I have purchased a product on Amazon 14/12/2020 using my Canara Bank debit card. Same product was returned and I asked for refund As per the confirmation refund was initiated on[protected] expected credit amount Rs 969 on[protected]. Still it was not reflecting on my account . They have provided a Refund reference Number - 74332740354035304812921. I have called customer care there is no useful inform. Please kindly rectify my issue as soon as possible ... I am expecting my amount to my account no.

And on Refund innitiated on 24 DEC 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number "75503720355044525467391"and told me to fill charge dispute form but Canara Bank doesn't have such policy.               My name is Manish Hemnani and I had ordered Realme Wireless Earbuds of RS. 1599 in Amazon on 17.11.2020 and after 18.11.2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 19.11.2020 Amazon initiated the amountof RS. 1574 because they gave me cashback of rs. 25 they credited amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005103220322063073064 and I complaint to my bank about this but they didn't take any action. Therefore I file a dispute about this.
              My bank is Canara Bank and
              please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                Refund not received after 8 days upon cancellation of product in Amazon the reference number is # 30005103360336233219985 Still it was no reflected in my account. I had contacted your customer service number their is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i am going to file a banking ombudsman.

                            I purchased a product through Canara Bank visa debit card on 16th dec and cancelled the order and tge refund was initiated on next day still the bank did not process the refund and they say that there is no such refund requestmy a/c no.[protected]
                            Please check this and initiate the refund its been more than a week of business days.

                                    This is Sonali Shaw, I am writing this email about an issue faced with my recent order.
                                    I ordered a dreambucket bollywood Georgette saree for Rs 1499 Order ID- OD[protected] from my account . This was in COD mode.
                                    I had returned the product on Date- 12th nov 2020.It has been over a month but I haven't got my refund yet. I have checked this with Flipkart customer care team and they mentioned that the refund has been processed and acknowledged me with a Refund Reference Number (RRN[protected] and had asked me to check this with Bank. They said money was reflected on the account on 19th november 2020.
                                    I have been in regular touch with my bank but there is No proper respond .
                                    I feel helpless and for a month it seems like a dog catching its own tail.
                                    Flipkart team says to check with the bank and Bank asks to check this with you guys.
