Dear Sir, With reference to the above I may advise as hereunder. I had purchased the said printer vide model no. E-560 (Canon) from the Simit Electronics, Sector-20, Chandigarh on 03/08/2014 the bill of which has already been uploaded on the site by the company engineer Sh. Anup, but while claiming the Bag On line by Sh Anup, an messege comes out " The bag has already been claimed by someone else."(How can it is possible when a physical bill is available with me somebody had already claimed my Bag against the same Bill). On inquiring from the dealer for the same I got the reply that the bag will comes out to you with in the 45 days of the date of the billing, and the warranty for the same is already registered for the 2 years as advise by Sh. Rahul (marketing executive fro the canon sitting at the dealer site. On 18/08/2014 I received a call from the cell no. [protected] at 10.37 A.M regarding my postal address confirmation for dispatching the bag and again from the call centre No. from the Canon for the same, But still it is pending as on date . While inquiring for the same from the Dealer Simit Electronics today on 14/09/2014 at about 7.35 P.M at Phone No. [protected], I am shocked by the reply given by the Dealer " In this matter we have no role and take up the matter with the company directly ", " Aap jaane company jaane, aap Rahul se baat karo ".Also enquiring about the coloured cartridge status in the printer as it is showing almost vacant where as I have prints about 15-20 Pages only where as at the time of purchase Sh Rahul said It prints about 300-350 pages in coloured and about 750-800 pages in black & white, then the Dealer reply is go to service centre hamara koi role nahin hai. If a company like Canon provides such type of service, we have no option left with us to go for a complaint in consumer forum. Please reply immediately for the same. In this regards I received mail from the [protected]@triadmarketingservices.com after my complaint on 29/09/2014 demanding about the scanned copy of the Bill but the problem still is unattended.Kindly look into the matter .

But after few days I notice that one battery does not backup properly, and then I inform to your staff at shop. They have commit to change of those battery.         canon mp-287 (print, scan, copy) said 1 year on site warranty, only 4months old, problem is blue colour not printing, other 3 colours (black, red, yellow ) working perfectly, service center person come and said blue colour pin in cartridge shorted so buy a new colour cartridge cost me 1500inr for 811 cartridge or 1800inr for 811XL cartridge, and said there is no warranty for all new cartridge . in Internet the printer price is 4000inr only, the blue colour pin is sorted by the ink, if same problem come again then change cartridge again said by engg, i am take less then 100 pages in colour so spend 1500 for cartridge is costlier, no warranty for ink is ok . then why not provide warranty for cartridges and also toners . i am pay for that too. third party companies provide 1year warranty for laser toners (except powder ) but big companies only sell products without give full information to the consumer, simply tell 1 year warranty but after problem arrived they simply said that's not have warranty. my mobile number :-[protected] compliant number :-989613, again for same problem :- 999783.

          Hi..my name is Rahul Kapoor I have ordered a Canon printer PIXMA MG2570 from snapdeal.com on 20th June'2014. and there was a offer with a printer of free Wildcraft bag and I called canon customer care on 29th June'2014 to register the product for wildcraft bag and they told me don't worry sir you will get the bag at your home address within 45 business days and its been over 45 business days i didn't receive it. I called customer care on 6th September'2014 to know the status of the bag and now they are saying you won't get the bag as you don't have the reference no. of the call you made on 29th June but I was in the impression that I will get the bag within 45 business days and I was not aware about taking the reference no. from customer care executive.             Hi, I have bought a genuine cartridge for my laser printer LBP 2900. The problem im facing is that "White streaks appear on the printed paper (The print appears faint or uneven)" Please let me know how to rectify this issue. Thanks.

              They have the worst customer care department, I have ever experienced. People, sitting on call, dont know how to talk, and hangup in middle of the call. I bought a Canon MFD printer, and it says, 1year onsite warranty, no matter how many times I call, and without any charge. Still have 4months to go for the warranty to expire, and when I called them for the same, they are not providing the same. Sometimes the guy is saying, sir its only 6months onsite, whn I said, its written 1year, he says, you will have to take it from the dealer, When I said, dealer has given me your number, He says, Its only on printers purchased from canon directly. (THIS SHOWS THAT CANON HAS ASKED HIM TO KEEP GIVING EXCUSES, AND WHEN HES NOT ABLE TO, , , , SHOULD DISCONNECT THE CALL) Siddharth [protected]

                Purchased a printer from channel four plus raipur(C.G) o[censored]r company model no-mp287 on 5/3/14. I have been provided with a warrany of 1yr on printer(No differentiation provided for parts). After 2 months only my printer is showing continuous problem to me as the printer is printing with bad printing and so that all time after complaining to distributor his boy cames n repair it on site n goes but i am facing continuous problem regarding ur printer...Now on 23 july i again complained but they said boy will come it passed 2 days on waiting for boy i again called on 25july the persons ordered to deposit printer in office for checkup i sent the printer in their service station but now after a week they r saying that printer is facing problem we have to change part in it n bill will come to 1100rs so its my question is that i[censored]r product is of so bad quality that its continuously provides problem to customer instead of demanded service so why ur company r selling their products in market i[censored] can't stick on ur words of 1 year warranty n service

                  MY uncle who is working as an engineer in SOUDI ARABIA brought me a canon dslr camera 1100d last month i found there is kit missing in that product.EF lens 55 to 250m is missing in that kit .But I am living in INDIA so what can I do for the missing kit which costs RS 1400k in our indian money, So suggest me some ideas

                    sir i bought a Mfd 4820D from Sharp Intergarted Bueru Ambala City in Dec 2013. It works very well upto 62000 copies. No trouble at all. but now is prints very slow. it takes too much times 2 or 3 copies. i c omplintents about it many times. Every times Engineer( Chandigarh) . says it is Product feature to avoid overheating without seeing the machine . may be some another defect. Duplex also not working. if it is a feature where it was upto 62000 copies. it is just a excuses. service to sahi. i am a very old customer of canon MFD 520D, Canon 4050, Canon 2420l i am using.                       I had purchased one CANON PIXMA E560 Printer, Sl. No. KJEA00605 from ELECTRONIC CENTRE, SCO-306, Sector-35B, Chandigarh, vide Cash Memo no. 2181 dated 18.07.2014 for my home use. I had purchased it at around 3 pm on 18.07.2014 and was informed that the CANON Service Engineer would reach my residence in the evening for its installation and demo. However inspite of my repeated requests and reminders to them, till today i.e. 20.07.2014 / 5.30 pm no one has turned up. The dealer has been assuring me since 18th that the service engineer will reach my home and because of it I have not been able to attend my office and has to stay back at home for them. Its quite surprising that a company of repute like CANON has such unprofessional attitude towards its customers. Once a product has been sold then there seems to be no looking back.                         i had called canon executive for free installation.I do have wifi connectivity but the executive has asked for additional requirement of router.The fact that router is required for wifi printer was not told either at the time of purchase nor with user manual.I can't bear additional cost of router .I want to replace the product with Non -Wifi product.                             Sir, i have purchased canon pixma e510, inkjet all-in-one before 1.5months. Immediate after purchase the ink tanks was not set properly and after awaiting one month period the tank has been fixed by company. But after fixing tank regular jam proble is continuing. Print images are not proper. Only shaking images i am getting in black & white and colour tooo. Some times paper is not jam, but priter is showing as 'not ready'. Called many times to company. Not responds.

                                  My name is charanjeet singh, resident of plot no -32, navyug block, vishnu garden, new delhi -110018 - india
                                  On 4th march 2014, i registered a complaint pertaining to the printing issue in my canon printer mg 4270, serial number: lsfa 01389, which i bought on 3rd march 2014 from a shop at nehru place market, new delhi.
                                  In the mid of my printing work, i noticed a message appearing in my laptop (I.E. Low ink).
                                  I am very much new about printers and i just listen from my friend to refill the cartridge if it’s required. I done the same, since i was neither informed by the shopkeeper from where i bought this printer nor by any of your canon printer installation officer working at new delhi who visited my home in the first instance on 3rd march 2014 itself.
                                  On 4th march 2014, i booked the complaint at canon helpline number that is [protected] and one of your representative visited my place to check the printer.
                                  Just before your engineer’s visit, printer was not having that much issue, earlier it was showing just 1 line scramble while printing a text document, since there was some technical issue in the printer. After he done the alignment as per his knowledge, i saw around 7 to 8 lines showing italic or zigzag type printing.
                                  Your officer asked me, did you refill this cartridge. I said yes, i asked him why? He said, your warranty may void. I told him i was not at all aware about this .
                                  Since i had refilled the cartridge, just 3 hours before engineer visit to my home and i came to know about the facts of printer. Engineer left without providing me any solution of this issue, and said that you need to take this printer to the rajendra place service centre (New delhi – india).
                                  On 5th march 2014, evening time. I again booked a complaint from my mobile number that is: +91 [protected] asking for technical support and the call centre officer told me that one of our executive will visit you on 6th march 2014.
                                  On 6th march 2014, up till 15:15, i did not received any call from any of your engineer to visit at the site. And at the same time i called them up and checked up to kindly confirm whether your officer is coming today or not to rectify the issue!
                                  For your information i myself called them at +[protected]/92 .Madam anita karagoti picked up the phone and i told her the same incidence happened with me because i was not completely informed about printer handling.
                                  I informed madam anita to kindly send someone with genuine cartridges so as to check whether its problem in the cartridge or any other hardware issue inside the printer. Madam anita told me clearly, that we do not have even a single black cartridge to check on your printer, she told me you have to do everything on your own regarding printing issue.
                                  In nutshell, i have been looted by the sales executives by their false selling.
                                  Kindly refund my amount, i paid for this printer.Printer cost that is rs. 6500/-
                                  I have written all the fact as it has happened with me while dealing with a brand name canon.
                                  If my issue is not resolved, i will be left with one option that is to discard your services forever.
                                  My official work is suffering just because of canon!
                                  I will go legally against canon for the poorest services ever experienced by me. I will do write this mishappening on all the consumer forums available online.

                                    Canon E510 All-in-one Printer: "Avoid PIXMA E510 from Canon India" I purchased this Canon PIXMA E510 printer from a dealer in Delhi as he convinced me that this is by far better than the HP models in this range. (Let me disclose here, this is the first time I am purchasing a Canon, as I was an HP loyalist from last 10 years). The printer ran for initial few days but then started giving problems. I contacted the customer care of Canon which promised an 8 hours turnaround (which never materialized, but anyways that is not the broad point here) and sent an executive to check the same. The engineer came and said that the printer is not able to recognize the black cartridge and said that he can't tell me with an assurance that this is a cartridge problem as he didn't had a testing cartridge handy, but helplessly said that only option is to purchase a new refill worth 750 rupees. I was shocked as I just printed a mere 15-20 pages with this brand new printer of Canon PIXMA E510. I contacted their customer care and service center which says Canon India DOES not offer any warranty for cartridges and said even if in case you buy an all new cartridge you will be on your own if they are delivered defective. That was shocking. Well, to me this was my first and last purchase of a Canon India product and will advise that though HP might be little expensive but it is worth it.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have purchased Canon Pixma Ink Efficient E500 printer S. N Ljda12074 from Computer Plus, B- Wing Shop no 150, Gr Flr, Vashi Plaza, Sec 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.400703 Ph[protected], 67932200 email : [protected]@rediffmail.com on 9 June 2012. I am using it & there is no problem till date in the printer. I have purchased a new original PG 88 Black Cartridge from the same shop on 15 August 2013 for Rs. 700. After replacing the cartridge in the printer I took a test Print, uncertain deformity was observed in the output.(eg.instead of a single straight line a part of straight line above and below ). Immediately I complained it to the shop(Computer Plus). He told me to contact canon Toll free number or contact service center 3, Ashtvinayak Bldg, Palm Beach Rd, Sector 13, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai[protected]. I quickly called customer care, service center, got a strange reply that the service center can send engineer to my resi, he will find out problem is there in printer or cartridge. I will have to pay Rs.560/- visiting charges to him, if problem is there in the cartridge then I will have to buy a new one.
                                      So many times I tried and contacted these persons and I am fade up with such extremely rude and irresponsible responses from these people. Meanwhile I couldn't get time to follow up since I was completely busy with my Lectures. It is very unfortunate and sad that I am getting such a worst experience from Canon, Leader in the global market, one of the promising Brand. It takes years to build the Brand and just a moment to destroy it. It seems Canon is losing not alone the responsibility but also most important accountability.
                                      One Final Request :Please replace my cartridge with new one with no extra cost immediately and take a very strict action against the guilty person or institution. I am going through a very difficult phase- losing a lot of precious time, energy, mental peace. Please do the needful and stop this harassment otherwise unwillingly I will have to approach the consumer court.(In Fact there was one more incident happened: Computer Plus shop labor dropped a loaded huge heavy box on my head on 15 August 2013 at17.55)

                                        Dear Team, I had purchase CANON PIXMA MP 287 Printer (LSVA74392) BILL Dated 27/Aug-2013, After one month I had to change the Ink tank as the cartridge was showing error due to low ink and print was not comming properly have to change both the ink tank. but after 25 days same problem occure I had made complaint to the customer care but no one came COMPLAINT NO 806114. I had lost more money in purchasing this printer. As some one had told me that this is good printer and alos seen on the website but as I experience this printer is not up to my Expectation.
