I have purchased the blue blazer in the month of august 2019 from the cantabil showroom located in citymall kota raj. When i took out to use in the month of dec 2019 to my surprise white patches were formed on the right side on the underarm and just lower portion. I have tried to cleaned and kept the blazer but after few days again the patched appeared and continued the same. When i inspect the fabric closely i learned that fabric of affected area got roughened and hardened in comparison to rest of the fabric which clearly indicates that damage of the fabric.
It is really very disheartening and disappointing that despite buying the product in the month of aug 2019 i could not use it properly till date.

The product is handed over to the showroom to mr. Kishan singh.

I have purchased 02 cotton shirt & 01 trouser from cantabil showroom district ahmedabad state gujarat on 16/04/2019 vide invoice no. Zm03-00100

When i used black shirt first time and wash it. After second time we have iron for this shirt. But, iron not properly on the shirt and that found shirt material is not cotton. It is 100% polyester and on the shirt they tag cotton rich.

After we go to showroom for replacement of shirt and staff told me i will send to factory checking and after 05 month today dt. 21.09.2019 we received my shirt as it is. Staff told me no replacement allow. I was very upset. Because this shirt price is high inr 1599.00. I am very hopeless embarrassed for cantabil response. So i request you that please attention my complaints and solution with me thanks...

I bought a belt of inr 539.00 (Including 40% discount on mrp inr 899/-) on dated 8th sep’19…they didn’t provided bill / receipt of purchased item saying that there is some issue in printer so bill can’t be provided…

Now after using the same for 3 days, it got broken and i am unable to use the same... When i called to concern outlet they denied to make exchange of product…

Could you please look into this issue and let me know how to settle this matter…

My expectation is to get a new item in replacement of existing defective item…

I bought a canta il brand jacke its not complete its one and half year the leather is tearing like anything cimpletely dissatisfied i wont go for this brand again my money is wasted totally i wont have the bill in hand but i can have it anyway

Recently I will be purchase of shirts and taser in MAHARASHTRA sangli branch sfc mega mall dated 28/09/2019.
I was using the taser in 1 time and washing this taser. Then I will show the small types of threads.
I will be completing this issue yesterday they can not be help us.
2 pant pice same condition.

I went to cantatbil store located in vadodara gujarat (Sevenseas mall) they have highlighted that buy 2 get 5 whereas scheme was like buying the highest value will be considered so for billing highest value will be considered.
2) all the stocks are old. I purchase same shirt 6 months back with 50% off it cost 550 same shirt which i saw cost 800. So they are bluffing the customers. Please act accordingly.
What they display and what representatives act is totally different.

Very bad service.. We purchased suit from yamunanagar cantabil n there they denied for alteration of d pants while buying d suit...
Very disappointing
If someone will buy such costly suit u should atleast provide alteration free of cost but he asled for extra charges n dnt even give bill for d exyra charges which he asked ..

I went to cantabill kids/ ladies (Combined store) delhi road, hisar along with my family. My wife wanted to purchase shirts. I was told by the sales representative that if you will buy one you will get 4 shirts. We selected four shirts and at the time of billing i was told at cash counter that billing will be done @ of 60%. And offer of buy one get four is no more. I left all the shirts. This is a serious lacuna at the part of such a big company that

I bought three items yesterday and there is an offer, buy 3 get 2 free but they didnt give us the free of cost items also when we asked about to change they charged more money, also they try to confuse us with the discount and things, executives there are big liars
And cantabil is full of fake offers and discounts.
Big dissapointment and very bad experience. Never gonna recommend to shop from cantabil.

I suraj kumar purchased a jacket from cantabill palam extn br bill enclosed.

After purchasing the jacket, next day i saw the jacket was damaged in back side,
Then i approched to shop for replacement.

But this is very shocking that mr neeraj. Manager of the shop refused for the same. Even he is not willing to talk also, being a old customer of cantabill i am surprised to see the policy and behavior.

Actually i brought the three sweaters from cantabil store situated in kalka ji on 5 december 2018 one of the sweater stuff have become very bad and it become loose even l size become loosen for me and from some places the colour is also becoming light and the thread of the sweater is coming out. The three sweaters cost near₹5500 to me and the article number of sweater is cw4374. I am totally unsatisfied with the product. I request to take sudden action regarding the product and pls replace as soon as possible. Hope a positive result from your side

I bought a jeans on 3 February 2019 from cantabill store which is situated in vaishaki nagar jaipur, India. I just wanted to return the jeans but they refused by saying that the jeans was washed by me but it was totally fresh. They said that they will not take it back and i left the jeans at their store and they keep it. Kindly take action.

M not satisfied with your service as your outlet gives me only 2 free on purchasing 3. But as your offer says buy 3 get 5. I went to other showrooms like peter england, louis phillips, puma they give the offer buy 3 get 3 means on totality 6. I have a snap of your add from where i purchased from pune near city pride. I want compensation as you are did the fraud with me as i have the proof. If not revert back from your side within a day i will file a case against cantabile.

Very bad quality of clothes, purchased some stuff from you guys and quality was very poor. Clothes releases thread in two months.
Very bad experience never come back to you. I shopped a bill of apporx 10000+.

Dear cantabil,
I purchased 3 formal shirts for office use from jaipur showroom. After one wash one shirts's right hand sleeve shrinks and make uncomfertable and have to adjust every time. We know one thing that if something make you uncomfortable while wearing that's shouldn't be cantabil.
It's make me disappointed and keeping me disarray to use rest two shirt or not.

Your staff and manager in panipat is not good. They dont even know how to talk to a costumer. Even the manager dont know how to satisfy a costomer. All the staff is a headache. I will never tell anyone to go to cantabil store as they dont even know how to talk to a person.

I have purchased a trouser of size 40 and next day when visited store to exchange trouser of size 42 size was not available in store infact they don't manufacture this size so I demand refund of money but they refuse to refund and said this not our company policy once we take money did not refund so I have to buy trousers of size 42 from other store. After requesting all person from retail head, asm and customer care through mail and phone they did not replay to my mail and did not call back. So after few days when I visited store to exchange I buy jeans which cost 1299 but they charge extra 420 though I have already paid 1319 for trouser. They said for this trouser we will adjust only 899. Every where they are making fools to customers.they don't care about customer they are only interested in making money by make fools to customers.
