hi i m vinay bansal... and i buy a canon scanner pixma mp140 series from "Digitek cmputers pvt. ltd.c-6/yamuna vihar,delhi-110053(india)"i went there for buy a hp scaner but they told me that u should buy a canon scanner instead of hp because the canon is providing u the on sight warrenty thats why i took the canon ...after 4 days i face problem in the canon scanner ...after that i called the service center then they told me that there is no on sight warrenty then i tallk with the shop from where i purchased it they r lying.....i m very disappointed from this bad manners .....

kindly take the immediate action for this
and please help me out....

    I HAVE MF 4150 PRINTER FROM THE 1ST DAY I HAVE COMPLANT THAT YOUR PRINTER DOESNT WORK AND THEY ALWAYS SAYS THAT I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND I ALSO HAVE THEIR SIGNATURE WITH THAT COMPLANT OF THE LOCAL DEALER SODHI ENTERPRISES, SRI GANGANAGAR AND ALSO FROM JAIPUR THEY BROUGHT MY PRINTER TO JAIPUR AND THE VERY FIRST DAY THE SAME COMPLANT THAT AND THE JAIPUR PERSON SAID IF THT COMPLAINT AGAIN PRESIST THEN I CHANGE YOUR PRINTER BUT THEY DIDN'T DO THAT AND AT LAST I WENT TO CONSUMER COURT. SO I MUST SAY CANON COMPANY HAVE NO WORD TO GO ON SO I CAN SAY THE SERVICE PERSONS HAVE 3RD CLASS WORKING

      I bought Canon powershotsx120iscameras.no.[protected] through invoice no. 3974Dt:8.10.2009 from raj isomac system pvt ltd jaipur rajasthan(Ph. no. [protected]) and as per the scratch card, i was offered a gift of either printing 100 photos or personalised desktop calender. I tried a lot to get access to the site canon.zoomin.com but all in vain. I could not upload the photos. Please help me in this regard. I cant understand that a big company like Canon can betray its customers so badly.

      i sent this complaint previously but i have not receive any solution yet

        With reference to above cited subject i want to draw your attention about problem with uploading my 100 photos to your above said site "canon.Zoomin.com".The said site is not opening.

        As there was an offer given by canon company thru scratch card at the time of purchasing the "canon digital ixus 95issil(K06)" on 05/10/09 dealer name : vijay sale, prabhadevi, mumbai.

        Please solve the problem immediately as the offer will be closed on 31/10/09 as per your card.Moreover pl. Tell me about what is desktop calender which is optional to avail.

It is totally misguiding the purchasers.
        I purchased today your A480 camera (Sr No [protected]). But unable to load the Instruction CD supplied with the camera into my computer. It says ' resolution inadequate'. What do I do??. Plz do not suggest to buy new computer!

        go to zoomin.com, make a new account. upload the photos and click on order photo prints. You can select 100 photos uploaded by you and select the size of 4 x 6 and cick of start checkout. Here you have to mention your coupon no., mentioned on the scratch card.

        your order against the scratch card is booked.

        I purchased the Cannon digital Camera IXUS 95IS on 26/10/2009, from Alfa bill no: C/449. I was given a Scratch card along with it which offerred free printing of 100 photos, however i have not been able to upload the photos as per the instructions given on the scratch card, either their is some problem in the procedure mentioned or probably we (the customer) are being, taken for a ride. I would request the company to kindly clarify on the same and make things more simple.

        Canon — WARRANTY

        I purchased canon LBP 3300 dated on 21/05/2012. Its 2 year onsite warranty. Now printer is repair they purchased new Cartridge than only repair printer At date of purchase they didn't say anything only told 2 year onsite warranty.Now pay for repair otherwise buy new cartridge.
        While I am printing the border line coming zigzag. The colour also fred, not natural, so sir, please solve my problem as early as possible. I will greatful to you thank you.

          For your kind information we had purchased a Canon Digicam 12 MP IXUS 960IS from Croma, Juhu branch on 15th October, 2009 vide invoice no.[protected]. The reason behind purchasing the same from Croma at higher rate rather purchasing the same at much lower rate from Alfa was because we trusted Croma for the quality & for the service that they will stand behind us in case of any issue with regards to the performance of the product. And it is not the first time we have purchased from croma rather our major products are purchased from croma & we were thinking of promoting croma in our business activity.

          The camera was not functioning properly from the day it was purchased but as we were traveling out of town, we immediately brought it to croma's knowledge as soon as we returned from the trip on 21st October, 2009. we could not click any photos because of the problem during the trip. But to our sheer surprise on contacting croma their Customer head – Mr.Anthony & Ms.Pushpa Singh - Manager Camera Division denied to take any responsibility for the same & to replace the model & on the contrary they blamed that we have dropped the camera down and were asked to contact the canon service center on our own & informed they dont have any role in this. On sending the complaint letter to the store Ms.Pushpa refused to even receive the same. We really didn’t expect this kind of gesture especially from croma – a TATA company which advertises in media for their best quality & service under one roof.

          You are kindly requested to look into the matter & get our model replaced or arrange to get refund of our money.

            I had purchased one Canon Digi cam Model No. SX 100 IS on Oct. 18, 2009 from Reliance Digital store, Vashi. Due to the rush in the store i couldn't verify every thing of camera at the time of purchase. Next day in the morning i saw that there was a dent and scratches below the lence of the camera. Immediately, i rushed to the Reliance store and registered my complaints. But the sad thing was that no staff was ready to register my complaints and they were motivating me to rush to Canon service centre. Since i had purchased it a day before so i was expecting for the replacement. Still my camera is with service centre. No one is responding properly.Suggest what to do????

              I purchased a Canon camcorder XHA1HD CANXA1HD 842AA911191B001 on 12/19/07

              I purchased a Canon Rebel DSi26071 in july of 2008.

              Both products were purchased for my academic research at Simon Fraser University where I am a prof.

              Despite very limited use, Neither items are still working and I am not at all happy with this situation.

              The Camcorder has a failed firewire port after have transfered no more than three tapes to my PC

              The Rebel worked for 6 months and then refused to take a further picture The famous error code 99 which is published in complaints all over the web was seemingly the problem. However I just tried the turn the camera on and it is now completely dead. The AH1 is in repair with one of your agents in Vancouver and will cost $8000 to repair. I would also like to get the rebel repaired especially since I bought a good lense for it.
              The value of both cameras is about $4000. Neither camera have had much use, both are now off warranty however I am requesting you help to get them fixed and would like you to Consider the following:
              I have been a dedicated Canon user since 1970 when I bought my first 35mm SLR. I am a Film and Video artist and I am also also faculty in one of Canada's leading university film programs. What we advise our student really makes a difference. Students leave and become experts in their field and as you know, everyone asks the advice of an "expert" We produce experts and we are inclose contact with other institutions who produce even more experts.

              As well, Our department purchase high end canon products for our students to use in class. Clearly this is to your companies benefit.

              I would like to suggest that you take this opportunity to help me repair my equipment and thereby re-en-state your companies good name in the educational market. We are a large network and I am hoping that we can use it for good by promoting Canon equipment as we have always done

                  i am the user of canon laser shot lbp-1210 printer since 2006. i am an advocate so i need printing in the legal size paper format but there is no option as such in the printer. i complaint it to the canon service centre of allahabad but instead of solving my problem they told me that u will charge rs.350/- for that. so it is a humble request that kindly get that option be made available to my computer by sending an engineer or give me some solution regarding that.

                  Even I did struggle to get my 1210 print legal size. But here is what I did.

                  Go to ControlPanel->Printers and Faxes.

                  If you are using XP, click File->ServerProperties.
                  If you are using Win7, first select the printer icon and then click PrintServerProperties on the top of the window.

                  Create New Form with legal dimensions and save it and close the window.

                  Then right click the printer and select printer properties then go to Forms tab. Click Change form and chose the form which u saved in the previous window.

                  Thats all u have to do.

                    From the time we have purchased this printer it is not supporting windows 64bit edition. we have made several complaints about this to the seller at Bangalore but he does not respond to this and worst is the service engineer in Bangalore keeps his mobile switched off. I am fedup of this issue and needs Cannon to take immediate steps to rectify this problem. Because it is a dead investment for last few months.

                    Yes, no 64 bit driver for such a higher model a3 printer shows the inability of the company in technology innovations. All workstations run wih 64 bit os and they only need a3 printer to print big size designs. Canon is not up to the mark in new technologies. Almost all the hp printers support 64 bit os.
                    Also after lot of complaints, canon is not taking any steps to provide 64 bit driver. Really canon is not capable of developing higher model printers. I think switching to HP is the option.

                      I have buy 1 Canon Pixma 3 in 1 Printer MP - 160.
                      with in 1 year cartidge becomes faulty and its showing failed.
                      Company Consultants are saying to buy new 2 cartidges worth Rs. 2200.
                      It is very Bad for me to buy new Cartidges.
                      If they want to solve my problem then I am ready to buy new printer in Exchange with my old printer.
                      My existing printer is totally new fresh and perfect pack.
                      Even 1 scrach is also not on printer.

                          With due respect i want to say that sir during lot of complants and i also have lot of job sheets but still the same that y i go to the consumer cort but that not got for all the canon members. i m using mf 4100 laser printer and his company member (Area Manager of Rajasthan Mr. Avinish) says that if the problem preists again i will change the printer but at last i will go to the cunsumer court thats the last step and i wanna say all the internet using boys, girls and professionals that never use cannon printer its really hetic. when i says him to change the printer he says that ur using that printer in commercial so we cant but when they use to cell that printer they never tell me and on their booklet its not mention that printer is non - commercial. and one more thing they say that always use original that wht i m doing i m using original cattrage. so you guys tell me wht goona happen with this deal... its only the way they make us fool...

                          I have same problem with canon Printer LBP 5050 within 30 min o[censored]se I face serious problem with Priner and I want it to be replaced but they told me its because of small setting now after 15 days Paper jam started when I complain they asked me to checked again Setting of Paper size I was using A4 size Paper but they want me to use setting as Legal Size I am printing more than 200 Pages different size paper per day from last two year but now they are telling me to use Legal size for A4 Paper. If problem ends with this setting than I will be very happy but I was laughing at myself because I was making wrong setting, anyway problem continues...

                          I just want to know we invest money on Product like Canon Printer but why we cant do anything to this company, I dont want my Printer to be replaced because I have good impression about HP & Epson but Canon Worst I will Forget my investment 21000/- (Which is Hard for me) I will choose HP or othe brand for My Printing Work.

                            I purchased a Lajser Bean printer LBP3250 on 4th of May 2009. From begining the printer was giving problems in printing as the text was misprinted on most of the pages as ink was not getting fixed and was getting removed while rubbing fingers on the printed sheet. I called the Indian customer care and a representative visted my site for the solution. At first he found a fault in a printer hardware and said he need to consult his Service Manager for replacement. He got me in touch with some service manager called Mr. Upender Kumar (in Bikaji Kama Palace, New Delhi, India) who argued terribly that this is a cartridge problem. He also argued that at 650 pages (which the printer configruation says that has been printed so far) the cartridge can run out. I argued that when it is listed on your website that the bundled cartridge can print 1000 pages how can the cartridge run out.? However to this he argued that it depends on the print area size. It is assumed that one can not print outside the A4 print area then how that kind of argument has any base.

                            Further I would like to add that to resolved this issue they insisted me to buy a new cartridge and then they will check the remaining "ink fixture" problems which seems to be a printer hardware fault as the cartridge can not run out before the 1000 pages as listed on the Cannon Website.

                            Printer comes with a 2 year on-site warranty.

                              I have purchased a canon A550 digital camera last year.within couple of months the quality of snaps reduced now I am getting blurred pics and video .Product is under warranty so I took it to Canon service centre kanpur .
                              I got my camera after 28 days in same condition saying that it's OK now.
                              I send it again to service centre .
                              This time it took 23 days but I was shocked when I found that nothing has been done in my camera.
                              What should I do now????????????????????????????
                              Send it again and wait for a month to get it in same condition or...

                              I agree. Canon service sucks. I wanted to buy the EOS 1D mk III and lenses. A total amount of more than the price of a mid-sized car. Now, this is a camera that has had really bad problems about auto-focus, and I still consider it. Sending several e-mail to Canon, I get no reply. NOTHING! NADA! I should think with a product like that, they should be kissing my feet, throwing in free printer and I don't know what, but I get no reply at all. NOTHING. ZERO.

                              i purchased my Canon A550 cam from Associate computers, Thirur on[protected] with a extend warranty upto[protected]. Now my cam is not norking becuase of battery leakage. so i sent this to Ernakulam office and they told its, lense, board and battery contacts has to be changed and it comes about 3754 rupees. and other complaitn noted while inserting memory card it shows memory card locked or error. I also told the complaints to the department. I told them to repair. then after repair i got it on[protected]after 2months). while checking, the memory error is still showing and zoom switch and display switch not working. so i again complaint this to Ernakulam office and they told me to send it again for service.

                              My question is the cam is under extented warranty period for upto 2010, then why they charged a huge amount from me. is it claimable.
                              This is with reference to the job order no:15151 (SX110 digital camera)
                              I have given my camera 3 weeks back for service in Riyadh, KSA.
                              saying AUTO Rotate is not working properly..
                              And also conformed with your person in Riyadh (auto rotate is not working properly, compared with other camera in your show room)

                              When I spoke to you Mr. Imran last week you told me that your technician had fixed some software settings and now its
                              Working fine, also u told me that you will dispatch the camera latest week itself

                              I wonder when I called your show room today in Riyadh saying my camera is not yet reached still after 3 weeks

                              Please if you can’t fix the problem kindly return my camera back
                              I been postponing my trip because of this small issue…. may as well I can use my camera without auto rotate feature

                                Hi All,
                                I bought a Cannon IXUS Digital Camera fromm Reliance Digital Vashi in the month of March this year. Couple of days back there was some problem in Camera's lens.. it failed to capture any picture. I thought Reliance Digital guys would help me out as the Camera was still in warranty period. I also had a Reliance Consumer card with me.. I showed it to them and asked them to take out my bill for the Camera that i bought in March. What i got in reply was absolutely Disgusting and insane. They told me that they did not have any Data older than 6 months, it got deleted by mistake. I couldn't believe my ears !! A retail shop of such a high reputation was saying that their Data had been deleted by mistake !! Though my consumer card also showed that i had bought a camera from them, but they were not ready to listen to anything. I never expected such kind of response from them. What can i do in such a situation.. can anyone help me out please !!

                                  i have purchased a canon camera (a 590 is) on 31-10-08 from ezone lucknow and the cash meme no. is- T12/4975 and i was told the rate of this model in catalogue as 10995 nad later when i purchased it for rs. 9798 i forgot to cross check the rates on the product box whic had MRP=RS.9995.

                                  this was really disgusting and i will take whatever actions required as i feel cheated that too in a reputed showroom.

                                  so just teel me what should i do

                                    I have pleased order for one CANON Powershot A580 model digital camera on ivaluemart on 21st July 2008. ivaluemart have registered the order on 21st July and drawn Rs. 11, 000 full value of the camera from my credit card. Till today (Sep 1 st 2008) ivaluemart have not sent me the camera or refund of Rs. 11, 000. I have sent more than e-mails to them and non of them was replied. Whenever I had called their telephone the call center person promises of refund of the money .
                                    I have ordered for three products at once in ivaluemart on 15th Apr 2009 through HSBC credit card. ivaluemart have registered the order on 15th Apr 2009 and drawn Rs. 3349 full value of the three products from my credit card. Till today (May 25th 2009) ivaluemart have not sent me the products. I have sent more than 5 times e-mails to them and none of them was replied. Whenever I had called their telephone the call center person promises to send the product by this week. One of the worst companies in India is ivaluemart.

                                      on 7th july 2008 i purchased a canon printer (pixma iP1880) from a reputed electronics shop of darjeeling, Weerst Bengal.he charged me Rs2500/(rupees two thousand five hundred only).i checked the price of the same product from other shop & internet.this shows the price is around Rs1500/(rupees one thousand five hundred only).same day i rang the shopkeeper to consider the price.he refused to accept.next day on 8th july i went to the shop along with the printer and latest price print out from net.he totaly refused it and insulted me in front of others.in these situation i prey to your office to get me justice at earliest.the name & details of the shop is as follows: Mb COMPUERS/Shop No 1/Ground Floor, Fancy Market/Darjeeling 734101/ph[protected], [protected]

                                        I have purchase on e canon camera from Mayur Studio Jaipur on 28 April 2008 under a scheme of free 24 EMI on ICICI bank credit cards, and on transation slip it is mention 24 EMI but on statement they charge me full maount instead of EMI, for this I have communicate with ICICI bank but they told me that machine is not valid for that and I have to pay full amount, and vendor said that is valid offer, and I have seen that vendor name in an advertisement published in local newspapers and vendor name as well.

                                        ICICI Credit Card — Purchase Not Converted into EMIs

                                        Hi!,
                                        I ve applied for Icici Titanium Card and got it in Feb(2008).On 5th of march i made purchase of Rs.7150/-only.After few days i got a massage from bank that if i want my transaction can be changed into EMIs.I got all the details and said them to convert it into EMIs And it got converted into 9 EMIs. I Liked it although i was prepared to pay in full.I got motivated with this feature and on 20 th march i made another purchase of Rs.23990/-only. And when i called to convert it into EMIs on 25 th March, The phone banker denied saying that The rule has been changed and ur card is not old enough to fulfill our eligibility criteria.i didn't understand that how can u change u r rules without informing the customers.when my frist transaction can be converted then why the second one is an exception. Then i rushed to branch in Lokhandwala (mumbai). But they said we cant do anything Either u call the Phone banking numbers or go to R.P.G.Tower, J.B.Nagar, (mumbai). I went there also but nothing turned into my favor.now i dont have any option. either i will have to pay heavy interests cos i cant pay at one go or i have to face the recovery agents if i deny to pay. I want a solution of this
