I purchased an item from amazon in early march 2020, my order number is[protected]. the order amount is 1049.00 . the order got cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic without my consent in the end of march . amazon told the refund will be initiated within 5 days and they mailed me that refund done successfully on 04 april 2020. its been more than a month since that i haven't got any refund till now. i have been calling amazon customer care and my canara bank customer care back to back. amazon confirmed their status and told they initiated the refund and provided me with a reference number through their mail. The reference number for the refund from amazon is #672248. amazon told they have done their job and is well confident about it. Canara bank customer care is telling i should contact my merchant provider again and again. i have been behind this issue for more than a month now and i hope i will get my money back.

    I ordered a product from amazon in the month of march before lockdown and before receiving the product there was lockdown so I canceled my order and asked for refund, the customer care of amazon said that ill get my refund by 13th of April but I didn’t.! So i called them again to enquire about it so they said the payment has already been refunded to you so you need to enquire about it in you respected bank i.e canara bank or else fill a charged dispute form .!

      My name is (Sathish r) and i had ordered (Product) of rs5898/-. Amount (Smart phone) in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] which refund initiated. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (75503720080039039781644) and told me to fill charge dispute form but i canara bank doesn't have such policy. This is to confirm that refund for amount 5849.0000 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

      Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update.
      Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

        I placed an order on 23 march which was cancelled due to lockdown.
        The refund was initiated and i got the mail from amazon with transaction id #607607
        But on checking my account details, it has been a month, i have not got my refund.

        I want to file a charge dispute on canara bank to look into the matter and give my refund as soon as possible.

            Purchased a product on 11th april using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 12 th of thi month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number

              Amazon prime has iniatiated an refund amount of 999/- which was processed on 22.04.2020

                Sir/madam i had charged from amazon prime video, for free trail and even before the end of free trade about 81.42 ruppes and 1023.08 respectively.
                I contacted them, mailed them and they called me took information about my issue and they intiated the refund of about 12.99$, and informed about 3-5days for refund, but it didn't reflected in my bank account, and again i called them they checked the status of refund and said that the amount was refunded and bank might held the money, when i contacted the bank service there service was bad, and said no refund is held and even i mailed them.

                    On 19 april amazon has canceled by order and initiate my refund on 21 april, they provide me refund reference no and then i call to canara customer care service two three times but they are not responding but still i did not get the refund on 2 may. I have bank account in maksi branch of canara bank in madhya pradesh the customer care service blaming to amazon for the refund but they have issued my refund amount but the bank is not cooperating with me

                      I did not use canara bank account for 2years since i lost my atm. On 1st may 2020 i transferred 3500 rupees to withdraw from bank. And rupees 3400 is cut in my account. Please revert my money. I’m out of money since lockdown in india. This is illegal and betrayal to middle class person. I am already out of money in this horrible situation of lockdown. You want to kill us or what?? You won’t be knowing the value of 3400 rupees for a family like mine.
                      If i don’t get this money back, my family will be in trouble for this month again.

                      Central govt instructed not to cut single penny from account for minimum balance.
                      I did transfer amount for critical condition of my family. This is against rbi rules.

                          I booked a bus in amazon on 7th of this month using my canara bank debit card &due to covid19 extension of holidays bus has been cancelled.                               Sir, it is to inform you that i was customer at your branch at nabha distt. Patiala with saving account no.[protected] branch had made payment of 7409/ on dated 23/12/2016 through ecs against my concern even i had given them in written to stop payment after complain about that manager and other staff misbehaved with me and told me close my account so i close my account this was totally ignorance, fraud and harassment to me. The staff is so criminal that they have not given any answer of my mails even legal notice. I request you to take against the culprits and compensate me before i file complaint against them in court.

                                A transaction was made on 05/04/20 in domino's app from my mobile no. :-[protected] and the payment was done from my amazon pay a/c. An amount of rupees 198 was debited from my bank canara bank a/c no:[protected] for which the service wasn't given to me as the payment was not received by the domino's server due some technical reason my order was not registered for the same hence a refund was generated from amazon customer care service on 06/04/2020 wide reference no #104147 asking me to wait for 3-5 business days to reflect the amount in my bank a/c since then it's been 1month and there is not even a single update of my refunded amount. The amount is still not reflecting in my bank account and in these crucial days when every single penny is very precious i m struggling for getting my 198 rupees back into my bank account i have called up the bank customer care also they told me to visit the branch, i visited the brach also but to no avail. Amazon costomer care says call ur bank, bank says call amazon for the update, i m tired now kindly help in bringing me out of this situation.

                                    I cancelled my product on 19th april and amazon initiated refund amount of 1199 to my canara debit card...which has been issued on 19/04/2020.My account no. is[protected] but still not received my amount after 10 days..as per the rule maximum limit is 5 days.Reference no.is 7BJXC7YK0000K78NZT9Q given by amazon customer exe.

                                    canara bank customer care number is also not helping and saying to contact amazon and same answer from amazon to contact you bank.

                                    still refund isn't credited in my bank . Amazon confirmed the refund has been processed and have given a refund reference number given to them by the canara bank hereby confirming the refund. . Canara bank transfer my money in my account
