Customer care executive not registered my complaint. Bank never send any notifications about that canara bank not make airtel payments.
Please take action against bank and compensate me.
