Your Internet banking site is down since 6 a.m. today. Maybe it was non-functional for so many days. I just want to know anyone is aware at the senior manager’s level, of this situation?

I regret to mention here that the service level of Canara Bank as a whole and the internet service, in particular, has always been disappointing. There is no accountability of people who are responsible.

What does this signify? Are you telling your customers to quit banking with CANARA BANK?

    My name is Satyanarayana Chandu, Retd Manager of Canara Bank with Staff No 45043
    I retired from Hyderabad. Prior to that I worked in Chittoor, AP. More than 20 days back I received a phone call from Post Man Chittoor stating that one Card is received at their end and redirecting to Dilsukhnagar branch of Hyderabad. Dilsukhnagar branch told me that no Card is received at their end.pl let me know whether it is returned back to you. I request you to hot list the card to avoid misuse and issue me a fresh card on the below address

      I was tryingto book my ticket from.irctc site from New Delhi to Lucknow which was debited twice but no ticket has been refunded kindly look into the matter and refund the same.

        My account is been dr with Rs 590 towards ECS Dr rtn sc sb. I dont have any EMI. Why these charges happened. I am not at all satisfied with Canara bank service. I wish to close the account.

                    I am very old customer of your Bank. My Account No is[protected]. Today I went to Canara Bank Branch Delhi Cant. I couldn't find my branch there. I was wandering there like a fool. After asking so many people i came to that branch has been shifted to Gopnath Bazar Brach of Syndicate Bank.
                    Is not the duty of bank to inform there customers about shifting of the branch. I am having lakhs of FDR with this bank.
                    I am extremely upset with behavior of the bank. It looks difficult to continue my account with Canara Bank.

                          I have already reached out to the bank and requested for the FIRC details of past 10 years also mentioned about the urgency of the requirement, but the concerned persons are refusing to provide the details, instead they are providing only account statement which is not required to us, Hence I would to raise a complaint for the serious action and early response.

                          Conversation is completely on phone and direct contact in the bank, hence i don't have the details to attach here,

                                    I have got a BG made for rs 5 lakh for which rs 10500 was charged commission on21 dec2020.there was a error in BG which i asked bank Manager MR AS NEGI 0N 22 DEC2020 IN WRITING INSTEAD OF CORRECTION HE MADE NEW BG AND CHARGED FOLLWING COMMISSION ON 04 JAN 2021
                                    A. RS 22500.
                                    B. RS 4050.
                                    C. RS 708.
                                    ON ASKING HE PROMISED TO REVERT MONEY AND KEPT ON DELAYING THAT CASE HAS BEEN INITIATED WITH HIGHER AUTHORITY FOR REVERED THE MONEY. THE NEW BG HAS SAME ERROR AND THIS TIME HE CORRECTED THE ERROR WHICH HE REFUSED EARLIER IN DEC 2020.

                                      I live in Garhi Bala, Sonipat, Haryana. Our canara bank branch in Bindroli. I have complained about ATM in our branch. The ATM is not operate from last year. ATM is always closed. In this covid pandemic we want to withdraw cash from ATM but the ATM is closed everytime. There is not another ATM nearby. In 6-7 village have only 1 ATM but that is not operated. Kindly operate the ATM in our branch Bindroli, Sonipat.
