      As I have booked a railway ticket in IRCTC on 9 Dec 2020 and the first transaction has been failed and the amount has been debited from my account by IRCTC .now the refund amount is processed by IRCTC on 11 Dec 2020 (₹423.19) and now it was 17 Dec I have not even got the money.pls consider my complaint and take action on it.(transaction id-[protected])(refund ref no.[protected]. account number[protected].

        My name is harvinder kaur . i have ordered a sweatshirt for rs.599 in Amazon on 03.12.2020 and after 09.12.2020 i cancelled the order for some personal reason. And on 09.12.2020 the refund was issued but i haven't received it yet in my account. Amazon sent me the refernce number i.e74332740345034474529177 and told me to fill the charge dispute form . so kindly look into this matter immediately.

          Respected sir,
          With due rescept
          I am Bharta bhushan i. E, custmer of your canara bank till last 4 years.
          Few day ago, i visted your bank where i felt so guilty and shame for misbehaviour of your staff. I am there in que for withdraw rs.100000 for an urgent work.. After 15-20 minutes i reached to cashier Maneesha Phutela . I asked him -'is there cash available??' cashier replied-yes, you fill that withdrawal form first then come to me i will give your money. Then i pick up that form and start filling. Suddenly bank Maneesha Phutela cashier shouted on me in a very rude tone. MY Canera Bank Account no[protected] and Ifsc Code cnrb0001400.
          Minakshi Phutela jo ki is bank ki Casiher hai wo routine me hi sabi coustmers ka saath esa hi bolti hai. jab bi cash deposit karwana jatta hai tab inka beviour bhout rude hote. or costmer ka shamna hi sabi ki insult karti rahti hai.

                  My name is Supradeep and I had ordered a product of RS.2349 (Skyvik Lens) in Amazon on 4/11/2020 and later on 18/11/2020 the refund was initiated.Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                  30005103090309234915858 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Canara Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                        Srikakulam main branch
                        On 11/12/2020
                        4100 rupees and one 100rs note is not taken by machine and it is come back remaining all notes are taken

                                    I am sonali shaw.My account no is (protected) I purchased a product from flipkart on cash on delivery mode & returned it. My order id is OD[protected]. As per their confirmation the refunded the money 1499 on 19th nov. Still it was not credited by the bank .I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

                                    I contacted bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.

                                    I also file a complaint on grievance cell . Complaint id is

                                    But there is no proper response.so I would request you to do something on this & credit the amount as soon as possible.

                                      deduction of an amount that failed to dispatch from an atm

                                      I am a customer of Canara Bank. Recently I used its ATM to get some cash. The transaction was completed but at the end of the Machine and I received a message notification of the debited amount. However, the ATM did not dispatch any cash.
                                      I had earlier raised this issue with the bank's support team. My complaint was registered with Number- [protected] on 27th November. An entire week has passed neither is there any refund made into...

                                      I have not got a refund of 149rs which is paid through COD. Amazon had provided me with refund reference number[protected] and saying it is provided by the bank and it should be contacted to bank customer service but I didn't get a response of my refund and saying it is Amazon should look after.so see about what happened to my refund amount and further if it is not cleared here. I am informed to raise charge dispute in banking ombudsman.
