Hi, i made a fund transfer to my relative from my icici bank account to canara bank account but it did not go through successfully.

The transaction reference id is - mmt/ref[protected]/[protected]

Not sure what happened here. I contacted icici and they asked me to contact merchant account ie. Canara bank for further information.

My relative is not able to visit the bank, hence i am raising this complaint on her behalf.

Let me know if any other info is required.

      Dear team,
      My name is d. Nirmala from chennai. I have a canara bank account[protected] of adambakkam branch.

      I made a atm transaction dispute of rs.10000 in axis bank atm on 18/03/18 which was reversed on the same day.

      On the same day i tried another 10000 rupees withdrawal in icici bank atm (Secretariat colony) was also transaction failure. But in my bank account 20000 was debited as atm cash withdrawal which i was not done.
      I registered complaint in my home branch on 22/03/18 but the team said that dispute not valid, transaction is successful. (Complaint file attached).

      So i requested rbi team to kindly handle this complaint as soon as possible and give us a loyal solution as am a senior citizen, please do needful.

              Hello my name is manju rawat.
              I tried to withdraw money as usual but the blackout happen during the transaction but the money was deducted from my account yet i didn't receive the money due to blackout.

              The transaction was done on 3rd of april 2018
              I went to my bank branch within few days of transaction (I was waiting for auto-refund which did not happen).
              I told my problem to the branch manager and submitted the letter about it.
              Its been almost a month but i have yet to receive the money which was deducted.

              I hope to get my refund as soon as possible.

                An amount of Rupees 180/- was refunded from Canara bank. I am really thankful for their thoughtfulness. I did not receive any message, call or email from the company for the refund but when I went to update my passbook the amount was already refunded after 7-10 of complaint.

                      I paid my exam fee online through atm 3 times but they were not added in beneficiary account. Then i paid it through mp online. I also made a complain in my canara bank depalpur branch but all-in vain. They told me to wait upto 22 april. After that they said my request is rejected but didn't tell me the reason.                       Anybody whithdraw money from my bank account through atm transaction fraudulent manner. and atm was with me only . but suddeny msg in my mobile of whithdraw money form my account through atm any where.i am worry about my money
                      I have ordered an iPhone 7 with a price of ₹55099.
                      I cancelled the order due to my personal issue but the money is deducted from my account.
                      The Amazon people told us they are refund my amount..but they were telling the bank is responsible for further process.

                        My name is Aryan Mishra account no.[protected] IFSC-CNRB00002314. I was doing electricity bill payment from phonepe on 12th april but it said transaction declined. I again do the payment on 13th April and it was successful. When I checked the balance the amount of Rs.687 was deducted on the day the transaction was declined. I contacted phonepe they tell me that it will be refunded between 19 to 21 April. It is 30 now but I have not received the refund. Please process my refund as soon as possible.                               The canara bank customercare number is unresponsive. I was directed to place a charge of dispute.

                              On 13 th April irctc issued a refund of rs.1770/_through reference no.74332748102810139836909 to my account no.[protected] linked to debit card no.[protected].But the same has not been credited by now.Please see.This is a repeated problem with canada bank.Never faced such problems with sbi.Please improve.

                                I have done two recharge of rupee 249 and
                                199 both amount were deducted my account number[protected]. But not transaction was show unsuccessful.
                                When i approached customer care of canara bank they said we have not made any agreement with airtel so your recharge had failed. Customer care executive not registered my complaint. Bank never send any notifications about that canara bank not make airtel payments.
                                Please take action against bank and compensate me.

                                      My name is Asma Ambreen and my account number is[protected], canara bank abdullah hall aligarh branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs 730 and 420 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 730 and 420 has been initiated on 19 april 2018 and it will be credited to my account on 25 april, 2018. Till now (27 April 2018), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

                                      If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.
