I have purchased Canon iX4000, 2 yr back. it was working properly since december 2008 till september 2010.
but all of sudden the Printer Head got corrupt and it started giving incomplete prints.
i immediately approached to Compro Computer, Nehru Place, where i got it serviced for Rs 331/- and they told me to change the Printer head for additional Rs 3600/-. it took 7 days to them to arrange the Printer head and substituted on my printer but at last they gave me printer in proper working condition on 26th September2010.
Now after using the printer barely for 30 days the Printer head again got corrupt and it started giving me the same problem i faced a month back. when again showing and getting it serviced from Compro Computer for Rs 331/-. it on 09th Novemeber 2010. this time printer works for 14 days and today[protected] the same problem arising again.
Please do needful.

    I purchased a digital cam a110 IS from IIIrd eye, Banjara Hills Hyderabad on 15-09-10. It is under warranty for a period of 2 years. Recently It developed a snag and lens is not opening up. I took it to IIIRd eye for repair, but they first insisted that it is a case of mis handling, which is not the case.After insistence, they took it. on 21st with job no.4022, they told it will be done in 3 to 4 days. but everytime i am calling them, they are saying it is with company. they are not giving proper feedback. Please try to expedite the same. I purchased this during last devali for rs.10000/-, I wish it would be back by atleast this devali

      This office has purchased printer all-in-one model MX-328 on 15 Sep 2009. But the printer was repaired twice and even of that the same is not working properly. (Nature of repair-replacement of board). Still the fax is not funtioning with the machine. Being a govt office it is very essential to have a fax machine ready at any time. we need a repalcement at an earliest date.

        I had bought a D-SLR EOS1000D . The camera serial number is [protected]. I had bought this on the 23/6/10. I registered it on the canon site on 24/6/10(CIPL[protected]. I was told by Mr. Lalit at Joshi& sons in sector 18 Noida store that once I register, I will receive a free carry bag from the company which would be sent straight to my residence. Nothing seems to have arrived .Could you please confirm if the bag has been sent or not, or else please follow up with them and let me know. I tried calling but there was no help. I am planning to open a legal file for this. If anybody has any complaints regarding the same please leave your name and number as a reply

          My Canon 40D camera is just out of warrantee & at 9000 photos and the shutter has gone. Photo Digital World where I baught the camera say I was unlucky & they approached Canon to replace the shutter for me -free of charge. Canon refused & said it's not under guarantee. It's now going to cost me about R2000 to fix. This camera let me down whilst shooting a wedding. I have also baught a 5D II and I'm beginning to wonder if Canon is really all it claims to be! I just think their attitude ***** especially as this camera is still practically new - and I treat my equipment with great care. I have a good mind to go onto various camera sites and warn people about the Canon shutter problem and Canon's total disregard for customer service or customer relation. Guess what my next camera is NOT going to be. Now I understand why people pay more for NIKON - because they actually provide customer service to their customers!

            Dear sir,
            I purchased a canon lasershot LBP 3018 B printer on 02 December 2009 vide invoice no. 3985 ( I.T. PARIDISE, Bhilwara). Product sl. no. META 202178. Printer doesn't switch ON. Upon contacting authorised Dealer they asked to bring the printer to their showroom. Itook the printer to their show room two times in a month but problem remains sam. Now third time I took the printer at their showroom.Will it possible to change the printer with another new pc.

              I had purchased a printer through online shooping from indiatimes, still I am awaiting the delivery of the same, as its mentioned you delivered the product with in 7 days of ordering, that means i can expect the same will be delivered between thursday & friday as my date of purchase was 10th july 2010, order no[protected].

              I had spoken to your executive ( Ms.Monika ) as per her information the same will be delivered by next friday 23rd july 2010 which is 7 days beyond your mentioned delivery time.

              I think this is not a good process which you follow either you put the visible time limit in which you can delivered the product or leave it blank.

              Waiting for a positive & prompt response from your end.

                  No Response from the Branded People....
                  Ours is a 3star Hotel in Indiranagar, we have a canon printer Image class MF4350d, which prints the page totally black, we lodged a complaint to the toll free number [protected]. we have recieved a complant number 201112. on 13th of April 2010. they gave us their Technical teams tel # [protected], one Narasimha Shasthri, when called him he inturn gave another number, his engineer, Sabir- cell# [protected], who said the complaint is due to a two pin cable, so adviced us to change this to a three pin cable,. (never understood the logic). but we changed ,. but the problem remained the same.. today when we called Mr. Narasimha shastri, he never picked the phone,. so called his engineer sabir, he disconnected the phone,.doesn't want to listen.. so again called the toll free,.. so one Sandip picks the phone, when told him about the complaint, he said to call tomorrow, so when i got a little hard on him and asked him to escalate the call to his superviser, he placed me on hold and got back saying, please call this # he is our manager,. one Baiju Nambiar and the number is [protected], and cut the phone immediately, no curtsy,. ok i understand how the call center guys behave... so tried calling this number... it says this number doesnot exist.... So..CANNON PRINTERS now You tell me what should i do... this machine which is under warranty, just brought two months ago..... My BP is rising... and you are responsible for this...

                  This is for your kind information that I have purchase a Canon Printer All in One 287 (S/No. LSVB49012) with install CISS KIT INK from IT Bazar, Nachan Road, Benachity, Durgapur – 13 Invoice No. ITB/DGP/2310/13-14 Dtd. 13/11/2013. But unfortunately it is totally out of order from 29th December 2013. I have lodged complain to CANON SERVICE STATION, Complain ID : [protected] on 2nd January 2014. After that your service provider in Durgapur (Mr. Malay Baran Sikdar) sent his engineer on 5th January 2014 at 2:30 PM, he noticed and declares that after one to two days after he will be solved my printer. Then he not come I continues phone to him Durgapur Service Provider no response it is very unfortunate.
                  After that I have call CANON SERVICE STATION and they provide a cell no. [protected] (Mr. Ahin Das, In-Charge of Canon in West Bengal), I call to him and he also be assure to me that my problem solve after one to two days but it totally false statement. I am very reluctantly writing to you that on 22nd January 2014 I continuously call to Mr. Ahin Das but he not responding me.
                  Atlast I have again complain lodge your Service Center (Miss Sonia) on 23rd January 2014 at 10:30 AM, she also take a complain ID : 853000. I am surprised how it is possible?
                  Hope I must get your soonest reply and kind consideration.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I had bought a DC 320 Camera from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd, 2, G.T.Road, (Kheya Ghat), Uttarpara, Hooghly, 712258 on 08/09/2008 by cash downpayment of Rs 7336.00 EMI of Rs 1834.00 in 8 instalments.(Finance Challan UPFCH no-007 dtd 08/09/2008and MR No - UP/CMR000565/08-09 and UP/CMR000547/08-09).

                    The said loan was cleared in the month of May 2009.

                    But I have not yet recieved a loan clearance cretificate.

                    Problem had arisen when I had applied for a personal Loan from UCO bank, Bally.

                    I was informed that the CIBIL report showed that I still have 2 outstanding loans with Bajaj Auto Finance. This caused problems in getting the personal loan.

                    Meanwhile I have bought Godrej Refrigerator (GFE25BY) through finance by cash downpayment of Rs 6335 on 10/10/2009. The EMI is Rs 1167 for 7 months.(Finance Challan no- UPFCH no-358 and MR no-UP/CMR/2542/09-10.
                    Kindly issue me a clearance certificate as per statutory provision laid down by the RBI, Govt of India and do the needful to make necessary rectification in the CIBIL Data.
                    This is urgent and may kindly be taken care of without any delay.

                      The optical unit of my canon Digital Camera power shot A460 recently got defective just after warranty period of 2 years. The repair cost of the same is Rs 1868.00 by the camera service centre. They will replace the defective parts but will not give any warranty for the replaced parts. Only 1 month service warranty i.e labour charge will be free for 1 month. If after paying Rs 1868.00the replaced parts again fails in day or two the company will not be responsible . Can a brand like canon refuse to give any warranty for the spare parts when the same is covered during the warranty period of the camera.
                      What is the average life of a Digital camera.? What is the meaning of Brand?

                        sir mera canon printer pixma 145 hai. mere printer main eror code aa rahi thi e 2,4 uske bad main dealer ko dikhaya to unhone replace losie board ke complain batye thi jiska mere pass[protected] ka bill bhi hai. jiska no. 5281 hai unke kahne per maine printer sahi karavaya bhi thajiska price maine 1200 rupes diya . but 1.5 month main fir wahi problem aa rahi hai . jiska eror code e-2,4 hai . uske bad maine apne printer ko canon service center per dekhaya to unhone fir kaha ki scan unit ke problem hai 800-900 rupees lagange .

                          i baught a canon sd630 camera 3 yrs back, one day camera suddenly stopped switching on. i went to the canon service centre in dehradun. one week later i got a call that it will take abt Rs6000 to repair the camera. on enquiry i found that camera never went to the auth service centre and was repaired locally. now my camera is switching on but with all the display showing only green colors. i hold canon india fully responsible for damaging my camera to such an extend that i can buy a new camera in the amt i am being asked to get this camera repaired.

                            In Jan, 2010 i got a E18 lens error problem in my camera.
                            So, i took it to a canon authorized service center.
                            Karan Photo Electronics situated in Fort, CST, Mumbai.

                            For last 2 months i visited many a times as they informed me that camera is repaired.
                            But, every time i found it be not repaired.
                            What do I do now?
                            Also,
                            Is this Karan Photo Electronics is really a authorized service center?
                            If yes.
                            Is this the quality of service we are getting from canon service center?

                            May I know how can I get my camera asap?
                            If not.
                            Who is then responsible for that?

                            I hope my issue will be taken seriously and resolved asap?
                            I really had my worst experience of my life.

                              i purchassed this printer on15dec2009 and it will stopped work on 27 dec 2009, i complain for that dealer ,he answer me that you have to changed cartige and it will routin problem of that printer machine in this brand;proper sollution for that we are agree for that he take machine by their helper,after three months pass ,he says it will not possible toepair or change ;;do as per your ability;

                                After lots of hesitation, and discussion with SMARTSHOPPERS sales person Ms. Sonam and Ms. Haima and upon receiving the confirmation that product is in stock, I order for Tokina 11-16/2.8 Lens for my Canon Mount system. Even while I was paying online, I asked them to confirm the availability and they confirmed that product is available in stock and on this final assusrance I paid them on 8-3-2010.

                                Later I got a call from their Order Processing Department on 9-3-2010 stating that they are shipping the lens by Thursday[protected] and on the basis of all these assusrances, I picked up a photoshoot project and when I called up on Friday to check the status of shipment, they told that product is not in stock and because of this I lost a project costing Rs. 1,00,000/-.

                                I suggest all the others that do not fall in trap of such online shops.

                                  Hi All, My suggestion...dont buy the Canon MP258 printer.

                                  i purchased the printer a month back, and its already giving problems, turns off by itself...

                                  Call center service sucks big time. And the service technicain who turned up after 5 days..said they need to replace the system board...

                                  I am now stuck with a defective printer.

                                    I was returning from Delhi to Kolkata with my Family on 22.02.10 by SG 607 (Dept time- 8.05 PM).I had four luggage, two of them are locked & two of them are unlocked which i supposed to be locked at the Xray machine by the Airport authority. I had put my Digital Cannon camera on one of the unlocked baggage.
                                    After returning home i found may camera not in the baggage & the two unlocked bagge are not locked.The camera has memories of all the travelleing in the recent past few months.

                                    When we are travelling from Kolkata to Delhi Airport all the unlocked baggage are locked in front o[censored]s at the xray machine, but the same is not happened at the delhi Airport. The Spice Jet Authority at the Delhi Airport told us that baggage will Automatically Xray while put on the belt.

                                    Whom to complain, Delhi Airport , Kolkata Airport or Spice Jet?

                                      hi i m vinay bansal... and i buy a canon scanner pixma mp140 series from "Digitek cmputers pvt. ltd.c-6/yamuna vihar,delhi-110053(india)"i went there for buy a hp scaner but they told me that u should buy a canon scanner instead of hp because the canon is providing u the on sight warrenty thats why i took the canon ...after 4 days i face problem in the canon scanner ...after that i called the service center then they told me that there is no on sight warrenty then i tallk with the shop from where i purchased it they r lying.....i m very disappointed from this bad manners .....

                                      kindly take the immediate action for this
                                      and please help me out....

                                        I HAVE MF 4150 PRINTER FROM THE 1ST DAY I HAVE COMPLANT THAT YOUR PRINTER DOESNT WORK AND THEY ALWAYS SAYS THAT I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND I ALSO HAVE THEIR SIGNATURE WITH THAT COMPLANT OF THE LOCAL DEALER SODHI ENTERPRISES, SRI GANGANAGAR AND ALSO FROM JAIPUR THEY BROUGHT MY PRINTER TO JAIPUR AND THE VERY FIRST DAY THE SAME COMPLANT THAT AND THE JAIPUR PERSON SAID IF THT COMPLAINT AGAIN PRESIST THEN I CHANGE YOUR PRINTER BUT THEY DIDN'T DO THAT AND AT LAST I WENT TO CONSUMER COURT. SO I MUST SAY CANON COMPANY HAVE NO WORD TO GO ON SO I CAN SAY THE SERVICE PERSONS HAVE 3RD CLASS WORKING
