    I try to transfer fund from my account to beneficiary account. But amount got deducted but not yet credited. This happend on 24/07/2021. Two times 4500 rupees got debited but not yet credited either beneficiary account nor my account. I went to canara bank they said you have to raise a dispute complaint in your home branch. But I can't able to go there. Because in this covid situation I can't able to travel another district.its very urgent.br...

        I have an issue with my credit card where the card status is active and I can’t use the card even though I cleared the bill on time. When I called in toll free number they saying they can’t help. Also when I complaint in branch they also said the same only head office can help me. I even mailed head office 3-4 times and no response from their end. I’m facing this issue since 2 months now....

          ECS mandate SC SB

          Address: Canara bank, East patel nagar, Rajendra Place branch, New Delhi

          Canara Bank has wrongly deducted multiple unknown charges from my account without any prior notice and their customer care has no proper information to share except for making guesses that it must be due to an ECS due to SIP or loan but we can't check in the system. The charges just show ECS mandate SC SB in NetBanking which I don't understand. I noticed many other customers of Canara bank have raised a similar complaint here and the pattern...

          I have just opened net banking in canara bank. I successfully changed the login password but there's no option to generate transaction password. Net banking desktop site is asking to change transaction password but i didn't even generate it in first place. I contacted the customer care, they told to generate a new transaction password in lite version . I logged in and try to generate a new password but its showing transaction is not allowed . I don't know why. I even trued to ulock my transaction password but it still didn't wrk . Please look onto it . I already contacted canara bank customer care 2 tyms but still didn't get a valid reply.

            On 17/07/2021 I made an online order to the merchant Amazone for Vegetable seeds for 439/-rs & payment of it was done through Canara internet banking mode... Amount deducted soon after it but on a few minutes amazone sent a mail of Order cancellation for the reason of Failure payment & amount wil be refunded if duducted... No amount refunded so i complain to the concerned bank throught online service. The resolved & closed the complaint by giving supportive description that gateway transation was successful & the same amount is credited to concerned merchant.. When i called back to Amazone care the told amount not credited to us... So plz resolve the problem & refund the amount

              Issue of debit card

              I(VENKATAKRISHNA) have submitted a request at canara bank online debit card request website for a rupay debit card on 26th june 2021 with inward number 3559131 and account number [protected]. But the card has still not dispatched and it shows accepted by card division for embossing.usually the atm card requested delivers to customer within 20 days. But Its almost a month now, I request you to dispatch the card as soon as possible......

              ECS mandate charges deducted twice from my account

              I am an ac holder of canara bank, kasba branch kolkata-700078. My ac no. Is[protected]. My complaint is that rs. 236/- as ecs mandate charge has been deducted from my account twice, once on 19.07.2021 and another on 23.07.2021 without any prior notification of any kind whatsoever. I am really really disappointed with the services provided by canara bank and the their unreasonable policies. I want refund of my money wrongfully deducted...

                      Old Complaint No.2122AS8347 (closed by bank without resolving the problem)

                      I only want to change or close my telephone number in the old closed account number of canara bank. Closed account number:[protected]
                      Right now I am using a new canara account with the same mobile number but when I go for any mobile banking service (Google pay, Phone pay etc.) it shows your number is used for multiple accounts.

                      I visited 3-4 times Sector 10A gurgaon branch regarding this but there is no solution given by them. I continuously try to telephonic with them but still no response.

                      Hand written application is already given on[protected] in the above mentioned branch.

                            We had housing loan account no[protected] at Pimple Saudagar at Pune. The bank was charged interest 8.8% instead of 7.00% for period 7 Oct 2020 to 8 Nov 2020. After that the Bank was charged interest rate @ 7%. The bank manager has accepted that the bank had charged excess charged. We are following the Manager and RO but the amount was not credited. 100 email communication and call was done from our side and no positive response was happened till dare . Due to this mentally harassment by your bank, We have shifted this loan. Till date, refund was not happened. Bank Manager (Mr. Jadhav) contact no is [protected]. Kindly note that we are in the process of filing petition and filing of FIR for fraud against your bank. Your prompt and positive response will be highly appreciated.
