I, uma bm cancelled one order for grocery from amazon paid from my canara bank debit card. Amazon have initiated the refund process of rs 1509, and given me an refund transaction no.231940. They have told me contact the bank customer care. When contacted they say they cannot do anything and have asked me to contact amazon. Mail from amazon also attached
