After lots of hesitation, and discussion with SMARTSHOPPERS sales person Ms. Sonam and Ms. Haima and upon receiving the confirmation that product is in stock, I order for Tokina 11-16/2.8 Lens for my Canon Mount system. Even while I was paying online, I asked them to confirm the availability and they confirmed that product is available in stock and on this final assusrance I paid them on 8-3-2010.
Later I got a call from their Order Processing Department on 9-3-2010 stating that they are shipping the lens by Thursday[protected] and on the basis of all these assusrances, I picked up a photoshoot project and when I called up on Friday to check the status of shipment, they told that product is not in stock and because of this I lost a project costing Rs. 1,00,000/-.
I suggest all the others that do not fall in trap of such online shops.
