deduction of an amount that failed to dispatch from an atm

I am a customer of Canara Bank. Recently I used its ATM to get some cash. The transaction was completed but at the end of the Machine and I received a message notification of the debited amount. However, the ATM did not dispatch any cash.
I had earlier raised this issue with the bank's support team. My complaint was registered with Number- [protected] on 27th November. An entire week has passed neither is there any refund made into...

Amazon initiated refund but not credited to account

I have ordered a product of Rs. 1549
( Nirlon gas compatible non stick aluminum cookware set, 6 pieces, red / black ) in Amazon on 13th November 2020. Order was delivered on 18th November 2020 and I returned this order on 19th November 2020 due to some personal reason.
And on 19th November 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but still I didn't got the money.

I ordered a suit set from amazon they said they had refunded my money on 20 nov 2020 n amt shd reflect in bank by 25 nov but its dec 1 but still amnt not credited in my accnt asked cx care no support was given this is the email Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.1149.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. I returned the product to amazon and the refund was done from their end. But the amount was not received. No response on Cheque book
