I have bought canon printer through nt2 channel ad. But it is not working . Already I have made complain by phone call yet received no response from you. I am supposed to make complain through phonecall because your call is ended before connection to person who register our complain and solve the problem. Please, help us immediately.
Canon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We have a canon printer of model G3010.From last few days, the ink of that printer is not working, even the ink is not finished or dried.So I want that you will solve this problem!!!

    What's the use of giving a warranty and behaving unfairly. I came to know that cannon service dint pay good attention to when i gave the camera for service for the first time. If they would have done a good service my camera would have been safe, and now because its a big issue cannon blindly say that you dropped the camera in the water. And just put the blame on the customer for the canon service center to get on the safer side. Well done!! I am a canon user in the printer and many products in canon, but this poor behavior by cannon takes all the hope on cannon service and product.

        I have bought a camera from canon image square jammu jammu and kashmir india on[protected]. My camera model is sx730hs. I used this camera only for one day. I am not satisfied with the picture quality of the camera. The very next day i went back to the showroom and asked for changed the camera.in place of that camera asked for new camera model eos 1500d. But they refused to take it back.
        I am writing this message as a dissatisfaction with the canon services and products. One thing more the seal of the product was already open and some pictures of the sales executive akshay pandits was stored in it which i delete them later.
        I hope u solve my problem in buying new model otherwise u may loose a customer.in future i will not buy any canon product.

          Dear sir/madam
          I want to complaint regarding my new canon pixma g 3010 inktank printer which i purchased from asansol. The ink that i am using is from original bottles which came packed with the box and was installed by the service personnel at the time of installation. After working hard with colour setting i finally found the correct settings to ensure that whatever i see on the monitor is printed out. But two things about photos are extremely annoying.
          1) the pizza cutter marks by the roller which never was visible when i used hp ink advantage printer.
          2) the most important one... The photo that i print initially looks good but when i place it in the open, within 7 days it starts becoming green and lighter. The original colour gradually fades and slowly the whole photo turns green.
          Its truly hopeless. Please take up this complain seriously and do the needful.

            I brought Canon G2000 Inkjet printer but as per your commitment your printer doesn't meet yet as I only printed normal documents between[protected] till date and refilled once and you say that we can print 6000 Black and 6000 Color.
            After talking and complaining many times the cartridge is replaced but my question is not answered that why the Ink tanks are empty before[protected] prints and I had to refill it at my cost, and the big issue in this model is that the printer needs cleaning maintenance frequently which consumes Ink resulting poor performance.
            Currently Printer is printing and having smudge problem and pattern check are not printing properly. On illustrating the issue your service engineer told me that the printer cartridge need to be change while at time of buying you call center representative told me that the printer comes with 1 year warranty and also if cartridge issue before 15000 prints that it will also be replaced even after the warranty period. So kindly provide me the solution, or replace it. Sorry to say but this is my worst experience ever regarding this model while my client is using the same model which I sold him and his printer performance is very good whereas I am not happy for this as it may have some manufacturing issue which your senior not able to solve and only try to escape from this situation. If my problem persists and not solved then I have boycott using the canon products and also suggest the same to my clients.
            Don't mine but other company like LG accepts the defect and tried solve the issue but when not solved then they replaced the defective product.

              My canon eos 200d is a new dslr recently purchased, after a month or two o[censored]se the viewfinder on my camera i found is kind of distorted when you see through it, the image is clear but the 9-points of af will display red light spots when we click the trigger button. Earlier the red spots were one spot in each of the 9 squares or points but now this appears like a smug as though the light is diffused in the viewfinder. Please advise.

                I purchased a printer scanner copier on 24th dec & it stopped working on 28th february, now the service centre involved is not replacing nor repairing, inspite of multiple calls & emails sent to their customer care department they are not oblieging, one person in their service centre names laxmi is saying that it will be replaced only in april as company is not releasing any new stock due to year ending, now as a result if this delay i have already purchased a new printer, now i want compensation for the new printer as well as the old printer which is with canon service centre asap, or else i will write a complain on twitter.

                  Last day i have taken a print unfortunately a paper had stuck in the printer so i removed the paper with hand and then i take print of a copy. And the copy was not printed properely. And the page was double printed and the ink was spreader all over the sheet. So please register my compliant and do nessiary things with regards to my compliant.

                    The customer service sucks for canon india. The guy who came to service my printer does not know to configure the printer for a laptop and he charged me a hefty service fee without even solving the problem. He is putting the blame on the other network devices. Whereas i called an outside guy to fix this through the printer in a few min. These service technicians at canon are not qualified enough to solve any problem. I again called them the second time them because my printer was not detecting the colour cartridge. The guy came and could not fix the problem. He was talking on the phone asking support from his team lead at the other end on the phone and after some 30 min of conversation, he could not fix the problem either. Why the hell do u even have a service team if you cannot hire a well qualified and trained technicians. They cannot come here and waste our time and charge us without fixing the problem. I wouldn't recommend any of the canon products. Your customer service really sucks.

                      I am unable to transfer my pictures to my laptop either by wire or by wifi, i have followed the procedure given in the user manual, but its not working. I have called the customer care several times but they do not give proper solution, if i ask them to help on the call, they will give you the salesperson number, who won't even answer your call. Then i called back the customer care, and asked to register a complain, they cut my call. This is the worst service i have ever experienced. The camera pictures and quality is excellent but what is the use, when you can't upload them. This is worst service given when we spend so much amount on the camera and the lenses.

                        Hello canon im an user of 6d mark 2.. Elite club offered me mebership with compementary package which was announced before nearly 2 and half months.. But till now i didi not received any product except the membership card.. Please provide that package as early as possible.. Its not the correct way u are going.. Ltd. had purchased Canon Pixma multifunction printer model 2313C018 vide serial no KLLD27587, from Chennai Six months back and brought to Port Blair for hospital work.The Scanner of the multifunction printer, is not functional. While scanning the document, half portion of the document page is scanning in full black condition.We need to repair the said printer as early as possible....

                              I have purchased canon 6d mark ii[protected] serial number and registered on same day.
                              By mistake i have entered a wrong registration name and i was unable to change the name and de-register the product as there was no option to do so.

                              So, i called your customer support and told that i am unable to change the wrong registration name. They told me that we will change the name from our end and revert back to you within 24hours. The 24 hour never came, i have called the customer service hundred of times, everytime i got mail that your ticket has been generated but the problem did’t solve and no executive calls back.

                              I have purchased cannon 6d mark ii in last week of september but did’t received any free benefits till date, may be due to the problem that you haven’t solved of registration name. I am also having 3 more canon dslrs and several other canon equipment’s and expect canon service to be very good because it’s the only brand i prefer and recommend to others.

                              Kindly resolve my problems as soon as possible. I have recently tons of assurance over customer service call.

                                I purchased this machine in the month of february2017. Before the warrenty peroid due to the board problem the service provider corporate solutions thrissur representative take off the three boards by saying that they will send it to the banglore regional office. After three weeks they refitted the boards. But there after the performance of the machine was improper. Last month they changed the cable flat by chargig3200 rupees. But now the machine is not working. During every complaint some technicians are coming doing something no result. I have taken only nearly 14000 copies. I dont know what to do. Please help me. Please donot force me to go to the court

                                  I have used this for not more than a year and now i am getting an error having code 5b02. I contacted the local canon service center and was told that this issue can be resolved by just a software resetting but will cost ₹2500 as i will require replacing the pcb of the printer.

                                  It was working properly and now i am getting this error suddenly. I did my research and found out that this is because of the counter built into the printer's firmware which has triggered the error. Canon should not try to loot their customers.

                                  I am sure the service center personnel is trying to cheat me. There has to be some transparency regarding the service charges and cost of repair of various problems that arise. Canon india should provide a detailed list of repair costs and replace parts price.

                                  The error which i am facing now indicates that ink absorber is full and needs to be replaced. Upon inspecting i found out that it is not completely full and can still absorb more waste ink. And yes i am a pro user. I am well aware of the way this printer works and that why error code was displayed in the first place.

                                  The cost of this new printer is approx. ₹3, 500 and pcb replacement costs ₹2, 500 which doesn't seem right.
                                  Cost of both color and black ink cartridge when combined is more than ₹2, 500 which if added to cost of pcb goes above ₹5, 000.

                                  As a fair resolution to this problem, i want canon to take only service charges and repair my printer as replacement of pcb wouldn't be required if canon didn't put such counting mechanism which restricts complete usage of the device even the scanner.
