I purchased an ecopy software on 22nd DEC and was told of 5-7 days delivery. It has not even been shipped on 30th DEC. I havebeen trying to reach the customer service for few days now. But no response at all. Pathetic service. If you can't send the product on time, just cancel the order and refund the money. Then doing fraud by keeping a customer care phone number where there is no assistance. Order # 10009743 from imagestore.co.in.

      I bought a Canon PIXMA e560 with FINE tech. They claim that ink model number PG89 should print around 800 pages, whereas it prints only 250-300 Black and White pages. And to my nightmares Color ink Is automatically consumed without giving any color print.         Dear All, I have a concern regarding my camera repairing, please refer details for the my case ID, and give the proper solution, what can I do except waiting. Repair order No. CD[protected] Product: Canon EOS 1200D & Lens 18-55 mm Case ID: 724368 & 727419 Case history: 9th Sep'15: Given to service center (Printech Multisoultions, Nagpur, India) 14th Sep'15: Got a SMS "... Is repaired and out of office will get back to you on the delivery schedule" 21th Sep'15: Called Indian customer care[protected] for status, said "your product has been delivered to your service center, i.e. Nagpur service center please pick up your camera" 21th Sep'15: Called to service center to Mr. Shazad Akhtar (+91-[protected]) about the product he told " it is not delivered to my service center" 21th Sep'15: Called to customer care[protected], said "will be get back to you very soon" (but I didn’t get any revert call). 25th Sep'15: Called to service center to Nagpur (+91-[protected]) said the same thing that product is not delivered to their point. 25th Sep'15: called to customer care[protected], said that they will make a call in next day with all information. (but I didn’t get any revert call). 1st Oct'15: Called to both customer care & service center both answer were same as before. 2nd mailed to [protected]@canon.co.in & [protected]@dc.canon.com.sg, got a revert mail from Singapore only that the case will be handled by Indian customer care, case ID: 724368. 2nd Oct'15: Got an email from Naveen Kumar (CIPL Customer support) for apologize. 3rd Oct' 15: First time I got a call from canon, from +[protected], regarding my product delivery, that product already delivered to Nagpur service center, again she told me that it already delivered to Nagpur 15 days back !! 3rd Oct'15: Again she confirmed from service center and told that it will delivered to me with in 2-3 days. 3rd Oct'15: Got a mail from Palak Bhatnagar that Mr. Shankar Iyer will contact me shortly, 3rd Oct'15: Got a mail from Rahul Chauhan, that customer care will contact me shortly. But I didn’t get any call from Mr. Shankar Iyer nor any customer care executive regarding my camera. 15/10/15 @ 16:30: Call: Indian Customer care: Ritika said "Product is delivered to service center" and no other information was not available with her. 15/10/15 @17:00 : Called to Shankar Iyer: 19th Oct: Get an reply from Mr. Shankar Iyer that the concern raised by me on 06/10/2015 has now closed as per "Closure complaint EX/2015/Oct/15762". 19th Oct: Called to Mr. Shankar Iyer: He said that the mail is automatic reply & camera is with courier. Further information will be provided tomorrow. 23rd Oct: called to Mr. Shankar Iyer "It is with courier will be intimated to you shortly". 26th Oct: Called to Nagpur service center same reply. 05th Nov: Called to Nagpur service center same reply. The main resolution is that after getting confirmation of repairing on 14th September (2 MONTHS BACK) still camera is not with me or service center after continuous follow up in all aspects !! Now what can I do for getting my camera back ?

        Not done anything ! Canon lost my camera and I didn't get anything.

        heating of battery while HD recording from the first day of purchase

        over heating of battery during hd recording for a short duration of min 5 minutes .Less battery backup than the retailer said

          I was happy customer of canon from last 2 years. But now not. I am just facing some problem in my printer and i requested a complaint on 30th Oct. But after 5 days i am still waiting for your engineer. I just want to escalate Jaipur service center. They are not so much responsible they are not giving proper responses to customer. I have already made more than 50 calls to them but still i am suffering. Its not a good customer experience. Please try to maintain people faith on canon. Regards, A unsatisfied customer

            I have bought a Canon Pixma MG3570 All In One Inkjet Wireless printer on 18th Oct 2015. I called Canon customer service on 23rd Oct 2015 for installation (Ticket # 1356944). I was promised that a service executive will visit my place for installation within 48 hours. However no one visited for installation till 28th Oct. On that day a service engineer visited during office hours and without calling us, when no one was available at home. Since then I have been called 6 times without anyone visiting. The issue has been escalated by the customer service team internally as well. However still no effect. Today, 31st Oct, I spoke to a supervisor for customer service team as well (Vipin) asking for a visit to be arranged today as tomorrow is a Sunday and next week again I'll be having office. However, it was of no use. I am extremely dissapointed as a customer. I had taken the printer hearing that Canon has great customer service however that does not seem to be the case. a simple installation cannot take this long..period. I shall probably never buy a Canon product ever again in my life!

              Dear Sir, Being aggrieved and severe disappointment with qualified dishearten, I Sri Dipak Kumar Laya, would like to disclose my discontentment regarding purchase of a defective Canon IR2520 Copier Machine. It will purchase by me with a great expectation of world no 1 Product i.e Canon the Largest Trouble Free Product of India. But Canon failed to prove that. I purchase that product on[protected] looking for big prospect from the authorized Sales Partner of Canon (Lalani Infotech, Kolkata). After using 3 months from the date of purchase I have problem in hazy print from that device. At that time I call for service to Lalani Infotech. They serviced with owing their good faith. Painfully I write to inform you that the above product which repaired and made servicing with a interval of 7/8 months since purchasing is now faced the same problem; now I became tensed as the Copier is required to be repaired immediately and secondly, the guarantee period has already expired. The above two service procedure has done within the guarantee period. Now at the 3rd time when my Copier is malfunctioning beyond the guarantee period. My, conscience has been hurt since the malfunction occured after 8 months of purchase of the same. I became astonished, such a reputed Company like Canon did not satisfy me at all. Now I called a Service Engineer on[protected] from Lalani Infotech for my problem. After checking the same he told me that the IP Board of that Copier still damaged. I didn’t know how and why it will damaged. He also told me that it must be changed for working properly the device. However, I am seeking your best suggestion in this regard in return mail.                 Recently i had purchased two cartridges numbers 830 and 831 from Bandra retailer. On trying to use I found them to be faulty. So t found out from your web site the customer complaint center to be at Jogeshwari.. So i travelled from Bandra to Jogeshwari to lodge the complaint which was registered. However I was told that I should bring the printer along when the cartridge is received. So after two weeks I took the printer along but on checking it was reported that the coloured number 831 is also faulty. So the complaint was registerd for replacement. Now it is a month since my printer is not functional. I am 75 years old and imagine travelling all the way from bandra with a service complaint multiple times for a simple cartridge. I would have opted for a new printer instead of spending travel time. With the cost of cartridge and travel cost it would have been economical for me to buy a new printer of another make since canon does not believe in good service. The complaint numbers are G4933 and JE65419

                I have been using ip1880 printer for some time now and have been purchasing cartridges 830 and 831 .
                I purchased 2 cartridges on 26/08/2015 from a vendor in Bandra valued at Rs2345/- and when i tried to use 830 showed error.. and printer did not function . So on 07/09/2015 I went to Jogeshwari canon service center and showed the cartridge who took my complaint Number G 4933 with a direction that i must bring the printer along for collecting the same after receipt of replacement. Accordingly on 20/09/2015 I took the printer it was found that the colour cartridge 831 showed an error and service person took the complaint number JE 65419 for replacement . I requested that on receipt of the cartridge he should make delivery as the frequent travel for replacement is very tedious specially i being a senior citizen 75 years of age. I had to make several calls for any action in this regard and i am still unsure if the printer will function. I sincerely find your service center has to be better equipped to take remedial measures for simple complaints such as this. You can be sure that if these problems are not addressed properly you will loose customers permanently. Lawrence Braggs

                  Im purchased canon printer just 1 year, purchsed from lulumall edapally, cochin, but now not working properly, canon technition cheked the printer found PCB defective.. service centre saying need to be change pcb, Pcb cost morethan 2000/- this model printer new one only 4500/- only.. thatsway I need proper action about my printer.. otherwise I will go legaly..

                    Company"s dealer on behalf of have promised me 6 month warranty of the printer MP 287 but after around 100 days the company is refusing to work under warranty instead they are asking me to pay Rs 1600 for a cartridge replacement. I felt cheated by CANON as per their promise they have to provide me with right cartridge.

                      I bought Canon Camera 1200D W/18-55 & 55-250 Model No :[protected], Body Serial Number : [protected], Invoice Number : [protected] on Date 12 May 2015 from Amazon.in with Bill Invoice Number : KA-BLRS[protected] .With only nominal use of camera for 2 months there is serious problem of getting corrupted images even after taking all necessary and relevant care while using the camera.This is not expected from a camera with the status of Canon 1200 D.The camera also has not been used very much and is still under 2nd year warranty.Its a great disappointment to face such a issue.Please look into this matter and would expect to get the camera done proper from Canon as soon as possible under warranty. I have registered a complaint on dated 23.08.2015 on call centre. But till now no response from the company. Before buying the product we heard that the after sales service of Canon is better than the other competitors but we are getting no response.                                 My canon pixma mg2570 printer is working very bad.when I copy with black ink the words is not come lines come on page
                                Lesson learned (again): You get what you pay for. For anyone considering the purchase of a Canon Pixma MG3520 "student printer" : first, set fire to $40, then go buy a real printer and you'll be at the same place I am now, only faster and with less aggravation.

                                Last July I bought a Canon Pixma MG3520. It was advertised as a 'student printer', and since I'm semi-retired and no longer need anything other than a basic printer for occasional printing, I thought it was a great deal. It was inexpensive, my total purchase including tax was $41.15, and I thought it was a great deal. This past summer I had to buy a ream of copy of paper after finally using up the last of the paper I already had when I purchased the printer (about 250-300 pages), and I had to replace the black ink cartridge. By my estimate, this printer lasted for about 500 pages--it still has the original color ink cartridge, as I rarely print color. Today, in spite of having ample paper in it, and the paper being properly loaded, it stopped printing with the 'out of paper' message. I've completed all the suggested trouble-shooting, twice, and...nothing. While Canon may think my time is not worth anything, I do, so I'm done messing with this printer. While I've always been pleased with the quality of the printing, after this experience I will not buy another Canon product. Canon should be selling this printer as a child's toy, because that is all it really is.

                                  Dear sir A high end printer bought a couple of months ago failed to deliver and pathetic and despicable service personnel are perpetually harassing. The intervention of the service chief of canon India couldn't solve the problems. Today the printer couldn't be turned ON and this happened immediately after the visit of the engineer. This shows that there is something seriously wrong with the device but CANON INDIA is indifferent because it has sold the defective product and earned profits and now the customer's predicament is of no concern to this company.                                     Our office has a Canon 9100cdn colour laser printer. The printer is still under warranty. During the last service visit, the official Canon serviceman broke the front cover of the printer. When we lodged a complaint with canon, they initially refused to accept. A ticket no was then issued on the 8th of August with a promise of call back in 48 hours. Nothing happened and we lodged another complaint regarding the same issue on 13th of August. The promise of a 48 hour call was flouted once more. Since the 15th of August, I have been calling Canon on EVERY working day, to which I am told that I shall get a call in 2 hours/ 3 hours or whatever suits the service centre's whims, since there is no response ever. It is the same iterative process with the Canon People sweet-talking and telling us they will call back (not even send a service person), and then not talking. This is the way this MNC operates its WARRANTY in the country for products costing Lakhs of Rupees. I have mostly spoken to Akash Thakare who is a Process Associate, he transferred my harrowed calls to his "senior" Rahul Gupta, who is a management trainee. Thereafter I have spoken to the regional head Mr. Rajesh Sawhney to no effect. Mr. Rahul Gupta (+91 [protected]), and Mr. Rajesh Sawhney (+91 [protected]), Regional head Canon, are conveniently complacent to my information to them regarding complaints on the consumer forum. It is clear that Canon India is a leading brand that believes in harrowing customers on the warranty for after sales services.
