Printer not printing color printout, as i complaint before yours eng. Say by deep cleaning printout comes. After tow days same problem exists, by deep cleaning again (While color print out not coming).

Blue color print out not coming.

Light rotating up and down.

By system cleaning y color ink level goes much down to an end. It uses lots of ink.

    It's truly disappointing that in a huge city like mumbai there is only one authorized service centre of canon which is in andheri. My dslr (Canon 700d) had some mechanical issues for which i gave my camera for repair on 13th august, 2018. And till now the camera is still in the service centre.

    I am also highly disappointed as there is no way to contact the andheri canon except using the toll free number. After you contact using the toll free number they say that canon andheri will contact you in next 24 hours. πŸ™„

    Secondly, they said that the camera will be repaired within a week. But after 15 days they said that the camera parts are not available so you have to wait till 5th september. Today, i called them using the toll number and they replied that you have to contact again after 2 days and the second engineer has been assigned. πŸ˜πŸ˜’

    It's almost a month now, & as i am a photographer, each and every day is very important for me. If an authorized service centre of a reputed company like canon can't process the work smoothly and fast, then it's better that i get my dslr back.

    Yesterday i.e on 13 September 2018 I bought a Canon pixma E470 from Vijay sales outlet (chembur, Mumbai).The printer is not pulling the paper inside or it is getting stuck in between.
    Kindly resolve this issue as Soon as possible.

      A complaint (Service call no ; csp20180820/1007742) was logged for the "all in one canon mf246dn" serial no : wpz11073 on 20.08.2018. This printer was purchased recently and the same is under warranty.

      But till date, none of your engineers have attended the complaint (Not even called nor visited the site). We have called the helpline numbers and the agency many times but they are not responding.

      As per your representative, the complaint was supposed to be attended within 38 hrs from the date of logging the complaint, but even the lapse of 14 days, this complaint has not been attended and this shows that how bad the services are being provided to the customers.

      We are totally unsatisfied with the services of canon.

        I already visited service centre near to me in sahid nagar but their not helping hand to provide service as we required. They are playing with us actually they don' t know how to serve. From 5 days i am calling again and again but their not responding cutting call like don't have value in my call is that the way to deal with customers. Kindly resolve my issue.

          Hello sir,

          This complaint is regarding the canon 1300d camera, which i bought less than a 6 months ago.

          There was a power problem in the camera noticed, so i took it my nearest canon service center in moradabad. The people at the center informed that they are just a collection center and your camera will go to lucknow service center for repair, therefore i submitted my camera and it took more than a week to hear back from them and that too when i called them to enquire.

          Now the report from lucknow service (Hitech care) came that there is no defect in the camera, and it is working fine. Hence, it was delivered back to me but when i received it the camera was still not working as it will not switch on.

          So, i called up at lucknow service center to discuss about the feedback they provided that camera is working fine, but the problem still persisted.
          Now, the lucknow service center representative suggests me to go to delhi service center as it is india's master service center and show the same problem there.

          Now, taking my day off, i travel to delhi service center and let them know the whole issue and they assure me that camera will be repaired in near one week of time under warranty and we will call you back once done.

          After two days, i receive a phone call that there is water lock problem in your camera and you will be charged 1905 inr to get it repaired. I disagreed with them as there has been no exposure of water from my side to the camera.
          But even upon my disagreement they went ahead and gave the internal clearance that customer agreed to get it repaired under non warranty and ready to pay the asked amount.

          And above that lucknow service center guys gave the report as camera is working, it means they never checked it and gave the report or they have done something wrong to the camera and suggested me to go the delhi branch.

          I made a multiple calls to canon customer service executive, but they are not ready to understand instead they say you have to pay the said amount and then only get the camera back.

          Now my question is if the waterlock problem was there in the camera then how on earth the lucknow service folks gave a report that it has been working fine, because the camera was not working neither before submitting to lucknow service center nor after it was delivered back to me with a positive report.

          This is totally unacceptable and very disappointing too from a big company like canon that they are not ready do the inquiry internally instead wrongly charge their customers.

          I request you to please look into the matter and have this sort out so that i can start using my camera as my daily work is getting effected without camera.

          I believe this amount is being incorrectly charged from me.

            Canon printer is not working properly and it is bad working after 6 month. They are provided service warranty for 1 year but they are not provide good engineer for resolve the problem. All time money making people send to visit and check printer and they always say sir printing head is not working properly please change if head issue is big problem then why canon sales the ink printer canon pixima g2000, i dont understand the problem is created within three days in week. That product is so embarrassing. Today is my opinion not buy this product.

              Kendriya vidyalaya ara has purchased canon image runner 2004n model photocopier cum printer. When we press the copy button on the photocopier or give command for printing the image runner 2004n model photocopier cum printer creates very bed sound during picking paper for printing. Also, many a times when we give commands from pc to print it takes too much time to print.

                Dear sir

                I purchased a printer machine in the name of mr. Amit kumar singh, with the serial no.:- kkfg02370, model no:- g3000 with a great expectation of world no 1 product i. E canon, the largest trouble free product of india. But canon failed to prove that. Being severe disappointment i would like to inform you that your after sales service is not satisfactory.
                I purchase your product from an authorized sales dealer. Couple of weeks before i had a problem from that device and called for service, but painfully i write to inform you that the above product which must be repaired within 24 hrs. As per your customer care commitment, none of your representative neither visited nor bothered to ask for the same. Now i became tensed as the copier is required to be repaired immediately and secondly according to your ranchi dealer, you supply china made products which has no guarantee & warranty.

                If this is so, why you make fool to your customers?

                However, i am seeking your best suggestion in this regard in return mail.

                  I have a inktank printer mp 287. I had given it to durgapur canon service centre for rectifying error code e04 fault. Not only they are unable to rectify it but they return my printer in worst condition they have put my external ink tank above the printer and all the ink get leaked inside. Your service personnel do not have the basic knowledge that ink tanks should not be placed over the printer this is the class of service you provide and compelling your customer to change the brand.

                    I have brought a canon pixma e560 printer and it suddenly stoped working. Cannon serivce center said that it is due to the board issue and they replaced it and solved the issue. Just after one month it again stoped and cannon service center told that it is due to the power adapter issue and they replaced it. After after few days again the printer stoped working and the service center told that it is due to the part failure printer gear and they will replace it in one week.
                    I am using this printer only for 10 prints per month and the machine is getting failed everytime. I have informed the service center to replace it before the warranty period expires. But they are refused to do that. Now i have only 1 month or two remaining to expire the warranty period. If the printer is failing like this very often, i am sure i have to spend a lot for this.

                      Canon printer M-244DW was purchased on[protected] vide Bill number 195 from Narang Computers Hanumangarh junction. It is request that this printer has been issued approximate 1600 pages but after refiling print is so dull. we checked it at local level technician told us to replace the drum. we are doubtful that the aforesaid problem may be not. Please look into the matter and resolve the problem at your level as soon as possible.

                      I have purchased cannon printing machine. I am facing the printing alignment issues, paper jamming issues regularly. I have been calling their executives from last 4 months. But nothing happening. I am really frustrated using Cannon product.

                        The printer was purchased vide shree jee enterprises inv gst/sje/1278 dated[protected] bearing 1 year warranty.

                        The printer is out of service since 2-jul-18 and the complaint was lodged with customer support.

                        They have not attended the printer on the pretext that warranty of the printer has been made void for the reason refill crtridge used.

                        No such condition mentioned in the printer manul or invoice or printer packing or printer itself and therefore imposing any such condition post purchase of product after 6 months is illegal, unfair and void.

                        My printer should be repired under warranty and should be paid for consequential loss.

                          I have purchased canon pixma mg2570 inkjet printer in 2016 it worked well for 5 to 6 months and after that the scanner is not working if i tried to scan a document.                               I have 5d sr. In my camera there is a problem that the error occurs while inserting cf card.Therefor i was go to service center in ahmedabad.Then they return my camera after service but same problem occurs again and again.So i am requesting you to solve my problem and provide better service to us.Otherwise please change my camera and provide new camera with no error to us.I hope that my request to better service or change camera will be accepted soon and i will get it's solution quickly.

                                My Canon Powershot A590 IS is working fine however the battery case and cap has been damaged sometime back. I visited the service centre and spare part of this was not available. May I request you to help me on this as I dont want to discard this camera. I have added photographs for your reference.                                   Android Mobile smart phone is not supported to print directly, without help of PC/Laptop the third party in canon printer.

                                  Where as in HP printers are supported directly smart Android phone through the App 'HP Plug in Service.' from Play store without help of PC or any the third party. And print easily.

                                  Matter may be solve at early regarding print directly from Android mobile phone in canon printers Plug in Service.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that Chandrasekar Jaganathan is selling duplicate cartridges in Canon original boxes in the states of Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala and Puducherry in the name of Print Care Solutions (GST No.34BHWPV7522C1ZX).

                                  He is also selling fake cartridges for Samsung and HP make cartridges as well.
                                  Ours is a well known Charitable Institution catering service to all, irrespective of caste and creed. The administration is the main source of service we are finding difficult now with our Canon printer. We request you rectify our scanning, xerox and mobile printing problem.
                                  Last month I have purchase a CANON printer. But, Multiple time print is not clear as many dots are shown on pics.

                                    I was gifted a Canon Printer Model MX 475 in June 2018. Made a few prints and it has stopped working . Your rep M/s Vidhan Infosel, Sahakarnagar Bengaluru informs me that it cannot be repaired in Bengaluru because a sensor for feeding paper, has got damaged ( after 10 prints), and spare is not available in India . Unfortunate experience with my first Canon Printer. Now I would have to Purchase a new HP.

                                        Bought canon mf 249 printer S/N: WPP03781 but now there is bulging issue coming at the top of the paper while copying and printing. had raised complaint having ID: CSP/20180528/896105 . They hanged me for a month for the resolution but at the last told me that its a Normal phenomenon with the same model throughout. I just can't believe such clumsy quality output from such a brand. I still do not believe their feedback as the brand is compromising with the quality.Please look and reconfirm with me.
