I canceled my amazon prime subscription on 21th of this month and they told i will be receiving my refund of rs999 by 3 to 5 working days which is on 28th. But i have not received it. When contacting amazon customer care they said they have refunded on same day. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 21st. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as [protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

    I, uma bm cancelled one order for grocery from amazon paid from my canara bank debit card. Amazon have initiated the refund process of rs 1509, and given me an refund transaction no.231940. They have told me contact the bank customer care. When contacted they say they cannot do anything and have asked me to contact amazon. Mail from amazon also attached

      I had activated amazon prime trial pack on 15th of march and for prime membership amount 999 was auto debited from my debit card on 14th of april and i requested to refund the same as per their confirmation refund was initiated on 14th of april and maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it has not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as [protected]. I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response hence i had to mail. Please check and confirm the status and refund as soon as possible.

              I uma bm had ordered grocery items on 15/4/20 from my sons amazon prime account. Later i have cancelled the order from amazon. The have initiated the refund amount of rs 1509 and given me a refund reference no.231940. Since the refund was not reflecting in my account i contacted the bank customer care but they are unable to help me. The amount was debited from my debit card issued by canara bank.
              The mail sent by is also attached.

                😥😥😥😣😤😤😭i had deposited my money in amazon on april 7 via debit card. At that time i contacted amazon. They sent the money to my account at that time. It has not come to my bank yet and if i call my home bank, they do not answer properly. Customer care but never a phone call i have 2500 and i request you to pay as soon as possible😱😭
                Canara bank is a very bad bank i am going to close my account now and also tell my friends and family that close canara bank account is the worst bank i should get my money

                  I was supposed to get a few refunds from irctc for automatic ticket cancellation
                  But it has been a month

                        I m supposed to receive a refund from amazon.in by 21/04 but it still isn't credited. Amazon confirmed the refund has been processed and have given a refund reference number given to them by the canara bank hereby confirming the refund. The reference number is 203400. My canara bank account number is[protected]. I paid the transaction using my canara bank visa debit card ending with 4772 but now my card has been changed as i lost my previous card i blocked it on 18/04. Amount is ₹8049. I did this transaction on 21/03 and cancelled it on 05/04. They initiated n processed it on 05/04

                                    I had pay electricity bill payment by amazon via debit card. But the amount 2400 was deducted two times. At that time i contacted amazon.                                       My amazon prime membership got auto renewal on 15 april 2020.. So i made a call to customer care of amazon regarding cancellation of prime membership... She cancelled my prime membership and told me that you will receive refund of rs999 in 7 working days... But till now i did'nt received my refund.. Then i made a call to amazon customer care... They told me that your is successfully processed from our side and the they gave me refund reference no:[protected] and told me to talk to canara bank customer care... When i made a call to canara bank customer care, they aren't listening what i am trying to say.. That are giving irrelevant answers and then hang up the call... I am so pissed off... Refund my money as soon as possible...
