    Refund was processed from amazon end and it has been more than 20-25 days that i had not received a single rupee for the above three transactions in my canara bank account.

    As per amazon, reference id is only generated by bank when they accept the money and the above three reference ids are provided by bank to amazon and amazon had given these three reference ids to me via email.

    I had even called canara bank customer care call support and even went to the canara bank branch where my account was opened for help and provided them these three reference ids but your canara bank customer care on call support & branch also are not helping for this issue. They are totally neglecting this.

    Help me to resolve this issue and process the above mentioned amounts of all the 3 transactions in my canara bank account. Please take this case on urgent and priority basis as i am running out of money in this lockdown period. For any other query feel free to contact me on my registered mobile number.

      I purchased a product on amazon on 16th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 16th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as [protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they said same hence i mailed you. Please check and confirm the status and do the refund soon. If your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 4th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.           Dear sir/madam
          I brought a product on 10th of April from Amazon paying through my Canara Bank debit card and I have cancelled the order and still I didn't not received my refund amount so I call to the Amazon customer service they have given the Refund reference number as this 74332740107010663991566 and also they asked me call to your customer service but their is no use so I was writing this charging dispute so please help me to get my refund amount

                Amazon prime subscription which was wrongly done from my side got and again cancelled from my side by amazon on 8th april 2020 and said amount will reflect in my account in 5 working days. Which didn’t happen yet. After talking to amazon customer care person he suggested to talk to bank with reference number which they received from bank ref. No -[protected]
                And i did the same bank person said they didn’t received any amount from amazon and talk to amazon again. My complain is about my refund money. Please look into this case
