I uma bm had ordered grocery items on 15/4/20 from my sons amazon prime account. Later i have cancelled the order from amazon. The have initiated the refund amount of rs 1509 and given me a refund reference no.231940. Since the refund was not reflecting in my account i contacted the bank customer care but they are unable to help me. The amount was debited from my debit card issued by canara bank.
