      My name bablu
      I have take trail membership in amazon for one month of ₹2/- after a month amazon auto debited ₹999/- from my account of canara bank,

      I called to amazon customer care to cancelled the one year plan of amazon prime membership they have cancelled and they gaved me reference no:-[protected].

      Amazon customer care said to me amount will refund in 7 working days, but on 8april amount was debited from my account and after all holidays, on 21 april still not credit my account,
      Then called to customer is saying to me go your canara bank,

      I went to bank but banker were not at all were listening my words and not ready to saying regarding this my problem,

      So please look after this my problem and solved it faster.

          As i mentioned here on april 17th frm amazon money 999 is deducted from my account number[protected] through canara bank debit card.. On that day itself i called customer made it refund but... They made refund it. And they are given me transaction i'd [protected].. But still my amount 999 is not received to me til the day... Urgent action should be taken

            I was supposed to receive a refund from amazon for rs.2147 which was processed on 02/04/2020 and it should have been credited to my canara bank account atleast a week ago. I tried calling both customer cares but amazon says they have processed the refund and provided a refund reference no - 479661 and asked me to dispute the transaction with the bank's customer care. I called canara bank's customer care and i complained about the refund but they said if the amount was sent from amazon it would have been credited to my account and that they can't do anything with the refund reference id provided by amazon. Both are just accusing on each other but i know from experience that canara bank always delays crediting refunds even the other party has sent the money. Please help me with this issue.

                I purchased online 2 items of iball power bank of 10000 mah battery and after that I cancelled those products. I item purchased at 23rd march, 2020 and Ref. And after my cancellation Online store refund my money but those products's amount is not credit in my account. So please, check my account and credit my money in my account..

                    This is with concern to swiggy refund issue for below order no.

                    I had ordered a cake on 3rd of april 2020 from aubree and twiggy cancelled saying the cake was unavailable and said the transfer was made the same day and i have still not received my amount of rs. 754.

                    After the above issue i reordered a cake again from cappella whereas i received a messedup cake and they assured a repay of rs. 258 on 3rd on april 2020 and again i have not received this also.

                    I would request you to please look into this issue and get me payment credited to my account soon as possible as swiggy have kept me hanging for long.

                      I purchased a product on amazon on 15 of this month using my canara bank debit card. Order cancel automatically and automatically refund initiate. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 15 of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                          Hello,
                          My name is ks suhas, my account no is[protected], canara bank varamballi branch.. On 9th april 2020 i have made a transaction in amazon.in through debit card for rupees 310.40 then i my order has been cancelled for some reason on 13th april 2020 and they mentioned that the amount will be credited in your account by 18th april 2020. Till now i did not get the money in my account.

                          I have received a refund reference no # 855422. These are the messages received from amazon:

                          "hello,

                          This is to confirm that refund for amount 310.40 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

                          Refund reference # 855422

                          Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update.

                            I ordered 2 saffola gold oil 5 ltr cans from amazon pantry on 7th april 2020. However i cancelled it on 14th april 2020 and my refund was initiated on 15th april 2020. I received a reference code from amazon #74332740106010553447985 and said that the expected credit should be maximum by 19th april 2020. Today is 24th april 2020 and i havent received any credit so far.
                            Your bank doesn't even have a charge dispute form.
                            Please refund my money asap

                            Its lockdown time and i have to chase from my money! Pathetic!!!

                                I have ordered in march /21and 24/ 2020 for two products from amazon shopping of rs 2000 and rs524. Amazon canceled that orders on 5 th of april 2020and refund. I didn't received it till now 24/4/2020. I connected to costumer care of amazon shopping they give me the refund reference num 74332740096009573248722 and 74332740096009581984094.
